Was running way behind schedule and they were able to get me in and out within 20 mins. Didnt pay to much attention till I got home. Wow really looked great. Little bit of a new look but everyone including me love the look. Thank you.

I came in to sport clips today and i had to call In to check me up and lady on phone said that she would call me as soon as there was an opening, an hour went by and I was sitting in my car and when I notice that more than an hour passed I decided to call in and check, for my surprise they not only forgot about me but they had me waiting in my car for nothing. I had to come home without any haircut and wasted it my time with sport clips . They are not professionals and they don’t know how to handle the situation going on with Covid 19 . I am so disappointed in this store now and I will Never come back To this place ever again.

This is the Sport Clips next to Altrudas. My first visit to this location went well and Mandy did an excellent job.She transferred from the Turkey Creek location when COVID-19 shut them down so Im used to seeing her for the past 10 years or so.

Please go anywhere else! There is a very high turnover rate at this place which says nothing good.Dont expect to get the same person twice. Lol My husband went here for a haircut yesterday and it was awful,choppy, uneven and it was very clear to us the girl cutting his hair had no idea what the heck she was doing on an extremely basic haircut.The other woman she kept asking for help had an attitude not so much with her but just in general.They kept asking me how to cut his hair. Ha ha absolutely ridiculous. Lousy experience, especially for 25 bucks.

Most definitely the worst place Ive ever been. I sat down and showed the lady what I wanted. Which was a one on the sides and a clean up on top. The lady didnt blend it at all. Not one bit. Just clipped the sides and back. Took some scissors to my bangs. Which the right side was about a half inch higher than my left. They just sloped down. And six minutes later. No lie. Six minutes later she said I was good and took the thing off my neck. Didnt get the hair off my neck. Did absolutely nothing. I immediately had to leave and go pay someone else to cut my hair again it was so bad. This place is a disgrace! Will never step inside again!!

I asked for a trim and for my hair to be even all around.When I got home I noticed that the back of my hair was about an inch longer than the front of my hair. It took me a week and then I realized my hair was so uneven that I couldn’t style it what so ever.Had to get another haircut (at a different business) and get it substantially shorter in order to fix all the damage they did to my hair.The staff was friendly as could be but after this one experience I will not be returning and taking a gamble on my hair.

I took my son here to get him gussied up for prom, and he loved it. Full service treatment, including a mini massage that he hated to admit he enjoyed. Lol

Walked in with my wife and 3 kids and saw 2 hair stylist working. So we waited like 2 minutes then i saw a computer on the counter that i remembered from the only other one time i was there that i put my info in and the .It said the wait time was 16 minutes. I looked at my wife and she said thats too long to wait to get my 2 year old sons haircut and right then it clicked that neither one of the workers acknowledge that we were there. Its all about how you feel when you first walk in the door and right when you leave and we felt like nobody cared we were there so we left.

While I got right in, she took too much of the top.

I was a walk in yesterday.... Because i was female!!! I was told they dont do girl hair cuts.No where on advising does it say men only!!!The girls working there was rude and told me that a womans hair cut can not be doneHmmm someone need to change yhe advertising to men only then!!! I am very upset about the rude service when walking into you place of business
