We had a tight timeline to get our gutters up before having our house painted. CSG went above and beyond making sure we were ready for painting. On top of that, the installers found areas that needed to be fixed prior to putting up the gutters. They gave us a couple options on how we could handle it. We were able to fix the problem areas and they came back the next day to finish. Everyone we dealt with during this process was great, from the office staff to the installers. They weren’t the cheapest estimate we got for gutters but they are definitely the company I’d recommend going through.

Went online for a quote and no one called or even acknowledge it. Its been well over a week, maybe two by now and no call or response. When I went to get a quote from Mile High Seamless Gutter at least we received an auto-response that said they would contact us in about two days & we did get a quote from them, got tired of waiting for Colorado gutters so we went with Mile High Seamless Gutters. They either have an issue with their online system or they are dropping the ball. I figure if they dont have their act together and they dont respond to potential customers that I would go with someone else who does. I didnt give them a lower score since we did not hire them to do the work. Im not sure what happened but If they have a technical issue maybe they can fix it.

Between my husband and myself, we have called Seamless 6 times. They either tell us they have gotten the estimate and never get back with us or dont return our phone calls left on the answering machine. Twice the lady at the front has promised to call me back with what the guy found, nothing. I had high hopes for this company but am very disappointed.

We have used Colorado Seamless Gutters two times for the installation of rain gutters on our house. Once when we first bought the house and a second time after a major remodel a dozen years later. Both times we were very happy with the job they did. Dealing with the staff on the phone was simple and easy when setting up an estimate and later when the job was being done. In fact everyone we dealt with throughout the whole process was friendly and easy. When they said that they would be here at 10:00 on Tuesday they were here at 10:00. When we had questions about the process and materials all our questions were answered clearly and respectfully. I felt like everyone at the company enjoyed their work and was dedicated to doing a good job. We were given a cost and time estimate and the company stuck to both exactly. A short time after the gutter work was finished we made some changes to the outside of our house that required some minor changes to the gutter set up and CSG and altered things at an unexpectedly small cost. After all was said and done my wife and I looked at each other and said Boy if every company we deal with was like this life would be a lot easier.

I had my job installed knowing that 1.5 years later I was having the exterior of house redone. Original estimator/installer said no big deal to remove and rehang when exterior done. So I call up Colorado Seamless 1.5 years later and try to schedule removal and rehang and they quote me 70% of my original price to have them pulled down for a week and rehung. Your a vital customer till you pay your bill then they dont want to be bothered with followup.

They did a great job repairing the gutters on my Firestone house after some hail damage. They were professional and didnt go over the estimate. Overall we were pleased and will call them again whenever we need roofing or gutter repairs!

This company originally installed my gutters. They do not work, the water just dumps on my porch. I called to ask for a solution and they didn’t call me back. So I called the next week, and they said an adjuster would be out at the end of the week or early the week after “whenever it was convenient” for them. After almost two weeks went by, I again called and was told they needed my email so they could send me a quote. A few days later I received a phone call where the guy stated it was my fault because the gutters weren’t clean. I explained that the over flow happened regardless of whether they were clean or not and had been happening for years. He basically told me it was my fault and that it was installed correctly. I would never use this company again, they do not stand behind their products.

I set up an estimate a week in advance, and called to confirm an hour before on the day of..I told them on both occasions it was important that they were on time, as I was on my lunch hour with a long drive back to work..They showed up almost 15 minutes late with no apologies..I call afterwords, and also no apology.They have no respect for peoples time or money. Stay away!

After telling the company not to install the gutters to drain into the backyard—because the hill in the backyard carries water towards the house, they installed the gutters draining to the backyard and then charged me more than what was quoted. They did come and fix the gutters but wanted more than what was quoted. After living with the gutters for a few years they are leaking and causing erosion to the concrete sidewalk, I called and asked if someone could come look at them I was told Mike would call me....as expected no phone call. I think CSG would be a fine company as long as you don’t express concern or ask questions when the job is not done as quoted.

Work was done as quoted and in one day. Overall, I am very happy with the service and the price of the work performed.

I had a bad experience with a roofing company that installed new gutters on my home after this last hail storm. The gutter job was so bad, the roofer refunded my money without any argument. I called Colorado Seamless Gutters (CSG) based on a review of their website. The entire process with CSG from the bid to the installation was seamless, no pun intended. The gutters are of better quality and the installation job was like a work of art. Justin, the installer, took great pride in making sure that the installation was exactly like I wanted it. He made suggestions as to how the gutters would better serve their purpose with better positioning. Everyone I dealt with at CSG was responsive and professional. I couldnt be happier. I am actually glad the first job was bad, so that now I have better looking gutters and confidence in the gutters and the company that installed them.

The installation of new gutters was done fast, efficient and they look and work great. They took away the old gutters and cleaned up.

Very poor communication on timing and the job was not done according to our agreement. Its been 4 months since I got my quote and although the gutters were installed, the job is not yet complete as we agreed (the downspouts were supposed to be a different style due to the topography of my yard). They alerted me that they were coming to my home 4 separate times for installation and in order to manage my animals for their safely, I took time off of work to meet them- each and every one of these times they did not show up, nor did they communicate to me as to why. I had to do this myself each time. They did send me two Starbucks gift cards for my trouble which I appreciate, but as I type this, I have received my 2nd bill with the job still not complete. I just called and hope they can finally finish the job as we contracted it and will update this review if there is any improvement. I take negative reviews very seriously and know that I could be subject to some form or retaliation from them, but also feel that they have been really frustrating to work with (except the speedy reply to book the job) and feel they need to be held responsible as one of the few contractors in the area that does this work. They do not seem interested in finishing this job and pleasing me, the paying customer- so I choose to report my experience truthfully here as a cautionary tale to those of you considering working with them. If you hire them, you will have to work with their poor scheduling system, if there is one.
