This is hard for me to write because I know their daughter. I have a 99 Lincoln Navigator. Many mechanics will not work on them. Mr Ray said he could fix my driver side door. Window would not work.Brought it to him on a Friday morning. Said it would be ready that afternoon. Not happening. Said glue he used not dry. No problem we left it there over weekend. Monday not fixed. Tuesday not fixed. Wednesday he wanted to keep another night. My husband said no. We paid $300.00Window works. But now we can not unlock door with key only with remote. There was a plastic piece that went around door handle that was not put back. I looked in hole that it left & there it was hanging on inside of handle. I was able to pull it out & snap back into place. Handle feels flimsy.Please try someone else.

If youre from a small town, youll feel right at home with Ray. His shop has that laissez faire air to it without all of the dealership red tape. He always does a great job on our vehicles and his prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Ray can pretty much fix anything in a good about of time, he fixed my Pontiac in like two days.
