Went in for 9:30 appointment to have a recalled airbag changed. Expected to be there at least an hour, most likely more. Was actually out in less than an hour. This is not my first experience with your service department. As always, completely professional and courteous service! Very, very pleased!

Edwin was obviously extremely busy but didn’t waiver when I walked in without an appointment. I appreciate the professionalism and willingness to help me correct my trucks issue. Being that I had just bought the Denali Sierra two weeks prior it was important to me to get this issue corrected immediately. Courtesy did that for me and Edwin coordinated it.

The service was not done in a timely manner. My vehicle was there for 8 full days before it was even diagnosed. And I was only contacted once regarding my vehicle. I had to call and find out what was going on. When I asked to speak to a service manager, I was told that he wasnt there. After finally getting my car back days later, it is still giving me the same trouble.

All were patient and knowledgeable with all information, and questions asked by my husband and myself. They were very professional in dealing with me...first timer buying a brand new vehicle at the age of 59!

I was there when the service department opened, immediately greeted, vehicle taken in (Mr. Kevin I think) offered a shuttle. The shuttle driver was great, nice gentleman. My vehicle was completed faster than expected, service visit and recall completed. Literally 5-10 minutes after being dropped off, got a call the vehicle was ready, shuttle turned around, picked me up, we all had a big laugh.

I brought my canyon in to check why my check engine light came on. They quickly found the problem and replaced it. After I drove off the lot with my “fixed” truck I got to my destination and turned my vehicle off. I went to start it again and it didn’t start! I called the dealership, they towed it to the shop. They jump started it and said it was a battery issue and that I needed to take it to the store that I had purchased my battery from. It was just about a year old, not old enough to be giving me issues!! I went to the store I bought it from and when the associate looked at my battery he immediately saw the issue!!! The battery was NOT connected properly!!!! So your service department was the ones that caused the issue with the battery and it was NOT my battery that needed to be changed. They should have noticed that the battery connector wasn’t tightened after they did the initial service when the truck first came in. They immediately tried to blame the NON GMC battery when they saw I purchased a battery from somewhere else!!! It was a big inconvenience to have to drive all the way to the other side of town to be told that it was indeed an issue that your shop caused.

Need to send a huge shout out and thank you to Nick Allemond and the entire crew/staff at Courtesy GMC . We reached out to Nick to help us search for our 16 year old daughters 1st car. Nick helped us and made sure she had the perfect vehicle. Took care of us like it was his daughter!!!! I will definitely be back next time im in the market for a vehicle!!!

My salesperson Sean Nunziante was awesome! Prior to going into the dealership; I corresponded with Mr. Nunziante for about a week and he was extremely helpful with educating me on the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. I purchased the 2021 Buick Encore GX on March 25th. I left the dealership with the keys to the vehicle as well as the signed paperwork after being told that I was APPROVED through GM Financial, only to receive a call from the finance manager about 30 minutes later stating that I was now NOT APPROVED to purchase the vehicle. Being that I am a person who has worked in the sales industry for 5+ years; I felt like this was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL on the part of the finance manager because a customer as well as the customer’s salesperson should be notified of such information by the finance manager prior to the customer taking delivery on a vehicle. I am still interested in purchasing the 2021 Buick Encore GX, but I am not sure if I will be purchasing from this specific dealership. Unprofessional business practices are usually a deal breaker for me because it makes the integrity of the company questionable.

It was overall acceptable with a couple of exceptions. While evacuating from Hurr. Laura, we were in need of oil changes for two vehicles and the brakes getting bad on the truck. Although Courtesy is not our GMC dealership, they helped get our 2 vehicles serviced. No after being in a rush to commute back to Lake Charles, we discovered the battery compartment in the back seat was unsecured with hardware and one of their drills still on the floorboard. Our service advisor Scott was great and very patient when understanding our needs.

Bought a 2019 CERTIFIED Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4x4, with 27,000 miles on at the end of February 2020. We purchased the Extended Warranty/Gap Insurance at a high price per month. My husbands windshield is leaking. BAD. They refuse to fix the issue saying we changed the windshield and we have not!!! Its been a total mess and the issue has still not been resolved. They have been non-compliant and sold a warranty that doesnt hold true. Very dissatisfied with their service and the fact the problem has not been fixed. Typical you did something wrong type of service, not oh we made a mistake let us fix it. NOT OK!!! Dont buy from them. Seriously.
