I love the young ladies in Gerber office. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. They are so knowledgeable about what to expect with your vehicle.

I had a nightmare with this place 3 years ago. I wrote this review after 3 years, the nightmare still vividly in my head.

They did an outstanding job. Their lead did an excellent job of keeping in touch with me throughout the entire process. You cannot do this quality of work without her assistance. Personally, I believe she deserves a raise, however I understand that is not always possible. She does however, deserve high praise & recognition for the effort she puts forth for your company.

The staff at gerber is wonderful and very friendly they do an exceptional job at keeping you informed of there progress with your vehicle and if there is anything you do not like they will definitely try there best to accommodate you Ive had 4 vehicles repaired there and had no problems

Good work was done. They initially told me it would take six days (business days, I guess). Then I was told nine days. It ended up being there eleven days. But they did good work, and they washed my truck.

Very Professional, Called and kept me up to date, the most important thing is that I brought my truck there not so clean because I have been really busy . When I picked up my vehicle not only did they repair the damage of my vehicle, they washed and cleaned the inside of my vehicle for me, which I didnt expect . Great customer service . Great service and friendly people. I received a message everyday with the status of my vehicle repairs. My Jeep was cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. The repairs are outstanding and my Jeep looks brand new again. Mr. Richard Dupre was a huge help with anything I needed. He is has great customer service skills and is very informative. Prestige Auto Body is highly recommended. My vehicle was repaired with the right parts and by talented professionals. The repair was completed ahead of schedule and I was kept informed of progress throughout the repair. I want to recognize Adam McCrossen, Quality Manager, who personally inspected the finished product and quickly resolved a very minor issue. I would not hesitate to bring any of my vehicles to Prestige should the need arise.

Go anywhere else.UPDATE: Since leaving after the initial repair, Ive had to bring my car back TWICE on separate occasions for issues that were damaged during repair. First, an interior panel had to be reattached (shoddy) and then, neither of my rear windows worked after I brought it to Gerber. They worked fine before I brought it there. They were reluctant to fix it and wanted me to wait until after the quarantine for something that should have been right the very first time it left their shop.When I brought my car here, I was told that the repairs would not take more than two weeks. Then, after my car was taken in and dismantled, they sent me an estimated time of almost FOUR weeks. Of course, by that time I was unable to take my car somewhere else and I was stuck with being without a car for nearly a month. When I called and asked about this, I was told that my car had an unusual paint job. Its a 2017 Ford with factory paint -- not sure whats so uncommon about that. I was promised updates on the progress of the repairs every Tuesday and Thursday, which I have not gotten. Each time Ive called, Ive been strung along with false promises of finish dates and a some BS line about my cars unusual factory paint job. Go anywhere else if you actually need repairs done in a timely manner. This is unacceptable.

GERBER COLLISION AND GLASS is fantastic. The body work on my truck is excellent. The staff is very professional and very friendly. They handled my rental car problem for me. We will return for future bodywork.

Tony was my assigned mechanic after getting into an accident and loosing my front bumper. The service was quick and professional. They sent updates via text messages and kept great contact with Geico and my auto adjuster. They work with enterprise so that you can get a rental over there while you drop your car off. Overall amazing customer service. Will be working with them in the future.

Rudest, most unapologetic, most unprofessional place I have maybe ever dealt with. All they had to do was simply replace my bumper and it took 8 days after promising 2 days. They were not concerned at all about lying about the process or apologizing about the hassle.

Lifetime guarantee? Had to bring my truck in again the 2nd time because of what they didnt fix the first time. After leaving with my truck the 2nd time, I was told I probably need to take it elsewhere to fix what they didnt or couldnt....

Zero stars if possible. There is literally no positive things to say. All they had to do was change a bumper and they couldnt even get that right. I would never use them again. Next time, I will fix my car myself and probably get it done faster.

Poor customer service, poor attention to detail while conducting repair, blatant lies about communication they had with insurance company. I had to bring my vehicle back to complete repairs that should’ve been done at initial appointment. I was supposed to receive contact from management but didn’t. I’m 100% disappointed with my entire experience with Gerber Collision.

AARP sent me to gerber and told me yesterday that my Assignment will be there. They sent it yesterday. When I get there they couldn’t find it. Called AARP and said they do not understand y they told me they did not have it.
