My mom and I currently live here and we are happy living here. Weve lived here for 3.5 years. We moved in when Deanna and Francine managed the property and they were great! AnitaMarie is the manager now (has been for a while now)and she is awesome. She really cares about her residents and is understanding. We plan on staying here a few more years.There are issues everywhere you go. You just have to pick your battles. This is a great place to live. There have been a ton of renovations going on and is making this place much nicer. The apartments are big and roomy with plenty of storage. Worth checking out! -Mollys mom, Leanne

Was on the waiting list for a 3-bedroom for a couple of months. When one become available, I was contacted and went there immediately. Was met by a friendly assistant manager, a guy. He provided me with an application and gave me further information. He told me that all three bedroom units are only available on the top floor that they don’t have three-bedroom units on the bottom floor. I called the next day and asked him if I could see the apartment, he said sure. I went after work and was shown the unit, which was on the bottom floor...Since the unit was a bottom floor, he said that he was waiting to hear back from another person that requested a bottom floor 3-bedroom unit & that if they didn’t come fill out the application he would call me. (No, I didn’t ask him why he told me that 3 bedrooms are only on the top floor, decided to let that go). Well the next day, I decided to call him back and ask him what was the fee again to apply. He told me the fee and then asked me how many people will be living with me. I told him again, one adult two kids. He said oh, all of our three bedroom units are only available for a family of four or more. I thought you said your grandma would be living with you. I said no, I never told you that cause all my grandparents are deceased. Luckily I didn’t waste my money for the application or my time living where the management doesn’t provide you information when you first talk to them. Not once was this mentioned when I called in to be on the waiting list months ago. If they do this, wonder what else they do or don’t tell their tenants... Thankfully I was able to avoid this apartment complex. Just be careful

They are managed by Cirrus asset managers company. They will lie on your move out and charge you to completely remodel for the next tenant. When I asked for a walkthrough I was denied. They claim its either section 8 or evicted people. That is not true. Taylor put on my move out sheet that everything needed complete cleaning. I have 250 photos of a spotless apartment. The paint and carpet was used when I moved in over 7 years ago and they want me to replace with upgraded sheet vinyl! They are a scam. Read all the reviews before you consider moving here!

I have been here 6 years and have seen some very low and high times living here. The new management inherited some huge problems and seem to be handling them as they arise in a timely and professional manner. Management can only do what the owners pay for within the laws. And the new owners seem to be very tight with funds. With 4% vacancy in all three counties and one bedrooms topping out at what I pay for a two bedroom, see no reaaon to move. See what happens after the fire cleanup on second and third floors. Keep posted.

Hello Everyone,October will be a year since Ive moved here to College Glen Apartment. When I moved in my apartment was beautiful and still is WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT !!!! My son and I love this place, the maintenance men are wonderful with-in the first hour of me putting in a request they are at my door and they are there when the office management says they will be there. Very well organize !!!! The best part is the three people working the Office they are AWESOME.... I love when I go in there to pay rent or just pick up a package and they ALWAYS welcome us with a Bright warm SMILE and ask how everything is going !!!! It feels good being able to talk with them if I have any concerns or just want to thank them for being the BEST !!!!! TO ALL THE STAFF AT THE COLLEGE GLEN APARTMENTS THANK YOU !!!!Michelle

Great place to live. The staff is vey personable and always does what they can to help with our concerns. The grounds are very well taken care of and it also has an indoor basketball court for the young adults. Very nice property to live in.

I moved here about a year ago and honestly it’s worse than any place I’ve ever lived. It was supposed to be a temporary place to live until we got settled in, then we were supposed to move into a house. We recently tried to move out of here and when the owners of the home we were going to rent called the landlord here, they lied about our history and said we had late payments. I have proof of paying my rent on time every month, and they don’t plan on removing the late payments from our record, so a lawyer will be involved soon. This place is horrible, the people are loud and disrespectful, the kids are terrible, and you can hear your neighbors cough because the walls are so thin. My year here has been miserable and I would give 0 stars if I could. xx

When I moved here about a month ago, I found Roachs and bed bugs. Got bombs as soon as I found them and havent seen them since. Definitely got the creepy crawlies from it. BUT.Maintenance is super nice and punctual to any needs and the assistant manager is incredibly nice and understanding of circumstances.Lots of drama from other tenants and kids like to leave garbage everywhere. Again maintenance is awesome about getting it cleaned up but the kids run around un-supervised for hours and some of the adults act like toddlers.All around, not a bad place to rest your place at night.

I have been here for about a month now, the places are nice for the price but kitchens are severely outdated. Traffic noise is overwhelming you hear everything. I have never had luck getting the office to ever answe a phone call and it’s not for lack of trying so I often have to go in to get a hold of anyone. When I have complained of problems needing fixing such as my front door broken stuck open while I have an infant and it is a safety problem I received no urgency in fixing the problem I have been waiting over two hours for someone to fix it while the door being open causes it to be ungodly cold and also isn’t safe for my daughter to play in the living room as she usually does. This is just one example but I haven’t received timely help with any complaints which is a big problem for me the place is nice and so is the play ground but the children have extremely foul mouths and are very rough so not an environment I would let my kids play in. Children run around at all hours and leave bikes and scooters laying around which is also inconvenient. My main complaint is how difficult it is to get your complaints heard despite how often you pester the managers.

My experience with Mrs Francine and Mrs Deanna forgive me for misspelling, Maintance tech Eddy has been a great one. Francine and Deanna were very helpful and resourceful in getting our things in order for approval to college Glen. I like the floor plan and layout to our apartment home and it seems that they keep things up fairly good over here. The downside is not the staff or management but some of the folks who skate by on approval as some are not courteous to others by leaving trash and kids will touch your vehical. But, I like our place and I look forward to the future months staying here.

Horrible experience. Disgustingly rude management and front desk staff. Do not ever rent here unless you want to be treated terribly.

I dont live here but I would love to move into these apartments, I think they are some very nice apartments and you would never know that it is a lot I mean a lot of kids that live here in the complex because how clean and well kept the complex is, I know a few people that live here that have been here for a few years and they never had anything Negative to say so I cant wait to get the opportunity to lease here

We are in the midst of moving in currently. Holly, the MGR is very sweet and hard working . Management had changed during our transition and Holly bent over backwards making sure we moved in right in time before the first. Maintenance man had worked very hard as well, spending the night making sure all was done for us for move in. I have read a few reviews about the dog droppings, and yes, I do agree. The very first day we moved in we had stepping in piles of dog droppings in our courtyard and our first morning we had been pretty much spoken to in a hostile manner just because we parked in someones space. Lady,seriously no need to be rude, we just moved in and we didnt know about your space. Location is so awesome. As for paper thin walls, I wouldnt say that exactly. I never met my upstairs neighbors but, I do know they have toddlers, honestly it does not bother me, We have to live, being too quiet means you are not living. Units are so beautiful, hopefully Holly can get some help soon, poor thing is swamped. Overall, very nice property, I love our location, and no mold smell which is answering to some reviews and there are no roaches. I am from Florida and have a roach phobia, if there were roaches they would all come out at night and hadnt seen not even one. So, dog droppings, yes, it is a problem. Should totally have dog dropping bag stations on property, that is how bad the problem is other than that First few has been great. Will send another review in future

I have lived here over 8 years and i have an 11 year old and 7 year old. THEY Have grown up here. AS FAR AS LANDLORDS GO the one here is the most sweetest and caring person. THE STAFF and maintance have a bad rep around here. I TRUELY think that any negative reviews come from the partiers and rule breaking types. IF YOUR GONNA review so negatively make sure to include what your problems really our. MY OPINION IS the only changes needed are Band on dogs needs to be up for discussion or fines being tossed to those who dont pick up there dog feces. My walks would be more enjoyable. PEOPLE who have kids hitting punching and constantly being a problem need to be removed to allow good children a safe enjoyable playground. IF THEY HAD something other then just a basketball gym it be more quality life. a indoor heated pool would bring better family togetherness.Sheree

These apartments are paper thin you can hear neighbors talking . The carpets are cheap and easy to wear along as with the linoleum floors. I have lived here long enough to find its also horrible for having fleas, roaches, the management cant be trusted ! They treat disable people with no respect . If your value your rental history DO NOT RENT HERE ! If any one tries to say different I will up load all my proof so dont call me a liar . They have refused to fix carpet that is peeling back they tried to blame my small pug for the crappy carpet and yet 4 of my neighbors say the same the carpet is crappy and will shred at the edges, my linoleum floors are all bubbled up from the past fire that was in my apartment before they rented to me . They refused to fix it and I have fallen do to it ! I am disable and they dont care how it effects me. When I tried to move out the office was closed for 3 hours on the day we tried to go in as read our 20 day notice we was forced to stay and additional 30 days . after giving them our 30 day final notice they tried to get us to sign more papers a few days later, we refused to do to.. our interest in these apartments already ended . These apartments are being inspected by the staff as they call it ! (Inspections ) We do not use out door shoes in our home they walked in with shoes disrespecting our health and rights as tenants. the water here is brown and has made us sick several times. During the winter the the walking area to leave my stairs is flooded huge puddle of water keeps me from going out of the house, I had put in a few request to have them fix the drains and over head rain gutters, the rain gutters spray water back towards the stairs leaving tenants wet and flooded during the heavy rain times. If any feel they want to call me out on this I have plenty of rain footage and pictures of this during the past year I lived here !

After just over a month of living here, I feel I have been here long enough to get a basic idea of the place. For starters, management, is great. Very nice very willing to help. Any trouble and their on top of it. Whenever Ive had any problems the best place to go is to the management, and its taken care of.The place is fairly well kept and would be even more so if people didnt leave children unattended, all over. In fact this place is a predators dream based on this. Alot of these kids are nasty to each other (hitting, punching, vulgar language, raiscist slurs) I willnot let my kids play with them, I feel they would benefit greatly if they got a better playground equipment and maybe more then just your typical basketball court nobody really uses.Alot of the tennants are very nice, a few probably would have been better off living in a secluded area in the woods far from civilization. Though it might have to do with the fact that nobody feels inclined to pick up after their dogs. Seriously there are areas I will not walk here. Its disgusting, the management has place a station that offers free bags as well as a place to dispose of them. Why people are struggling with this, Im unsure of.The worst part is maintence, from what Ive seen there are 3. 2 are very nice and more then happy to help. The 3rd is a useless sort who Im sure is on his way out. His shitty personality, combined with complete laziness and unwillingness to do his job makes this the worst part. He will take every short cut possible and in the end really is unwilling to help or do what hes paid to do. Maybe he isnt paid and is being court ordered to work here as a volunteer. Whichever it is, without him Id probably easily give this place 4 stars, but based on this alone I cannot go over 3.As for the apartment itself. For what I pay there is a considerable amount of space. the closets are probably the main complaint as well as layout. Its just a bit awkward in some places. But overall its a nice apartment in my opinion.

Nasty roach infested, breezeways and stairs are very dirty, the pool is barely open when its that time of year, when it comes to fixing things they just do enough to get by!!! I wouldnt recommend for anybody to move over here it is bad Im not go sugar coat anything

Not sure what to think of this place yet, we are in the process of moving here, the office staff seem very nice and the complex is very clean compared to others we have looked at
