Ive now been here for over a year and have been impressed with the professionalism of the staff. A couple times that Ive experienced any problem, staff were immediately ready to correct the issue. However, with the rent increased like 10-15% and utilities increased $50 in two months, its outrageous. I know its not the office or maintenance staffs fault but I needed to point this out to the company/owner.

This apartment complex is a joke, my rent has gone up every month. When I re signed my lease the price went up almost 200 dollars and it’s never the same . The building I live in has a leak in a water line but yet I have to pay for the higher utility cost . The management is always a revolving door of new people. I’ve lived here for almost two years and can’t wait to get out of this trash bag place. 1500 for a one bedroom on the third floor is ridiculous.

I lived here for 2 years . the walls are paper thin, I could literally hear my upstairs neighbor peeing everyday.The apartments themselves arent bad just extremely over priced. They also switched management 4 times in the 2 years I lived there.They will charge you for anything they possibly can on move out.Be sure when you move in you keep a copy of damages done to the apartment before you moved in .. This was my only saving grace when it came to move out.

Extremely helpful staff, especially Bia. She has been very patient and thorough in explaining the rental process and at notifying us of any new options available!

My family and I moved here about 2 years ago now and in a 3 bedroom and 2 bath and I love this place. The price is a bit high but the community is a small tight knit place and everyone watches out for each other. The office staff both old and new have done a great job with any issues Ive had and the maintenance guy is super nice and respectful of my home when hes come in and Im hoping to make this my home for another few years. I am a firm believer in always having room for improvement and thats why I am giving 4 stars and not 5 because no place is perfect. The apartments are spacious and well laid out in my opinion and honestly the only complaint I have is the poop bags being a cheaper made product from what they use to have when I first moved in. :) other than that no complaints and I highly recommend this place!

The apartments here are spacious and well kept. In addition, the apartment staff are courteous and obliging. I have had a great experience here and highly recommend this apartment complex as a place to live. Ive been here for going on two years and have never regretted it as a choice.

Terrible apartment complex, entire grounds covered in dog feces; sidewalks, porches, and all grass areas are covered in dog feces. Management locks up community space on a daily basis, anytime they have a meeting and/or not in the office then tenants have no access to the public space; gym, kitchen area, living room area, etc. The public space that tenants pay for is more like the staffs hangout area. Two bedroom apartments only come with one parking spot (as do all other apartment sizes) and the staff will tow your vehicle in a second. The manager never leaves the office area, the entire time we lived there she never step foot anywhere else on the property, even after complaints about poor sanitation on the grounds.
