I bought what I thought was a new crate engine from S & L. For over 3 years, the new engine used a lot of oil. A few weeks ago the engine had a broken ring and blew up. S & L refused to offer a receipt copy or warrenty. He would not work on my vehicle because he said he was closing. This was a few weeks ago and hes still open. I asked if I was sold a used motor, he told me to call his attorney. I had to purchase another motor from another garage. I am very disappointed in the unethical and unprofessional treatment from S & L.

S & L did work on the wheel bearings to our F350 (Diesel). They did a wonderful job for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Steve at S&L is hands down the most trustworthy and honest mechanic I have ever been too! He truly cares about each individual and the safety of the vehicle. He is prompt and personable! Recently, I went in for brakes and tires and an oil chainge, I thought I had a bad wheel barring, Steve realized it was a much less expensive repair and saved me from spending unnecessary money. I am so thankful I have someone local I can go to that is honest and fair! His sweet wife even dropped my car off at my work because I was unable to leave to come pick it up!
