First time visiting Giles Nissan service department. Great experience! Everyone was very helpful and professional!
After waiting nearly 4 hours, I didnt receive the video of diagnosing as I was supposed to. I also didnt get an actual printout of the diagnosis only what was typed up and bought to me which was a form stating that I needed $10,553.00 in repairs to my vehicle. I knew prior to arrival what the issues were with my vehicle and just wanted a quote from the dealer just in case anything needed programming.

We came here twice they didnt run my warranty and charged me for it. Fixed the problem but now worth it. Will go bk to Chevrolet place.
I went here to replace my ignition coils and because they missed one of the bad coils the first time I was forced to go back again the next week. They charged me both times for labor. I ended up paying for their mistake. Over $700 dollars for 2 coils!Coils cost $86. I feel a little bit swindled. Needless to say I will not be returning and I advise you dont either.
