Called this morning and was able to have someone out this afternoon! The office staff also let me know what steps to take to ensure my unit had time to defrost before the tech got here so that work could actually be done! Really informative, professional and great value. They are honest and dont make you feel like they are just trying to make a sale. So happy they were my first call, and that the tech Eric was able to get everything back up and running in no time at all :)

Salesman (Preston) was highly qualified and professional. He began by observing all of my AC equipment, took pictures, and thoroughly explained what was going on with my system. He guided me to choose the right system for needs. I felt very comfortable talking to him and feel confident that Lees will be there whenever I need them in the future.

Seems like he did a decent job. Explained the yearly maintenance plan. I purchased the yearly package and paid the $254 for the first year understanding on the 3rd visit it will cost $170 to renew for that year?Informed they would schedule to come out and do the first maintenance job for the year around October or November.My biggest concern is he did not give a receipt for the purchase stating he would send an email later that day. I have not yet received a confirmation email or receipt of payment

Dont recommend them to anyone. They did nothing and charged me for $531.00. Every time new technician will show up from Lees and in their report they dont mention the actual problem and charge for the same services after you need repair again. So once you call lees you should be ready to call them every few weeks as they wont fix the problem and keep on charging you for their next visit.

Very professional service as always!BUT, after having an 8am appointment and technician showing up until 2pm, 6hrs late, is UNACCEPTABLE! While waiting we called to get more information on the time of arrival, talked with a different person at the answering service, who knew nothing and promised a return called that never happened was very Frustrating! It has never been this bad before.

From the time Preston arrived to inspect my current setup everything since has been smooth sailing. Preston prepared several options available to me and answered all of my questions. Before he left he had scheduled an installation date and time. My schedule had changed a little and he was able to move the installation date to an even sooner date which all took place within a matter of minutes.Billy and John arrived when they said they would and within a few hour they had removed the old setup and the new one installed. They were both working from start to finish and were still able to answer all the questions I had for them. Before they left all the debris from installation was cleaned up and they were on their way. All three employees were as professional as can be. Ill definitely try to get them for future installations.

We did get a quote from this company but didn’t go with them due to budget reasons. They were very professional and trust worthy. Very knowledgeable.

I called for a service call and the service tech was here in about an hour. Unfortunately he was unable to repair the unit due to the age of the unit. A salesperson was scheduled to be at my office within an hour. We’ll see how that goes.Received quote the same afternoon. Just had a new unit (inside & outside) installed. Installation was quick and installers were friendly and helpful.Thanks

Absolutely horrible. I called them on Friday to schedule a maintenance visit because my air conditioner was out. I was contacted twice by the staff who to my surprise noted that someone would come to my house that evening after 5 PM. I canceled my evening and waited at the house. I received another call assuring me that someone would be coming. That never happened, no one ever showed up and no one has ever called back. What a professional embarrassment this must be. This is delayed the repair of my air conditioning system because I had to go to another company to address this concern. I can’t recommend them at all. To this day no one has returned my calls or contacted me about not showing up for the service call, amazing.

We have used Lees services for many years, and every single time, whether for our semi-annual maintenance or necessary service calls, everyone has been honest, loyal and true. Feels like friends, starting with the office staff and to every tech. They explain well and are friendly and offer me tips on efficiency and equipment. And wow, they were there immediately on an early feels-like-19 winter morning. Get the maintenance contract...so valuable (kinda like insurance...so worth the cost every time you need it).

Wayne did a fine job, he explained what the problem was where we understood. I was disappointed to have another problem so soon and hope things will be better in the future. Hopefully the part will be in soon.

Mr. Wayne F of Lee’s air-conditioning company was very professional wore his mask very informative and knowledgeable . They were here within an hour of me calling on them. Regarding our issue with our heating unit he was here for three hours roughly .He went over and above the call of duty and made sure we would have heat in our house as it was 35° outside and soon to be snowing. He meticulously took his time went through everything and did what he could for us .He was patient and took his time to explain everything to us also let us know that in the event we need extra help that he and Lee’s Air conditioning company his would be there for us; as they have ordered us a new unit and it would take about a week before they could install it. We really appreciate his time and effort and he would definitely refer Mr. Wayne and the company to anybody else that needs their services.

Everyone from the lady who took my call, to Mr. Theo who took our service call, they were incredible!I was treated so graciously in my terrible state. We had been cold for days with our heater only putting out very very little heat. Before he arrived he send a picture of himself on the side of a Lees truck and a small bio. He worked quickly and in a small space in the attic. In less than an hour we were warm. I wouldnt hesitate to call Lees again. Thank ya

The service is prompt, but the a/c has been a money pit. The $1,500 for current labor plus at least another $1,500 in previous repairs are ridiculous! I don’t know if it is a lemon unit or poor workmanship. I have left requests for the manager to call me with no response. I purchased Great Carrier units in 2 previous residences, but probably never again.

Lees has done all my work here for years, including replacing all 4 units a couple of years ago. This time it was using one of the systems to heat/cool another room through a sharing arrangement. Once again, well priced and a job well done.

Called to have my AC fixed a couple of weeks after the “annual maintenance” was completed by Lee’s. The AC was blowing hot air. The technician came out and “troubleshot” the system. I was told it was the coil... again... $2500 later my AC was still blowing hot air. When I called the tech back out he started telling me he “told” me it had thermostat troubles and I should have known. Problem for him is I had other people around who state otherwise. Long story short, I still don’t know if it’s fixed.It seems my AC breaks down right after the annual maintenance every year. Not sure what good it is...

I love Lees we have been with the new owners since 2012 at least and were with the original owners before new owners.Wayne is friendly and courteous and does the maintance on both of our homes.He repaired our heat pump which is a water source and I do not trust just anyone with this machine. He us getting to know the country home really well.Johnathan was our technician before and is now a supervisor. He was awesome!Blaze has been here a couple of times and he is very nice too.These men know what they are doing!We are part of the maintenence peeps too! IIf you want good work, courteous people and can call till 9pm, then I really suggest you go with the best company!

Their work has no warranty.. if they come and say they fixed something they charge for just coming out and then the service they performed which is not cheap at all.. but if you have that same problem after they already came and charged $2,000, they want to charge again for coming out and looking at it (again)

I must say how impressed I am with this company. I had a complete installation done within days of getting a reasonable quote. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. We had an unexpected issue towards the end of the installation, and the team quickly came up with a solution so that we would not be without an ac for the night. Their manager, Andre, came out at 7pm to assist. The team did not leave until 8pm, without complaint. They techs returned early the next morning to finish up. I am so grateful that they did such a great job and did not leave us to suffer the night without a working ac. It is hard to find good service anywhere these days, but I definitely received it from Lee’s. Thank you!

When I scheduled the appointment to have Freon added, I was not told of the $90 diagnostic fee, nor was i told that theres been a price increase on Freon since last year. I didnt need diagnostic ... I knew what was wrong and only needed Freon. I wasnt charged a diagnostic fee last year. So I was was quite surprised at the total price of my appointment this year.
