I have never been to Sports Clips before and I was out so I thought why not try it. First off, I’m not a complex hair cut, #4 on the back and sides, trim it to be even, cut and thin the top. Easy peasy, so I thought. I had to tell her 3 times how I wanted my hair cut, should’ve left after the second time I told her, but I didn’t, my mistake. She didn’t use a 4 guard, maybe a 5 but not a 4 by any means. She then soaked my head with her spray bottle of water, to the point I had water going down my back. Now, here is where I could tell she wasn’t paying attention. I comb my hair with a part in the middle. I came in that way. She decides to cut it while it is all combed over to my right. So it was not even at all. All I got that day was a very bad hair cut but she tried to charge me for the top end package, $25, all I got was a haircut, $17. But the kicker was, I don’t put any product in my hair, never have. She starts putting this gel and I tell her to stop, but she does it anyway. I don’t like that stuff in my hair, so I had to run home and completely wash all that out of my hair so I could go to another place, GREAT CLIPS, and get it fixed. I will never go to a Sports Clips again.

Jaycee gave my husband the best haircut I think he’s ever had so I was convinced to let her do my sons first ever professional haircut! She did amazing on both and I am so relieved. The atmosphere was professional but laid back. Definitely our new spot!

Great bunch of ladies that know exactly what their doing. Completely functional and worth stopping in for a cut. All the way worth it.

Maria cut my hair and she was really good. The final product of my haircut was just how I wanted it. The place was really clean and everyone was very friendly. If you’re looking for a good place to go for a haircut, I highly recommend Sport Clips of Hardin Valley.

We waited 45 minutes while 3 other people went before us. No one could explain why others were before us regardless of our names being first on the board. I’m assuming one of the employees knew one lady since they immediately started chatting and talking about how they haven’t seen each other in ever. We’ve been here multiple times with our 3 boys, and we’ve had multiple issues including employees being rude and hateful, long wait times, and bad haircuts. This will be the last time we visit this location.

It was a waste of my valuable time. Why? Because people are gullible and follow the herd instead of thinking for themselves. I am medically exempt from wearing any kind of covering over my face. Ptsd and an auto immune disorder. But hey, all is good! Ill cut it myself! Other than that my experience w Sports Clips has been fine up to this point. They let me set there for 20 minutes before saying anything and even the owner was there and said nothing and I have had 3 settings since covid began. Wake up people youre being played. Yes covid is real but we are looking at a 99% recovery.

My 12 year old son had his haircut and styled. The lady was pleasant and his hair suited him.

My experience was not a great one. I have been looking for a place to cut my hair in the manner that I want it to be cut. I went in with a picture so that the stylist could see a visual representation of what I wanted. We even talked about it and she assured me that it would be to my liking. Nope. She messed up the cut. I wont be back.
