Been two weeks and just over 270 miles.. wanted to give this a little time. Had cam and lifters replaced, heads shaved, oil pan removed and cleaned. Also Air Conditioner reserved etc etc..No issues at all, just an excellent running tuck after all the work.Craig gave me a quote before getting in and stayed the quote when after picking the truck up.Excellent shop, work and timely delivery.Already recommended his craftsmanship to another.

I went to this place several times and I appreciate their work. This time my car had an oil leak they found it and I really appreciate that. The receptionist is very kind. The mechanic this time like one of the reviewer name Chase said, about asking questions is true. He told me, the mechanic that I could pick up my car, he didn’t say he was holding it to see if it would leak, so I left it there for another day. I call the morning still not ready the evening still not ready . So, because I inquired about MY vehicle he told me come pick up my car. I asked, to talk to him. He was rude, unprofessional and ask me not to bring it again . Really, if this how you treat a customer and I have use him for about 3 years . I can give my business to someone who appreciate my business thank you . This was around the beginning of this year . 2021

Very honest. Did repair in a day and for less that what others quoted. They verified part was bad(egr valve) before replacing it so that we were not just swapping parts.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Not happy with service or work, sent my mothers vehicle there because it was running hot, they keep car for one day and said it was the engine block that was not filled correctly after i changed thermostat myself, CAR Runs Hot The NEXT DAY and leaking coolant after Bourques Auto said it was fixed!! charged over $100 to put fluids in engine block. sent car back so he can fix the real problem, (tired to give them a chance to earn our business back) This time around he says its the radiator and its going to cost over $500 to fix. My mother ask him a few questions like how he didnt see that before? wondering if he knows for sure if its the radiator? what if he changes the radiator and its still runs hot, what else could it be? she cant afford to keep changing out parts and problem is still not fix.. He gets on phone and tells my mother SHE CAN COME PICK UP HER CAR! HE DOES NOT WANT TO WORK ON IT!! after it had been to his shop for 5 Days.. We paid and had the car towed there both times! $$ down the drain. HE REFUSED TO WORK ON CAR BECAUSE MY MOTHER ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT HIS WORK!! HE HAD UGLY WAYS OVER PHONE CONVERSATION! I WILL NEVER BRING ANY BUSINESS THERE AGAIN!! I ONLY PUT ONE STAR BECAUSE IT IS REQUIRED TO LEAVE POST, OTHER WISE THERE WOIULD BE ZERO STARS!!
