Ryan Gardner did a beautiful job on my gutters. His measurements, seams, downspouts were perfect. He seals all the corners, something most gutter installers dont do, so theres no leaks to damage the fascia and soffit. He is the owner/ operator which means he wants you 100% satisfied and I am. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Ryan Gardner, you wont regret it.

Love my new patio cover! Ryan made great suggestions on what I could do with it. The patio looks good, strong and well built. Glad it supposed to take 120 mph winds with Hurricane Delta on the way. I like that Ryan even added (flashing?) all the way around the house roof to patio roof to direct the water.

Not only was the quote 30-40% less than what competing “bigger” companies gave, I also was impressed by his large photo gallery of his completed jobs.I was not let down!•Ryan and his son completed a large patio cover (29ftx10ft) in less than 12 hours.•He showed up prepared and on time.•He worked in the pouring rain though he wasn’t expected to.•Many times, I observed him literally wiping small amounts of mud from the beams which shows that he takes incredible pride in his trade. (Even when it was raining and the mud would just splash right back onto the surface.)I 100% will do business again with this company.

Ryan completed our back screened patio in October. We just had the chance to paint and get new furniture so it is all completed. He had to come back a few times to complete sections that he didn’t get to finish. All and all we love it and his prices are the best out there!

Im revising my review I paid over 3,000 dollars for this man Ryan to do my patio he doesnt honor his warranty he came a couple of times to fix a couple of leaks but my patio is still leaking Ive tried several times to get him to come back but he refuse I keep getting the run a round so Im having to get someone else to do his job would advise anyone to be cautious cheap isnt always worth it when the job isnt properly done or honored stay away!!!!!

I had a budget of 4200 and he was able to work with me and get it to a smooth 4000. And the work...let me tell ya. QUALITY...and friendly and professional. Recommending dis guy!!!

Our patio was installed and with the first rain our patio leaked on our brand new patio furniture. We contacted Ryan Gardner to who installed the patio, quoted us the cost, and so we assume owns the business. He said he would be out to correct the issues. We videod and took pictures so he could see what the issue was since it would be more than likely not raining when he would come and thought this could help. Well, not only did he not come but he strung us along saying he was coming no less than 6 times!! A couple times he gave an excuse, really poor one since he couldn’t call us to say he wouldn’t be coming until hours later. Or he wouldn’t call at all and just not show up!! He said he was really busy, or a job was took longer than expected, and so on and so on. This has been going on for over two and a half months! And never contact from him, only us begging for him to warranty his work but he installed the patio and never returned. Ever! We had gotten quotes from 2 other companies and he said how great his prices were, well they really weren’t much better but we chose him because he could get to us sooner than the other company. The other company even offered to come out and check out what the problem was free of charge when we sent pictures of what the issues we were having since we couldn’t get Ryan Gardner with Affordable Patio and Gutters. Ryan Gardner wouldn’t even honor his commitment on so many occasions to even come out and see what he did incorrectly much less attempt to fix it. I worked for a general contractor and was a realtor for many years so I have had my experience with people in this industry. This experience was horrible and he was completely unprofessional. We gave more than ample time to correct the issue but I can only figure he has no pride in his work.

Got some hail damage and I went with Affordable Patios and Gutter. Was the best choice I made, being that he was able to get it below the insurance price at $5600. PLUS he beat every other price I got from companies. He made it as the material was being delivered and got the repairs completed in no time. I normally dont do reviews but this guys deserves it! Ryan is an excellent workman . He takes pride in his work and has a great work ethic. I would recommend his work very much. He took time to discuss with me at length the best plan to move water from my back yard to drain to the front with a extensive gutter project. He matched the old gutter color extremely close that the eye cant really tell the difference in the new. He repaired some very bad soffet and facia in the work also and did a very good job. All the work was done at a extremely competitive price. Every cost was invoiced and noted before completion. We had bad weather during the work and caused some delays but nothing beyond an acceptable deliver and completion of the job.Ryan knows a lot about roofing, gutters and patio work. I love my patio. Ryan came out within a few hours have me a price that was several hundred dollars cheaper then everyone else I spoke too. We picked a color and ordered material. He beat the material to my house waited around till it got here. And within a few hours was knocking on my door letting me know he finished... It was better then I expected...
