The clippers were not clean and sanitized. Didnt line my son hair just cut it. If you can’t do different hair types don’t be a barber!

Went there yesterday. Told the girl I didn’t want the back part of my hair cut. She cuts it anyway and says she was just trimming it up. Now I’m home looking at my hair that’s 2inches shorter which took months to grow. All because somebody decided they wanted it to be shorter.I’m not the type to cause a scene or yell. Still left a tip, but I’ll never be back.

New to Sport Clips and found it to be a good experience. Sally was very nice and did a great job. Pricier that expected, but my fault for not saying that I was over 55 years old. Ill be back though.

Took our two boys for a trim. We arrived 30 min prior to closing and apparently the girl was in such a hurry to close, she didnt care what their hair looked like. Their hair was uneven and simply poorly cut, and she shaved into the skin on my oldest boys neck. We will not be back.

Stylist were too busy talking between themselves about a supervisory visit. Melissa had absolutely no interaction with me during the entire visit.

This is a pretty no nonsense kinda place. Sometimes I like to go to more hipster-type of salons for more creative cuts, but sometimes I want a simple haircut, and this is a good place to get it done. Ive personally ended up with Hunter as my stylist almost every time, and each cut has been very comfortable and clean.

Lyndsey cut my hair and did a phenomenal job! I loved my cut! Def would recommend her to anyone!

Sports clips is where I usually get my hair cut - although I fall short of being an avid sports fan. No appointments but there is rarely much of a wait. I like Tiffany but other stylists are also excellent. Convenient location and convenient parking.

I recieved a text saying that online check in appointment would be ready in 15 minutes. When i got there I was told 45 minutes so i couldnt get my haircut and i wasted my lunch break driving to get nothing done.

This was my first time going to a Sport Clips. I usually just buzz my own hair but was wanting a more professional look. From start to finish my Stylist, Kim Aydelott, was great. She asked questions and made sure that the hair I wanted was the hair I got. Her customer service was legendary. With skilled hands she crafted my ragtag doo into something I am proud of. I will definetly be going back to this location and asking for her again. Very impressed with the company if all of their stylists are like her. If ever in Bearden, ask for her by name. You will not be disappointed.

Had an amazing haircut and hot towel MVP treatment (highly recommend you guys trying it, its pretty dang nice). Really enjoyed the conversation with the Stylist, I believe her name was Kim. She did a great job with my normally difficult to work with hair. Please do yourself a favor and request her.

They are currently wanting you to check in before arrival and call when you get there before going in, they also have a non optional mask wearing policy, as well as a temperature check when you arrive. As far as the stylist Trisha is great but I cannot speak for any others.

Do not go here, you will regret it! Ive been here twice now and both times I had bad experiences with staff. I thought the first time I just got a bad hairdresser but I had the same experience the next time with a different lady. The two ladies who cut my hair both had such attitude. They were unfriendly, didnt listen to what I wanted with my haircut and spent a total of 5 minutes each haircut. Both times I ended up with uneven hair and patches that werent cut properly. They seemed to be on a super quick time limit so Im not sure if its management making sure they get as many clients in for profit or if it was each lady hoping to make more in tips by getting as many clients during their day. If you want a crappy haircut then definitely give these guys a try, they will not only charge you for a terrible haircut but they will be rude and unfriendly

I check in on line my name is always deleted when I arrived. Staff is done and completely ignoring me as I waited for 30 additional minutes. Very frustrating why check in online and get here when app tells you to. I arrived with a text saying 10 minutes to see my name was deleted. Maybe problems with app that is causing this location 3 star review.

Friendly and attractive staff, relaxed sporty theme, and good hair cuts. The prices arent bad but compared to those snooty upscale salons (looking at you franks..) They are awesome, and do just as good of a job.

Kim did wonderful with cutting my sons hair.he usually has problems getting his hair cut short due to sensory issues,but she kept him relaxed and calm the whole time during the hair cut.iwould definitely recommend her for people that has issues with having their hair cut due to the sound and vibrations from the razor

All the stylist do a phenomenal job when I go in there! They all know what they are doing, theyre attractive and dont have missing teeth and smell like sewage... and I get to watch football.

Bad....the only good thing I can say is that I used a free cut school coupon.Staff was nice and the place looks neat but that girl gave me the roughest haircut Ive ever had.I wanted real close first of all and she wasnt happy and then she realized she was confused about what I meant but she cut my hair like it was her hedge.Constantly pausing to look at her watch,im told they are trained to time cut,but there wasnt another soul their.I mentioned the fact a well hinted and she asked if my scalpel was tenderLOL no its just your rough,but she didnt butcher it to bad there were some uneven spots but I wear it very short and i went with the messy look for a while.My barber said whos been cutting your hair...busted.Yeah he mentioned big gap so all in all I dont recommend this place at all if you want real quality.Kids cuts or what not, sure.Personnally I dont wont to go anywhere that the person is constantly looking at their watch.Hey how bout this,watch my hair.So like I said I had a free cut and the small tip,not insulting small just not what I would normally do.I got my moneys worth.

Terrible haircut. They cut my hair so unevenly. One half of my bangs are at least a inch and a half shorter than the other half. What are they thinking? I will never go here again.
