Shout out to my boy Memphis Jay! I flew from DC all the way to Tennessee for a wedding and was not able to get a haircut before I left but I found creative cuts when I touched down, was able to walk him, and got an amazing cut. The shop is Hella clean and the vibe is just right. I definitely suggest this barbershop to anyone who is looking for a barber.

As someone who’s been to countless shops in our area, I implore you to check these dudes out. The owner, John, is a major professional and will absolutely have you walking away incredibly stoked with both the service and the end product. The shop has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and you probably won’t be shocked if you eventually find yourself not minding which of the barbers ends up cutting your hair that day. Dope lettering and artwork for decor and comfortable waiting area. You can’t go wrong with anyone on the crew and especially can’t go wrong with the shop as a whole.

These guys are top notch! They have an organized appointment system and can get you in and out with a CLEAN fresh cut with razor edge and clean you up well after the cut. If you want a real barber, these are your guys. Eric and John are the go tos!

I don’t care that they were a little behind. That doesn’t bother me it’s the quality of the haircut that I received when I finally got the haircut. I asked for it to be done with scissors. I was left with a very uneven haircut on all fronts. Parts of my hair are longer then others even in the same section. I tried showing a picture and expressing what I wanted and thought I was going to get that or close to it (long on top about 4 inches and shorter on the sides about 2 inches). I look mangled hahah. I’ll probably never go back and told my friends not to waste time there.

Man, did this place come in clutch. After reading the reviews I knew the place was quality but Jay hooked up one of the better cuts I’ve ever had and it was my first time there, definitely found my regular barber and barbershop for sure.

Went in after a botched home cut. I am usually not one to spend for quality and fashion over functionality but the haircut was well worth it. Had a hard part, comb over, skin fade which turned out really nice; thank you Jay. 10/10 would go again.

Barber reeked of weed and obviously high. Ruined my beard, clearly didnt listen, wanted long on chin but he cut it uniform. Trimmed around sole patch, never had that before, is crooked. Haircut isnt great, nothced in where scissor and trimer cuts meet. Also, pay app defaut tips started at 45%, and went up. Never coming back.

Don’t know why it took me until 27 years old to find a Barber, but I’m glad Aaron Barnes was the guy to give me that experience. The amount of effort and attention he puts into a cut is like nothing I’ve seen. Visited a few places in Knoxville, but this is the one guys. Great service and staff. Definitely be back soon.

I’ve been using Aaron Barnes for years off and on as my Barber not only does he remember my haircut he usually is able to suggest some new things and incorporate them into the style. Definitely one of the best in Knoxville clean, quick enough in the chair to where your wait is never to long but meticulous enough you leave feeling well taken care of and looking fresh as hell. The rest of the staff is just the same but if you can go get lined up with Aaron!

I was in need of a new barber. A quick google search led me to Creative Cuts and their 5 star reviews. They were able to get me in promptly which was awesome. Eric was my barber. He was meticulous with my cut and it turned out awesome! If you haven’t checked these guys out, you should!

This was my first time using Aaron and Im very very impressed. This guy will give you the cut you deserve. My bald fade was flawless! Plus, the shop is clean and the staff are all very friendly. Highly recommend.

Received a text 40 minutes before the appointment saying it was cancelled. I get that things com up, but this is the 5th time I’ve been cancelled on in three months with less than an hour notice. Very unprofessional.

Very unprofessional. Had appointment scheduled and was texted less than an hour before appointment time and I had already taken off work and drove from downtown to be texted and told he had to cancel and they couldn’t get me in with anyone else. Will not ever book with them again! Highly disappointed!

Extremely clean shop, all barbers are professional and it shows. I’ve used Aaron Barnes for years now and he never ceases to amaze me. He even came to my wedding in Athens,TN and cut my hair before the ceremony! The level of professionalism and courtesy shown by him extends far beyond the shop itself, if you need a quality men’s haircut, fade, or beard trim Aaron is the man you need to see.
