Mr. Scott and his daughter were prompt and got the job done for a reasonable price. If we ever need gutters done again, this will be our go-to company. They never returned my phone call

Scott, I called you same day as gutters were installed saying the splash guards were not installed and that the poor cut on the downspouts was horrible. You said your guys would be out to remedy this but I havent heard from you nor seen them. Called and left message with you and no response. Scotts Prices are good but service after the sale is non existent. Customers should not have to track you down to get you to do what you say you will do.

Its easy to say you have a 5 year warranty on workmanship when you dodge your customers phone calls to fix leaking gutters installed 4 years ago. I had to have someone else fix their product. I would be so embarrassed to know that Ive ignored my customers calls and let another, better man fix the shoddy product I claim to stand behind.

Very professional. Answer all questions about gutters and explained in details of all work to be done. Made sure to see were water problems were occurring and were I would like my water to flow from the down spout for heavy rain in the future. I got the round versus the square (looks amazing!) and went with the recommended color that the estimator recommended, Light Bronze. Glad I did! Initial contact with Scott was excellent and very reasonable pricing for gutter reinstall. From there it was all downhill. Called several times over a two week period and left messages for scheduling, and to install new gutter with no return call from company. Finally ended up going with a responsive company.

Scotts Gutters is a great company. They are really polite and got the job done very quickly. I would highly recommend you use them if you want to get gutters installed.

My wife and I are building a pool in our back yard and totally forgot about the gutters until the pool guy said Hey wheres your gutters. I called Scott up and he came out immediately gave me a quote and figured out a way to fit me in and actually did the gutters same day. Who does that? What an amazing response time and super honest and professional team he sent over. I cant thank Scott enough for coming to my rescue.

Called Scott’s for a quote. His daughter came out and I decided to let him install them. The next day his son and two helpers installed the gutters. At inspection I noticed that a section had not been installed. It turned out it wasn’t on the quote so the son said he would be back and finish. After he left I walked around the yard and driveway picking up the mess they left behind. A few days went by and not a word. Called Scott and he said he would take care of it. Days went by and still nothing. Two more calls, each time Scott said he would come out and complete what he started. I finally called another company.

I really like Scott the owner. He was professional and fair. His employees leave something to be desired. They were nice young men but sloppyand careless. They threw hoses over plantsand messed up one of my beds. The groundwas soft due to the rain. They misplaced oneof my hoses and I have not seen it since.

Scott came out yesterday to put gutters on my house and shop. They did a wonderful job and they were really nice guys.

Had gutters installed a few weeks ago. When Scott came out to give me the quote, we had discussed 3 or 4 splash guards that were suppose to be included in the quoted price. They came out the next day to install the gutters while I was at work. My wife signed the paper not knowing they were missing. When I came home from work I immediately noticed they were missing, so I called Scott and he said he would send his son out the next day to install them and that he was going out of town. It has been 3 weeks now, and after leaving multiple voicemails we still have no splash guards or even the courtesy of a returned phone call. The gutters themselves look good, but dont tell me your going to install something on the quote and not do it. Now my landscaping is still getting ruined during heavy rain fall near the peaks where there should be splash guards (the only reason I got gutters). Very disappointed with the service after the install.

Did not show up with the proper tools to do the job. Came back and got rained out. Promised to show up the next day to complete the job and didnt show. Disappointing!!!
