I dont like going to great clips or sports clips, so I prefer getting my cuts at independently owned barber shops. I figured I try this shop out since it was close to me and on the way to another errand. I asked the lady for a faux hawk and a half to 1-guard on the sides, but ended up with an uneven fade and chopped-up hair on top. She tried fixing it, but made it worse and didnt even bother to brush off the cut hair on my forehead once finished. Go for the male barber, he knows what hes doing. Or just go to Gambuzzas across the street.

Great place. Went in signed in. Had temp taken. Then went and sat down in the barber chair. Great cut from James. Recommend to anyone that wants a great cut. Jen was our original barber but shes taking time off now. Give them a call or visit next time you need a cut also shaves available check availability first.

Dont have the lady by the door cut your hair! She has sucked both times she has cut my hair. Told her finger width length on top. The front is a little longer than that and towards the back of the top it is about 1/8 - 1/4. Told her a high fade, look at the pic. An 8 year old with a pair of safety scissors could do better! What a hack job! They dont deserve the one star you have to give!Also, this place has a high turnover rate.

First time here. Patty did a good job after I described how my hair grows and the length I usually have it cut. We started out small and she didn’t have to do much else for it to look great. $15 and no wait on a Saturday walk-in. Hard to find these days!

If your hair-cut looks good take a picture put on google.I was taxed out the world here seem to put high price on everything my shampoo bottle I bought here was half used and squeezed so it look full.Once they cut my hair so fast they tugged it hard and almost ripped it off

The woman there is super pushy, i want go back because of her, i wanted s man to cut my sons hair but she insisted she could do it. She pretty much argued with me in regards to what i wanted and what my child wanted. The other barbers seemed very attentive to their customers. A lil high priced having to tip another 3$ on top of the haircut

One of the barbers a woman keep going on how she has a retard for a stepson.it was very offensive. I kept saying my son was mentally handicapped. She kept saying retard this retard that.and laughing about it. My son who was with me heard it and was very upset..dont patronize this place😠😠😠😠😠😠💩

One of the worst haircuts Ive received. I asked for a crew cut and got a buzz cut. Sideburns were also cut completely uneven and one side was slanted at an angle.

Do not trust the old lady with glasses on giving you a haircut. I asked for her to cut some hair so it would get off my ears but she instead decided to shave half the side off. If she asks to cut your hair youre in for a disappointment. I never knew someone could be that bad at cutting hair until she cut mine.

Ive had a hard time finding a barber I like in Knoxville, but I had a great experience here. My havent l barber was friendly, the prices were reasonable, and I got a good haircut. I plan on going back in the future.
