My daughter saw Anne Little-Goss for counseling. Due to COVID-19, the appointments were virtual. While my daughter (a teen) certainly benefited from the counseling and connected with Ms. Goss, beware of a couple of things: 1. Due to COVID, services are virtual. You still pay the same amount. Luckily, I have good insurance and could manage the $99 enrollment and monthly fee.2. When my daughter returned to in-person school and increased extra curricular activities, she could no longer do appointments in the morning. i rescheduled one of the appointments and it was 5 weeks out. I left a message for Ms. Goss and sent multiple emails to Thriveworks to see if we could be put on a wait list or get the appointment moved up and got no response. When my daughter and Ms. Goss had the appointment, at that point, Ms. Goss agreed scheduling with her would be difficult and she would refer my daughter to someone else within the practice. She agreed to email me once that was done. I never heard from her again. I called today and the person I spoke with confirmed that there was no one else with availability who would be the right fit. Of course, in the meantime, I paid another month.I think if they really made their clients a priority, Ms. Goss would have followed through on what she agreed to do and they would answer their emails. If youre going to charge extra fees for premier service, please deliver.
Ive greatly enjoyed seeing my therapist Mark. Hes really nice and its so easy to discuss with him and express myself. Ive enjoyed every visit thus far. I look forward to healing with him.
BE AWARE: To even set up an appointment you have to pay a $99 enrollment fee. When I was talking to the receptionist she mentioned they are a premium provider like 8 times. About the second or third time she said it I started to get suspicious and then sure enough; after all of my insurance and personal information was collected she finally tried to sell the enrollment fee. This is certainly not my first rodeo with therapy and I have never once heard of a therapist or therapist group needing an enrollment fee. I have read similar complaints in this thread and the responses seems to be them digging their heels in and trying to sell themselves as the best. I think if youre the best in town then you wouldnt need to up-sell a membership fee. All that feels like youre doing is trying to milk a few more dollars out of your customers. Notice how I said customers and not Patients... Thats what it genuinely felt like - Like I was trying to be sold something rather than them trying to help me.
They only care about $ they will keep taking money out of your debit card when you quit going but they will never call to make sure everything is okay. I also dont like the fact the counselor does not share his cell phone with you so that in itself tells me they really dont care so much for theyre clients with that said they are nice and keep a clean environment
My husband and I saw Justin Hall and he 110% was able to save our marriage. We’ve seen several different people over the past eight years but Justin was the only one who made an impact. Highly recommend seeing him!
I’ve been seeing Amanda Gilliam for about a year and I’ve had a great experience. She’s extremely personable, an attentive and patient listener, and a helpful counselor. I appreciate that she empathizes with my issues and provides concrete and actionable advice. Her thoughtful questions really help me regain perspective when I need it.The Thriveworks staff has always been friendly and professional when I call. The office atmosphere is clean and inviting. Overall, I’m very pleased and will continue visiting.
My daughter has been seeing Amanda Gilliam for over a year now. Amanda has been very helpful, patient, and engaged in her care. She has offered our family multiple resources and advice on how to better meet the needs of our children. I have seen tremendous growth in my daughter since she has been working with Amanda. It takes a village to raise our children to be wholehearted and responsible adults, and we are thankful Amanda is in ours!
BE AWARE: They charge $100 to even set up an appointment. Only people who can pay amount at the drop a hat can get service here. They want to ensure their clientele are exactly like them, I guess. Middle to upper class. Meanwhile, those of us who have to count every penny to get by have a lot more stress, but thats none of my business...Im sure these people are great if you lucky enough to get to see them.
I have been going to see Amanda Gilliam for about 6 months now and she has drastically helped me with certain issues I have been dealing with. She has made herself available to me anytime I need and has fit me in to her schedule even when I haven’t had an appointment. Her wisdom, outlook, and advice have been exactly what I’ve needed in my life and counseling sessions. Highly recommended!
Amanda has been such a blessing to our family. My 8 year old started seeing her at the end of the summer. During the sessions, Amanda taught her how to use her words and express herself through play therapy. Amanda always makes herself available to us and has helped my daughters school to better understand her and help with her self esteem. My progress my daughter has made has been wonderful. I would highly recommend Amanda to any family who needs patience and guidance with their children.
Amanda is wonderful! Her office is warm and welcoming. She is very accommodating is scheduling. Amanda is compassionate and in tune with the needs of her clients. She’s a wonderful listener and always there to encourage and challenge her clients toward growth.
If youre in a place in life where youre not happy, youre finding yourself struggling with going to work every day, youre looking at your relationship with dull eyes, youre closed off from other people, you dont know how to fix it, please dont give up hope, call Justin Hall. I started seeing him 3 years ago and after he helped me realize I didnt need to make everyone else happy, only myself, we started building on the tools needed to conquer my goals one step at a time.Justin Hall has guided me through several job changes until I found a career I am proud of and excited about, hes helped me to be more compassionate towards myself and others, he helped me with my struggles with cancer treatments, family issues, one large move and so much more, but more importantly, he gave me the guidance and the knowledge that I needed to do it on my own. I continue to see him because I want to constantly be a better person, not because I have to or am struggling anymore and thats what makes him such a great therapist and a wonderful ally.
These people do not care about your recovery. They do not send out appointment reminders and will charge you $100 for missing. They will not work with you for a better time either. So be sure you can make it or pay.
I saw Justin for quite a while, and have to say that he is the first counselor that truly helped me. He challenged me to think of things in ways that I hadnt thought of, helped me to take ownership of things that I needed to do, and helped me work through some very challenging times. I have recommended several friends to him.
My son has been seeing Amanda Gilliam for around 2 years. My son adores her. She continues to be a strong advocate for him. She is kind, warm, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend her and Thriveworks!
My husband and I have been seeing Justin Hall for a few years. We worked with other therapists with little success. Justin was completely different. He really worked with us and challenged us to work hard to preserve our marriage. We wouldnt have made it without his help.
My children see Amanda and Justin individually and we go to Amanda for family therapy. Both therapists have been incredibly helpful for my two kids, helping them process and navigate some very complex challenges. They are both professional and insightful and are truly helping my children to thrive! Family therapy with Amanda has helped us to understand each other and ourselves better and improved our communication. She is fair, open, and understanding and is able to see, acknowledge, and address root issues quickly and with honesty and kindness. I would highly recommend thriveworks to anyone and everyone!
My husband and I saw Justin Hall for a couple of years. He was always pleasant and easy to talk to, like talking to a good friend. He was up to date in research based interaction/communication techniques that my husband and I found very useful in improving our communication, particularly during times of conflict.I would highly recommend Justin for anyone looking to improve interpersonal relationships or someone looking for a good person to listen to them and help them work through personal conflict/trauma.
Justin Hall far exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend him to anyone who is experiencing marital discord, uncertainty about divorce, or just jump-start a long-term marriage. After being married for over 20 years, my husband and I needed a refresh and reset on our relationship. Justin provided us with the couples counseling we needed to help us reconnect; improve communication, trust, and boundaries; avoid slipping into old destructive habits; and focus on improving the future.Everything about Justin was positive. From the moment you walk in the door, his warm smile instantly makes you feel comfortable and welcome. He is genuinely kind, caring, and compassionate. He listened patiently and was able to see through to what our real issues were. He related well to us and we felt comfortable sharing with him in a non-threatening, nonjudgmental way. Because of Justin, we have gained a deeper understanding and better appreciation of each other. Most importantly, we learned how to listen and have real conversations again. This has been a life changing experience for us, and we are amazed that this had such an immediate but lasting impact on our marriage.
Like a few others have mentioned, Thrive Works does not work with you if you cant make an appointment or if you need to change your scheduled appointment due to being sick. I got sick the night before my appointment and called them the next morning to reschedule. I still received a $99 charge on my credit card because of the missed appointment, and when I called to inquire, they refused to give me a refund. They said that even though I contacted them to let them know I was sick, I still missed the appointment and its their strict policy to charge $99 for any missed appointment. SCAM!!!!
Weve been coming to Thriveworks for almost two years now. Its done wonders to my familys communication style. Helps us all understand each other to be in a space that is neutral and safe. Appreciate all of Amandas help.
. Our initial search for a therapist was not easy. After several calls I began to lose hope in finding someone that specializes in our needs and would take a child under 13. Then my mother contacted ThriveWorks and we were connected with Amanda Gilliam. It was like a black cloud had been lifted. My 12 year old daughter was very uneasy about therapy and sharing. The very first session Amanda was able to break through and bond with my daughter. Her laid back style and play therapy are amazing. Not only has she helped my child but she has also helped to ease my heart. I feel as though I have someone in my corner that understands. She is always available to answer any questions I may have. Finding Amanda Gillian was a blessing.
I cannot thank Thriveworks enough in how they have helped my family! Im so thankful that the Lord put Amanda Gilliam in our lives. She is very thoughtful and caring. Always knows how to direct you in your time of need. Thank you again Amanda for all that you do!!!
I was in sessions with Justin for about a year and highly recommend him. He has a deep grasp of psychology that he is constantly refreshing and renewing, and he was able to help me a lot in understanding what was driving the emotions and feelings of myself and close family members. He was a great help.
Amanda Brooks was very instrumental in helping my children cope with my divorce. She listened to them, worked with them and helped them talk through the many changes that were happening to us. Her style of therapy was loving, kind and extremely beneficial to us, even my 12 year old. I highly recommend her for whatever counseling needs you may have.
Worked with Justin Hall for two years. I highly recommend him to anyone that is looking.
Amanda Brooks Gilliam is an incredible therapist. She takes each individual and her job as a therapist seriously. She truly listens to her clients and walks them through their struggles with an empathetic heart. I have worked with her with several families. She is one of the best. I am proud to call her my friend and colleague.
If you need or are considering seeking couseling, youve found the right place! Justin has helped me tremendously over the past year through a very tough time in my life, providing great advice, insight, and encouragement along the way. He is extremely easy to talk with and will help you communicate and seek resolution to whatever challenge youre facing. I have also had very positive experiences when calling to reschedule appointments and enjoy the comfortable office environment. I cant recommend Thriveworks and Justin strongly enough. Thank you for the great work you do!
My boyfriend and I were looking to talk through a few things before making the decision to move forward with out relationship. Justin was great! Very easy to talk with, facilitated our conversations well and asked very thoughtful questions that were important for us to consider. I would definitely recommend Thriveworks for any potential counseling needs, and especially Justin :)
I have been seeing Amanda Gilliam for almost 2 years now and she has drastically changed my life. I struggled with finding a therapist for a while who I felt I could connect with and who genuinely cared about what I was saying but then I found Amanda. She always listens, makes me feel heard, and always knows just how to help me. She is available to talk whenever I need her and has done so much for me. No complaints. I am in such a good place because of her and I cannot rate her well enough. Highly recommend for anyone looking.
We have been clients of Thriveworks in Farragut for nearly two years. I am thankful to have Amanda Gilliam as part of our sons team for success. He has had a difficult journey and struggles with many deficiencies. Amanda is one of the few play therapist in our area and excels working with children with special needs. She is also transparent and without breaking trust with my child she exposes when we need to change things or sync up. Amanda has made a tremendous impact on our lives through the therapeutic support of our son.
I called to schedule my initial appointment. After being on hold for a significant amount of time, then talking to someone on the phone, the call turned a bit disturbing. I was given a counselor name, day and time. 10 minutes had passed on the call. I was finally told there was a $100 enrollment fee, $9 a month admin fee on top of the co-pay and insurance pay out. This is before I could even meet anyone in this company. I wouldnt agree to the fee without knowing it was a good fit. Then, I was told I could see any counselor within this facility. Honestly, it seemed like a scam to lock you into a service you dont know will work or is a good fit. Buyer beware.
I am happy to have Amanda Brooks as a therapist. She works with me and my college school schedule. She is so personable to me which helps me to feel like we have a good therapist/patient relationship. I am not afraid to open up to her and really tell her what is going on with me and my personal struggles. She helps me to think on my issues and come up with healthy ways to handle them, which causes me to continue to grow as a person. Being a Christian, I always bring up my faith and how important it is to me. Amanda helps me to integrate the spiritual side with the psychological aspect of myself which helps me to better analyze my emotions, my faith, and my environment. I recommend her for children, to teens, and even young adults.
Very professional, a warm and friendly experience. Ive been seeing Justin for several months. Ive visited the office several times and because of my job Im out of town for a couple months at a time. They offer video sessions and without this option I would still be struggling with my issues. Im grateful for the guidance and council Justin has provided. On a personal note, I know my wife is grateful as well!
Amanda Brooks is wonderful. She is helping my daughter with some difficult situations and helping her work through feelings and emotions. I can tell a huge difference in her since she first started seeing Amanda. She is caring and compassionate and Im so thankful she incorporates her Christian values with my daughter. We are blessed to have found her.
Completely unprofessional. Writing letters for your friends for court based on lies is what the therapists do here. Go somewhere different. Go somewhere that has ethics and professionalism. This is not the place. If your friends with Amanda Gilliam, then she will write letters for court with whatever information she is fed from you. A therapist should not even be able to take patients that she has a relationship with outside of work. It is very conflicting especially when she goes to write her allegations down. She provided a letter with information that could have only come from the mother. How would a 5 year old be able to say someone has a legal history of domestic violence? They wouldnt.
Gabriel jones!! It was a great experience for my first time. Very welcoming and nice! Love them environment and counselor he is truly great. Looking forward to my next app!
Last year I was depressed and needed counseling. I came and talked with Justin once a week. I used to think I wouldn’t ever really need therapy but I came with an open mind and shared what I was feeling. I found that he was wise and easy to talk to. About 8 months later I reached a point where I was okay without counseling and I could move forward with my life. The whole process was very beneficial to me.
Amanda Brooks was our family therapist when my wife and I were adopting our teenage daughter. Amanda did an excellent job working with the entire family to address issues that occurred during the adoption and after the adoption. Amanda is an amazing therapist and helped our family get through some difficult times. I highly recommend Amanda Brooks if youre in need of a therapist.
I cant thank Amanda Brooks enough. Shes an amazing person and Thriveworks is an amazing place. After calling about 15 therapists and getting immediately turned away, Thriveworks returned my call within the hour and Amanda was hand-picked for me and my situation. I got an appointment scheduled that day. Theres ALWAYS time for me and scheduling/canceling is never a hassle. Theres a therapist on call 24/7 and Amanda always makes time for me when I need it. It makes getting better easy.
My husband and I went to see Justin Hall when we first moved to Knoxville in July of 2017. When we first started seeing him, we were still engaged and going through a rough time in our relationship. We were fighting all the time (at least 2-3 times a WEEK) and we needed help with communication, compassion towards each other, listening, and solutions to help our relationship. I was at a point of wanting to call of the wedding and give up on it all.I can honestly say that Justin pretty much saved our relationship. We would start out going to Justin once a week, and then it because once every other week, and then once a month. Because our relationship just kept on improving and we needed to see Justin less and less. We would talk to Justin and he would listen and provide his insights and solutions, and we followed them. And we started fighting less. Now, we go MONTHS without a fight! And now were happily married. Weve learned more about patience and point of views, and what to do and not to do during a fight. Some of it seems obvious, but when you have that middle-man that isnt on anyones side it really helps. If there are any other couples that feel like they seriously need outside help in their relationship (which is 100% OKAY!), I highly suggest Justin Hall. I refer friends to him at any chance I get because of how amazing his sessions have been for me and my husband.
Sadly I would not recommend Thriveworks. My former therapist there was amazing and I would have absolutely recommended her and Thrive, however that is no longer the case. My therapist was removed from the practice and I was not informed. In trying to reach her to move an appointment, my email bounced back, headquarters knew nothing and I still have not received a notification or call. Therapy works because it is a stable and consistent thing in trying times. Counseling patients need reliability, not shock and unprofessional upheavals. Shame on the director for handling this change in such poor fashion. When you are brave enough to build a relationship with a therapist, you need them to be there. The Thrive leaderships actions proves they do not care about patients and recovery. I am very sad - I feel like my world has been rocked.
I have had an incredible experience at Thriveworks! My counselor, Amanda, has helped me get through some of the darkest times in my life and I am truly thankful for that. I highly recommend Thriveworks!!! Its the greatest!!!
I highly recommend Amanda Gillam as a therapist. She is very professional, but still warm and welcoming. She is very easy to talk to, and open up with. I would thoroughly recommend booking a session with Amanda at Thrive Works to anyone! Truly a wonderful experience.
Thriveworks is absolutely AMAZING! I am so lucky to have the opportunity to have Nicola Hopkins as my therapist. I was very nervous and scared about starting therapy and sharing my story with someone, but I am so grateful that I did! Nicola is caring, understanding, and honestly the first person I want to talk to when anything good or bad happens. She has helped me better understand myself and start healing in one of the most difficult times of my life. She made me feel comfortable in our very first session, and she will always have my utmost trust. I have been seeing Nicola for almost a year now and plan on continuing to see her for a long time. I dont know where I would be without the help she has given me. If you feel alone, defeated, or scared, PLEASE talk to Nicola Hopkins. She genuinely cares, and she will help you through whatever trial, however big or small.
Called to set up couples therapy based upon information on the website regarding taking insurance, and that cost should not be a reason to not go. 1st call I sat on hold for 15 minutes then opted to receive a call back. That was 45 minutes later and I was unable to accept the call due to being at work. Called again after work and opted again to receive a call back. Received a call back 20 minutes later by a very unprofessional person who went on to inform me that the only counselor who offered couples therapy did not accept insurance was self pay only at a rate of $195 per session. I questioned the information on the website and was told this was a new policy that started about 2 weeks prior. When I said that the reason I had contacted them was because the site said they accept almost all insurance and that if that was not true that they should update their website I was hung up on.
Justin is a great therapist and gives practical strategies to battle intense anxiety and low self esteem. He helped through a loss of a beloved pet, as well as get to the bottom of some deep rooted unhealthy thoughts. I highly recommend him to anyone!
I have started my therapy session with Karen Ratliff-Trotter from the beginning form this year. It was going good at the beginning. But after almost 4 months I was having a lot of difficulties in my life and left my house. My therapist knew everything. Even in my difficult times I was interested to continue my therapy. I asked to my therapist a letter that I am continuing therapy with her. She told me that I have to give $75 for a letter. Which was ridiculous! Then I stop asking her. At the end of the August I had car Problem and I didn’t show up for an appointment and I have requested my therapist to waive my $99 fine. She told me that she can’t do anything and it is the decision of Thriveworks. Then I called to thrivworks then they told me that the decision of therapist. I still don’t know it was whose decision. They also told me that this is a car related problem and they might consider if it is a case of sickness. After two months I have to cancel one of my appointment because of my daughter’s sickness and it was less than 24 hours. Then Thriveworks told me that no matter what is the reason, we would charge $99 and my therapist also said so. So when I have a car problem then they told me about sickness and I had sickness then they said we don’t consider anything. They lied with me. Two weeks after that my therapist cancel all my upcoming appointments and also cancel my membership. She just told me to look for another therapist and I am not a good match with Thriveworks. Not only that thrive works sent a bill of $198 for two previous no show up fine. I think I got a very unprofessional behavior from Thriveworks.I have invested my money and time at thriveworks. When I have created a history then they kicked me out. Now I have to invest the same money and time again. There are a lot of organization who charges no show up fee but they consider sickness and accident. My question is that if you had an accident or your kids are sick who should you call first??? The police or hospital or Thriveworks?? If you start therapy in thriveworks then you have to call them first. Last one month I had a trauma of $99 no show up bill. I am a poor person but I tried my best to continue here even though I am having a really tough time in my life. But I will suggest if anyone has money please spend your money in a place where you would be treated as a human being and wouldn’t be kicked at your difficult time. We are not robot. This is just a money making organization without caring of their client.
If you live in or around Knoxville, TN and need counseling (or know someone else who needs it), please check out ThriveWorks. Ive visited the office myself and the environment is truly amazing. Its all beautifully done and very welcoming, while still providing ample privacy for sessions with your counselor. The staff is truly wonderful. I highly recommend Justin R. Hall for your counseling needs.
After talking with Justin during several sessions I can say that I would recommend him highly. I was unsure of exactly what I was looking for and what I got was very useful, professional life coaching. Thank you!!
Amanda Brooks was such a great help to my son and me. She had a flexible schedule, meeting sometimes for longer than necessary if she felt thats what we needed. Working on my sons behavioral issues hasnt been fun or easy, but Amanda has helped guide us through those murky waters. Thank you, Amanda!
Justin Hall has been working with our family for a while. It was helpful to have a fair, impartial person guide us to the heart of the matter. His advice has helped us to talk and, more importantly, listen to each other. We highly recommend him.
Amanda Brooks helped me through a difficult time in my life. She helped me work though my feelings and emotions. She has been a huge influence, and has helped me overcome many things I have faced. She is a wonderful therapist and I am blessed that she was mine!!
As a pastor, I often need to refer parishioners for more in-depth counseling. Nicola Hopkins is the first on my list. My parishioners find her warm, caring, professional, and healing.
Going through a hard time with my family, seeing Amanda helped me relieve some of that stress and calm down. she helped me see things would get better and everything would be okay. very thankful to have had her as a therapist!
Justin Hall helped me out a lot, hes very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I wished I started earlier, I highly recommend him.
Tried not one, not two, but three of their therapists. All of which clearly couldnt handle more intense issues. All used basic talk therapy and had trouble even staying engaged during session. I wouldnt recommend unless you just needed someone to bounce thoughts off of.
Amanda Brooks is an amazing therapist. Her ability to help you see things differently is helpful. I highly recommend her as a therapist.
Amanda Brooks has helped me to learn how to overcome many different experiences throughout my teenage years. From childhood trauma, drug addiction, foster care, adoption, even to just being there when I needed someone to speak to. Not only has she helped me in those areas, but also, shes helped me learn how to love myself again. I highly recommend her for children & adults!
Justin Hall gave me the tools I needed to deal with a neurological issue. I would recommend him.
The counselors here are all very unprofessional. They do not respond to emails unless you tell them you no longer want to continue with them. Do not go to Amanda Gilliam for family counseling. She picks sides and even told me that she isnt interested in hearing or seeing the truth of what has been going on. She is very unprofessional during family counseling sessions. She is only interested in getting a paycheck, she is not there for you.
Thriveworks continues to make headlines! Ive seen them in the news a couple of times both on the television and on the Internet - this all in three months since theyve been open. What an awesome resource for the community! A+
I have call and asked to speak to a counselor over 5 days and said it was urgent and still have not received a call back. I emailed 2 counselors over a week ago and not even a return email. How does this happen???
I have been bringing my son to Amanda for a while now, we adopted him through foster care and due to severe abuse and neglect at an early age AND because my son is on the spectrum with a developmental delay and ADHD we needed someone who really knew what they were doing......Amanda has been amazing with him! Her knowledge of early childhood trauma, her patience with my son (who can be a huge handful), and her ability to explain so much to me during this process is so greatly appreciated, hands down she is a great person and wonderful at what she does! The office is also a clean and comfortable enviroment, you will not regret making an appointment !! I wish we had found thrive works sooner!
Amanda was an answer to a prayer when we needed a great therapist. My daughter loved her, and I would highly recommend her to anyone!
Amanda Brooks Gilliam was so helpful to our 5 year old son who dealt with anxieties and sadness after a sudden death in the family. He looked forward to play therapy and she was able to help him explain his worries to us. I highly recommend her! Thank you for helping our son through tough times!
Amanda Brooks Gilliam was our adopted Daughters therapist from the time she entered custody and even continued seeing her after she was adopted. Our daughter felt as though she could easily relate with Amanda. As parents Amanda was able to bridge the communication gaps in addition to helping all of us learn how to function as a family unit. Amanda was able to speak truth when it needed to be done but also give ways to move forward once issues were brought to light. She was available during critical moments and always offered support to us day or night. I am thankful that our Daughter has a therapist who she can count on and move through life with. I would highly recommend her, especially with children who have been/are in foster care or have experienced trauma.
After my dad committed suicide, I went to counseling with Justin. He is very relatable and easy going. He helped me through some dark days.
Amanda is very helpful and genuinely concerned with helping her clients
The counseling here was the best, professional and caring. Nicola Hopkins was wonderful in my time of crisis.
The office is beautiful and comfortable. Thank you Thriveworks for delivering on such an awesome private practice!
Amanda Brooks is my therapist, and she has helped me SO much! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking. She has been nothing but professional and warm in the months Ive been her client. Shes really help me deal with my past trauma and PTSD as well as day-to-day life stresses/challenges.
This is a very helpful place and Justin is a great therapist. I would recommend thriveworks to anyone looking.
Coming here has helped me realize that Im not perfect and there is always something you can do differently. I look forward to coming here every week!
I wont be attending this unprofessional location. They are rude on the phone and the employees have no regards for what is right.
Thriveworks has an amazing environment and the people who work there are professional, caring and great to work with.
This is the best looking and most welcoming therapist office I have ever been to. Our therapist has helped me and my family since day one and continues to do so.
Teresa is unethical and unprofessional. She was supposed to be working with me and my children to build a relationship that was destroyed during a divorce. She took it upon herself to side with the children and insult me in-front of them. Counselors are not supposed to choose a side they are to stay neutral. She is the most unprofessional person I have ever came in contact with. I will never return to Thriveworks and would NEVER recommend her to anyone.
Nicola Hopkins is an unprofessional, unethical therapist. I have seen first hand the things she has done and if her license doesnt get revoked, I will be shocked! She has a police report filed against her and she has given out confidential information! There is tons of proof! Stay away!!
Amanda Brooks is awesome!
