This is the best martial arts school ever! They take care of you they teach the best and if you are looking to join they are your best choice!

My family started here a few months back trying to get into shape and spend time together. We were very impressed with Master Olds, his staff, and most importantly the community they have built. We have made new friends, are actively getting back into shape, and spending focused time together as a family. If anyone is thinking of trying out any kind of martial arts, I recommend trying Rising Phoenix in Kyle, TX first. They have something for everyone that are willing to focus and have self-discipline.

My 7 year old daughter began classes at the end of November. She has tried ballet, cheer, modern dance, etc. She is relatively shy and had difficulty jumping into anything that is physically demanding or where she has to speak or be assertive. However, Master Olds was capable of encouraging her without a lot of pressure. She absolutely loves going to classes at Rising Phoenix. As a mom and veteran preschool teacher, I can say that he has what it takes to work with young children and people in general. Ive seen him get preschoolers into lessons that I actually thought they would never participate. The children challenge him with their behavior, but his calm demeanor and ability to stay focused helps new students to get into the lessons faster and more willingly. The children are learning self discipline and self control. I highly recommend Master Olds and his team of highly trained and skilled professionals. My only regret is waiting a whole year before having my daughter enroll.

Very well run martial arts school with a great community of people. Perfect for all ages and skill levels. The instructors are wonderful, the supplemental tools are extremely useful, and Master Olds is a wealth of knowledge and skills. A great place to become a warrior!
