I’m getting my house ready to sell and it really needed a good power wash, especially the front porch and patio. I found Window Genie of Lafayette on Thumbtack and hired them because they were not only the most professional but also the most reasonable in price. I scheduled the power wash for the week I was out of town and when I returned, I could not believe the difference. This house looked like it did the day I moved in 11 years ago. They power washed the house, sidewalks, floor and ceiling of the front porch, patio, detached garage and the driveway. They even cleaned my windows! I took before and after pictures and they are attached. Incredible! Their bid was $100 less than the lowest bid. This is the best money I’ve ever spent. It was worth every penny! Highly, highly recommended! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I have used Window Genie for three years now. They do a great job! If there is anything that needs addressed they take care of it and handle it with the utmost importance. They ask about things so done way you want done instead of guessing. They are careful with landscaping and pick up after themselves. Always very friendly, respectful and polite workers. They came out as expected and on time and even gave a courtesy knock. From what I can tell they performed decent work but we haven’t had a good enough rainfall to know whether or not they cleared downspouts. This was an issue I’ve had with past gutter cleaners is that they don’t clear downspouts. That’s the whole point of gutter cleaning so your gutters don’t fill up with rain and spill over washing out your landscape. I do believe they tested downspouts and flow but time will tell. They did leave their two disposable pair of gloves on our back patio and a lawn bag full of debris in our side yard. Overall I am pleased but service is a little higher priced than others but they do offer discounts if you have them out for a second time for fall.

Widow Genie has incredible customer service and services. They power washed the house and sealed the drive. We had bad weather so they rescheduled to make sure they could do the jobs right. Thanks!

The guys showed up a couple of hours before their scheduled time, but explained they had finished early on another job. They were quick, efficient, and bagged all the debris from the gutters they were cleaning. When I called the owner to say my trash service wouldnt take the gutter debris because it was considered yard waste, he actually came to my house to take and dispose of the bags. While I am incredibly appreciative, I will make arrangements to dispose of this myself in the future.

We are extremely happy with the Lafayette Window Genie crew. We had them power wash our house and sidewalks and it is now the cleanest it’s been since we bought the house. There was a lot of mold and mildew that they had to clean off (we live in a very shady spot) and they got it all. We were very impressed with their friendly and knowledgeable crew as well. They also got our gutters cleaned out and windows sparkling. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Window Genie does very good work. Screens and window sills were cleaned as well as the windows. The clean windows feel like we are in a new house. The men were very good to wear special shoe covers to keep the carpet clean as they went inside and outside.

I have never seen windows THIS clean. I have always cleaned our windows myself and thought I did a pretty good job....but I never approached what Window Genie was able to do. Our windows look great in any light and from any angle. When you look out it is almost as if you are not looking through a window at all. The windows even sparkle when viewed from the outside....makes the whole house look better. Next time Window Genie does my windows, I am going to watch them more carefully to try to see how they perform this miracle. As for now, I am just amazed and very pleased.Finally, I just want to add that the workmen were very professional and friendly in their manner, and treated our house with appropriate respect and care.

The crew from Window Genie was very courteous and took their shoes off every time they entered our home. Our windows sparkle now! They also did a great job cleaning the window sills and screens. Fast and friendly service. Very easy to work with and schedule an appointment. I was very excited to have someone clean our second story exterior windows. They saved me the hassle of cleaning the windows and climbing/maneuvering a ladder. What a difference clean windows make!

The workers at Window Genie power-washed 2 sides of my house, a hot tub deck and our wrap around porch. They were professional, quick and did an excellent job. We called Window Genie of Lafayette, In. To pressure wash our home. We had some large trees that rubbed on our house and there were large areas of dark green and some outside mold. Our home is half siding half Bedford stone. Not only was the siding removed of any stains, but the stone was a lot lighter in color. I didn’t realize how clean the stone would look after the pressure wash. Aaron and the other specialist were very professional. They got the job done promptly and it looked great. I highly recommend their services!
