The director of this facility is very scattered and of little help to patients. If your doctor is out of the office, you cannot get any help at all. If you happen to lose your prescription - you can just forget it. Their policy is that no one get a replacement. Policy matters more to them than patient care. My daughter has lost many days from work and college because we couldnt get any help. People make mistakes and not everyone is a doctor shopper or a drug abuser. Some of us legitimately need medications in order to perform normal activities. Its enough to deal with to be different and have a mental health challenge without having no support from your health care provider.Although there are some good doctors at this facility - you can forget it if you need help in an emergency situation. After speaking to 3 different people this week, the director of the facility could not get her facts straight and even was confused and shared information about other patients. Furthermore, I really am disappointed that our government, insurance companies, and healthcare providers are so fearful that everyone is considered an illegal drug user.
It was $160 a session for my 14 y o three times a week. I paid them, they were supposed to bill my insurance and pay me back. That was June. Now its getting into late September. My HSA is empty. My credit near ruin. Not sure that we accomplished much of anything with the therapy. Dont trust these guys.
