We took my 3 year old son late last week after Sharkeys wouldn’t see him. We were scared after Great Clips had messed up his bangs a few months back and treated him with insensitivity. But he desperately needed a decent haircut.We explained to them that my son was non verbal and autistic, so it might be harder than usual. They were more than patient enough to help us out and to give my son an amazing haircut despite his attempts to squirm. They worked around his issues efficiently and made my son feel as if he mattered! Something great clips didn’t do!Thank you to the staff! My son’s hair looks great. My husband has been getting his hair cut there for a few years. Its great to be able to drive up, get in and get out in about 15 minutes. He always gets a nice haircut.

My husband and I both visit this location, and we always specifically request Hannah. She does a wonderful job with both of our hair, especially my husband. He has curly hair and has had bad experiences elsewhere, but Hannah always does a great job and he wont let anyone else cut it now! Definitely recommend.

During the Covid Crisis it’s always a good idea to check in through the app. As I proceeded to do so, the app gave me the below pictured message. I was already in the parking lot so I went in to see just how long the wait would be. There were two employees and one customer already checking out. That does not appear to be maximum capacity to me. Either the app isn’t functioning properly or they turned it off to slow the rate of incoming customers. One employee told me to check in and the other rolled her eyes and said do you want it or should I do it. The haircut itself was fine and correct. The poor customer service and the apparent irritation that I came even into the store ruined the experience. I will not be using Sport Clips again.

I’m not a confrontational person and I don’t like to embarrass people in front of others, the lady that cut my hair today at this location just seemed as if she didn’t want to touch my hair at all. On top of that used dead trimmers to do the fading and when she shaved my neck and ears she did a poor job, especially when she didn’t even take the time to trim my ears and when I asked her to shave my side burns even with my ears, it looks like she didn’t even trim them. I know the mask makes it harder on stylist to do there job but take a little more time and do what ur getting paid to do please I should have walked out without paying. And on another note every time I walk into that location it is never the same people working. What’s going on sports clips!!!!!!!! Sincerely unhappy customer

This was the second haircut of the day for me the first place I went to had no idea what they were doing and completely screwed up my hair. Went to Sports Clips as there right around the corner from my house. First time ever being there and Harli did my hair perfect just the way I like it. Well definitely be going there for now on and asking for her thank you so much.

My first time at the sport clips in halls was quick and pleasant. I wasnt sure what I wanted done to my hair. So my stylists tips helped a lot. I hardly had to wait at all and was very pleased with the results. No pressure to upsell just good service. I would recommend to anyone.

I have been a regular client here for a few years. Tiffany is my preferred stylist and does an excellent job. I would recommend her to anyone. She does a great job and pays attention to the details. She’s also not afraid to tell you that what you’re asking for might take a lot of daily upkeep and if you don’t want to deal with that you might want to reconsider. I’d rather know that beforehand than after the fact, and that kind of “looking out for me” attitude is why I keep coming back to her. She’s the best.

I always enjoy getting my haircut here and appreciate the extra care they take in their work to help me look my best.

Great environment and close to home. I personally have Tiffany take care of me and without a doubt, I receive exactly what I want. I’m picky, have been many many places and have been told I have a complex cut. Tiffany nails it every single time. Friendly, fast and considerate. Not often do you have any “service” preformed and the person ask your (fill in the blank) went. In her chair you will be more than a haircut or a number, you’re a person with a name and story that she remembers. Customer service! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.To Sports Clips: you’ve got a good one, treat her well!

All of the girls are great.with my 6 year old. They have very detailed notes on his particular cut in his client profile so he always gets a perfect, consistent style with every cut. The store is always very clean, everyone is very friendly and wait times are never very long. We visit this location about once every 4-6 weeks.

A highly recommend Kendra at this location! She is a true pro! I will definitely go back to this location because her haircut changed my life. I felt like a more confident person when I left and I can now take on the world! Shes a great asset to the company and Id honestly recommend a promotion.

My partner gets his hair cut at this location and loves the attention to detail that the staff puts into his look. Theyre always fast and efficient in their work and have cleanly stations. Hannah is his preferred gal and always does a bang up job for a fantastic price. Would highly reccomend her to anyone looking for a trim or a total transformation.

Sportsclips in Halls is the only place I go to get my haircut and it’s amazing! Highly Recommend getting your hair cut by Kendra. She is very professional and does a great job cutting hair. She’s also great to talk to and she’s super attractive!

FREE HAIRCUT CARD - WOULD NOT HONOR - CHARGED ME!I let them know I had a free haircut card when I came in. No one told me it was only for an upgrade (which was a lie anyway). IT was for a FREE haircut - see image below. Once my haircut was finished, I was leaving and they told me the card was only good for an upgrade to their regular haircut and charged me! I didnt want to make a scene so I paid and left. I called them the next day and told them what happened. The assistant manager told me I should not have been charged. They told me they could not refund me, it was company policy to not refund, they could only give me a free haircut. WHY would I want a free haircut from someone who tries to scam/steal from their customers? The haircut I did receive that I HAD to pay for, wasnt what I requested - I sure dont want another like that. I told her to use a number 2 size guard, which she did not use! I just wanted out of there. Sad service! My credit card company will get my money back from them. MY SUGGESTION, DO NOT GO HERE - ESPECIALLY WITH A FREE HAIRCUT COUPON!

Kendra is by far the best stylist in the office. I have followed her from Northshore, Turkey Creek, and now the Halls location. Kendra is easy to work with and makes the time I am in her chair enjoyable. Highly recommend Kendra and the Halls location to anyone needed a new style.

I get my haircut by Tiffany every month. She has great attention to detail and does a wonderful job cutting my hair. I would recommend this Sports Clips, and especially Tiffany, to anyone.

Had a good experience so far, had one bad cut at fountain city location and had to come back to this one to have it fixed. They fixed it no problem and were very nice$25 is over priced imo unless I get a coupon I won’t come here to pay $25

The stylist did a great job interacting with my son and also did a great job on his hair with little direction from me as I had no clue. Thankfully she knew what I wanted by my description.

The first time I took my son here to get his haircut they did a good job, the second time I ended up bringing him home and giving him a buzz cut myself. I asked for a fauxhawk and that is not what he got. It was super super short in the front and had almist no length taken off in the back, it was all over the place.

My grandbabies love this barber shop. The girls are so good to them and are always willing to put in the lines they want on the side of their heads.
