My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with our experience here. Adam Ezell was the guy who helped us and he went above and beyond. We were there for QUITE A WHILE (most of the day actually!) and Adam was very patient, never made us feel pressured or rushed. Adam let us look at a few different vans and we took our time and paid a lot of attention to detail. He was with us for the whole process and was very professional but laid back and made us feel important and comfortable. We ended up getting an awesome minivan. Our experience was great and we look forward to continuing to get it serviced there in the future!
I would highly recommend rusty Wallace Honda, off of 75 north. They got us in very quickly, were extremely hospitable, and even offered to shuttle us to a restaurant to eat while our vehicle was being serviced, and picked us up afterwards. Wendy Thomas in service was so nice and helpful. Thank you Rusty Wallace Honda! On we go, back to Michigan :)
Wow Ansen Your the FIRST EVER to send me a video follow-up. Im very impressed. Your service for me was Impeccable.I dont believe I have ever had any kind of sale experience as outstanding as you have provided during and after my purchaseIf there is an award or honor given for EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE YOU would be the recipient in my opinion.
Took my 2017 Honda Civic into Rusty Wallace Honda in Knoxville, KY for my metal splash guard that was falling off, from a service that I had gotten done at another Honda Dealership. Rusty Honda got me back on the road with no issues and didn’t even charge for the repair. Total time was 25 min, in and out. Mrs Thomas, Wendy was the service representative that helped me and she was very helpful in get the my car fixed and me back in the road to South Carolina. If I was local I would definitely be doing business with Rusty Wallace! They were also very friendly to my Great Dane, Odin, who was with me during the trip!
First of all, I don’t like to give any business a 1 star rating but unfortunately my experience with this business left me feeling that way. I was in the market for a Chevy Suburban and found one here was hoping to do business with them, cause I’m all about “shop local” but didn’t happen. When I came to test drive and hopefully leave there with it I of course had several in mind one in Louisville Ky (less money low mileage) was the last choice because I was sure they wouldn’t let a couple thousand stand in the way of making a deal. But upon discussing this with the salesman I was cut short basically there’s no use to inquire about it your wasting your time??” And obviously when you’re shopping for a new vehicle you look around for the best deal. Rusty Wallace needs to work on this. They shouldn’t run off local customers. Their suburban had higher mileage but I was willing to sacrifice that to stay local but they weren’t willing to budge.😔
Thank you for exceptional service Jay Sanders in the service department. Shortly after I dropped off my car and received a loaner I received an emergency phone call I had to go home to SC. Jay and the Rusty Wallace team did everything they could to accommodate my needs stress free. Thank you
While on day 1 of a 15-day road trip, amy check engine light came on in my Honda Pilot. I called five or six dealerships along our driving route asking for them to look at my car. None were able to fit me into their schedule. They were polite, but all said no. We were headed toward Knoxville, so I thought I’d give this dealership a shot. They also had no space to fit me in, but realizing my predicament, Mr. Sidney Booth said he would find a way. And he did! Once we arrived at the dealership, he got my car in, had a diagnostic test completed, and was able to explain the issue my Pilot experienced while we were driving. If it weren’t for Sid working to get my car in, I don’t know what we’d have done. Today we’re headed north back home, and I am truly appreciative for his excellent service and professionalism. Without him, our road trip may have been cancelled. Thank you, Sid! We appreciate you!
The entire dealership is top shelf. The Sales staff was a pleasure to work with when we purchased our 2021 Pilot. We needed some warranty service and not only did they get us in and out without issue, they found a nail in one tire and fixed it for no charge! What a way to start a Monday!!! I highly recommend working with Rusty Wallace Honda!! They know what it means to take care of the customer.
We have purchased 4 cars from here and we have never had any complaints!!! We take our cars here for service and maintenance too!! They have all the car facts ready and they are always so clean!!! Never had a lemon’ from here! The staff is very friendly! We work mostly with Adam Ezell who is very knowledgeable about the vehicles we test drive! He is never pushy and I’ve never felt “talked into” buying something that I truly don’t won’t! We love Chad! Mike! Nick! Jake! Scott! And everyone else who’s helped us over the years!!! Been with you guys for 12 years!!! Thank you Rusty Wallace Honda
We had such a positive experience working with Dave at Rusty Wallace Honda! He helped us find the perfect sedan for our family. He made sure we saw all the cars we wanted to see and even helped link our phones to the vehicle after we purchased it. I appreciate that he didnt pressure us into purchasing a car we werent interested in like other car sales folks. He was so patient with us. Highly recommend working with Dave!
Great experience, 2 vehicles bought in last 2 yrs from here, had a great salesman in Brian Metler, wife loves her car and now Im really impressed with mine, thanks again Rusty Wallace.
Jay, Bill and Scott were great today! This dealership has always been so good to me. Bill fixed my key remote, then Scott showed me some CRVs that I was thinking about a trade in, since I was waiting on my key. Then, Jay went way out of his way to help me with my tire issue. God Bless these guys! A+ for service always!😊
We had a great experience from start to finish. Our salesperson was Adam Ezell and he did everything right. No pressure. We received the price we wanted. I would happily recommend Rusty Wallace Honda.Great People!!
This is the most helpful car dealership that I have ever been to. They always go out of their way to help you. Chad is one of the most honest people you will ever deal with and Jay in services was extremely helpful. Jay made sure our van was fixed and even found ways to save us money. I cannot recommend these two people more.
Great experience here, I felt no pressure. My salesperson was Lisa Wallace. Lisa was a very down to earth person never pushy. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend her! Thank you Lisa!
Best dealers in Knoxville. David McGraw had supreme customer service skills. Very professional, super clean store, everyone was real nice!
Jim Raley showed us some Hondas, answered all our questions, gave us the time we needed, no pressure… a great experience all the way.
June 14, 2021 after a great day at the Knoxville Zoo, we found our SUV battery had died. We were able to get a jump start and were hesitant to turn our car off as the jump process had been difficult. We drove to Rusty Wallace after attempting service at 2 other locations that quoted hours long waits to replace a battery. We called Rusty Wallace Honda, they said to come on in, they could service the SUV. Staff greeted us quickly as we entered the express service lane. Wendy Thomas was friendly & showed me & my father-in-law to the waiting area while my husband gave our information to the technician. They had us in and out in about 30. The waiting room is stocked with snacks and beverages, a large TV and massage chairs. A relaxing wait after a stressful event! Everyone we encountered was friendly. We are not from Knoxville, but visit there often. We would highly recommend Rusty Wallace Honda for anyone traveling through Knoxville or if you live in the area.
If you want a reliable, family oriented atmosphere when buying or trading your vehicle, you need to come here. Every last person in this dealership is kind, honest, and goes above and beyond for their clients, especially Anson!! Great inventory, great people.
I can’t believe rusty wallace let’s this place use his name. I can’t believe my tail applied to work for these liars. What’s a quick dollar when you lose your reputation? If you want to be a salesperson be a salesperson, if you wanna be a liar, work here.
UPDATE: I had previously left a 5-star rating because of exceptional service...but no more...the last few years the customer service here has gone downhill quick, fast, and in a hurry. The last straw was today. I called the service department to get a quote on repairs. From the moment the gentleman picked up the phone, he sounded annoyed by my call. I told him what I needed done and gave him the model, year, and trim level of the vehicle. He asked my name and I gave it. He then asked if I used a different name to which I replied no. Then he asked for the VIN of the car being repaired. I told him I didnt have it at the moment. (I was driving) The guy said he couldnt lookup parts for the quote without a VIN. What?!?! Thats absolutely absurd! In NO world do you need the VIN of a vehicle to lookup parts when you have the model, trim level, etc. I get the feeling that the guy just wanted me to bring the vehicle in...needless to say I will not be bringing this vehicle or any others in for repairs again...Yall have lost a customer of many years over one lazy representative!
My experience purchasing a used vehicle at rusty Wallace Honda:Good inventory of used vehicles on premises. Our goal was look at used cars, test drive and compare prices to other dealers.Found a vehicle and sat down with salesman to discuss price and negotiate price of car. Informed salesman not to run a credit application until we settled on price of car. Never signed any paperwork authorizing a credit application nor a settled final price for car. Within ten minutes after sitting down with salesman and exchanging basic information, salesman went to finance dept and I received a text alert, notifying me of inquiry from credit bureaus. When salesman returned from finance dept he informed us no options were available to finance a car. Salesman informed us that lack of credit history was reason. We started to walk out then salesman said are you willing to put any money down towards purchase. So we sat down again then discussed other options towards buying car. We still said we weren’t putting money down and that we still haven’t finalized a price on car. I then informed salesman that I only want my credit application filled out for financing at local two credit unions. Salesman left and a finance rep came out and sat down with us. He said that we’re trying to find the best financing options for you and would you be able to put money down or do you have a car you want to trade in for deal. In addition, said that capital one came back with an approval for financing. To make a long story short, within minutes after sitting down with salesman, they said they couldn’t help us with financing because we lacked credit history, never financed a car before or don’t have a mortgage etc, to pulling our credit without our approval and to a lender that I didn’t want and asked them not to pull my credit except for two local credit unions. Two weeks after purchase of car my credit was pulled and ran for at least 7 to 8 lenders. Still getting letters in mail today. The strategy and techniques they used on us for financing, not being able to get any car to getting approved by several lenders and at a great first time buyer rate is indeed the dealerships way to get you to pay more for a car and at a terrible interest rate. I’m upset that they didn’t just run my credit at local lenders in town, but pulled my credit for several lenders. Five hours later and getting approved for car indeed a stressful experience. I also asked the salesman if the car went through an inspection before it was put on lot for sale. Salesman assured us that every used car goes through an inspection before it’s listed for sale. I requested a copy of inspection report from service department. Then was I notified by service department that THERE WAS NO INSPECTION ON CAR FROM RUSTY WALLACE SERVICE DEPARTMENT before car was put for sale on their used car lot. I was shocked!! The car I just financed for over $20.000 was NEVER INSPECTED for my families safety. Two things: Get a copy of vehicle inspection report of used vehicle before you negotiate price of used car. Review it! If one wasn’t completed ask for one. IMPORTANT!Strategy to make customers feel their not credit worthy or credit isn’t good enough is just the dealers tactics to get you to pay more for car. This was my experience and how the dealership handled our specific situation/business.
I did not buy my 2019 Honda Passport at Rusty Wallace Honda, but my next Honda will come from there. It was time for routine service (code B167 - oil change, brake fluid, rear differential fluid, and tire rotation). I called the other Honda stores in Knoxville and also in Cleveland, TN (where I bought the vehicle) and all of them said they had no appointments for over a week. I called Rusty Wallace, and they said to bring it in and they would work it in. I appreciate this work ethic, and I will go nowhere else when I get another Honda.
Rusty Wallace Honda is a good dealership. The salesmen and the management are all friendly and helpful. Almost a year ago my wife bought a 1 owner Kia Optima there. Wasnt any pressure to buy or get the deal down. Just business as usual. I was there today to cancel an extended warranty on the Optima which we traded at a different dealer this past Saturday. I expected some furrowed eyebrows but I was wrong. A worthwhile dealership if buying new or used.
On my family vacation in Tennessee my wheel popped and this dealership went above and beyond to squeeze us in so we could get back to enjoying our vacation time. They answer the phone right away so no long wait times and even have complimentary snacks while you wait. If you’re in Tennessee this is the only place I would go.
Part was in stock. Fast service. Really nice dealership.
Had a minor warning on a new CRV purchased in Fort Wayne. We were on our way down to FL for vacation with only 1100 miles on our new vehicle. We used the Honda link to look up the nearest dealer, and Rusty Wallace it was !Wendy and her team greeted us with the best service Ive seen in a while. She stayed in contact with us through the process and even followed up with us the next day! She worked us in pretty quickly as well, knowing we were on vacation. Hats off to a job well done:)
Brought my car in due to an issue with water leaking down from the window sill trim, onto the door sill, and into the car and on the carpets and floorboards, when it rains. This is a widely known issue in the Fits, especially with the current generation, but with all of them. A simple Google search will show many examples of this. I also have multiple pictures showing the specific problem on my car. When I was checked in, the advisor asked about my problem for about 10 seconds, and wrote 1 or 2 sentences in the box for what to fix on the sheet, something along the lines of door leaks into car. Not very descriptive. I offered to show him pictures of the problem, to help him better diagnose it, multiple times. He just flat out ignored my offer. I got a call from him a couple hours later, saying he could not replicate the problem. He told me on the phone that he had tried running a hose over the car for and hour or so, and couldnt get it to leak. I told him, again, that the problem was specifically with the window sills, and there was no other leaking problem. After arguing with me about it for a few minutes, he agreed to try again. A while later he called back and said he had been spraying the car for 20-30 minutes total now and still couldnt get it to leak, and that I would have to go pick it up without the repair. So, I went to pick it up, and when I did, I offered again to show him pictures, told him again it was a known issue, but he insisted he couldnt get it to leak, despite running water over it for like 10 minutes (notice how the timeframe keeps changing). I explained again that the problem was from rain, not from a water hose being run over it. He flat out asked me if I thought rain was harder pressure than a water hose. Really? Does he know how rain works? Because rain is not only very forceful at times, but the biggest issue here is time. Rain occurs for more than an hour(or 30 min, or 10 min??), the water builds up in the doors, and instead of draining out of the car like its supposed to, drains into the car. So, I told him Id just fix it myself(since, again, its a widely known issue and there is plenty of information online), and went to go get my car. He even showed me how wet my car is, and said look, its all wet, so you know we tried. And, to top it all off, when they parked my car they didnt use the handbrake(something you should do in a manual), and my car nearly rolled back into a curb when I got in.Point being, Im upset that they wouldnt fix a known issue, but I ended up nearly fixing it myself. I am most upset at how I was treated. I was treated like an idiot, dismissed and ignored when I was trying to provide additional information, and seriously felt like I was just an inconvenience.
Yet again, bent over by this dealership. While the facility is nice and the people are nice, blah, blah, blah, that doesnt amount to a hill of beans when one continually gets the screws put to them. From the purchase to the service, its shady at best. Having dealt with many other dealers around the country for purchase and service I can say this is one of the poorest decisions we made buying and servicing at this dealer. We will not be back, and Id recommend anyone dealing with them to shop around a little before having a vehicle serviced here. Id expect you may find it as ridiculous as we have.
Very professional and low key.Wife and I bought a 2021Honda CRV there today.Best car buying experience we have had to date.Highly recommend Rusty Wallace Honda.
Went in for oil change and asked for advise on adding a tow package to my 2001 Passport. They advised not to pull the travel trailer I was planning on buying that it was too close to the maximum towing capacity of the Passport.
What a great experience! While traveling on spring break, our car experienced brake trouble. It was late on a Saturday afternoon and Rusty Wallace Honda saved us. Sid Booth assessed the car and was able to fix it promptly. We are so grateful for all the help we received from Sid and the Rusty Wallace Team. Keep up the great job and exceptional service!!
My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Rusty Wallace Honda! We bought a new Honda CR-V after they offered to pay off our old one! They got us a wonderful deal on the new one and literally kept throwing deals at us! The team and our wonderful salesman, Adam Ezell, were so helpful and courteous! Adam and Jennifer answered all of our questions and helped with all the paperwork! Adam helped us find the right car even though I walked him around the lot 5 times!!! They went above and beyond anything we expected!!!
My first visit was to make an appointment. Robyn was so helpful in setting an appointment for me for the following week right after my Covid vaccine appointment. When I came for that appointment, Randy was my service person. I immediately felt well taken care of. My wait time was short and the wait area was very comfortable. When Randy came to get me, he explained what was done, what was checked, and what I should do at my next oil change. I am 70 years old and it was wonderful to feel cared for start to finish!
Their service was great and very friendly I highly recommend coming here and looking for a new or pre owned car! Also, Tyler is a great salesman I highly recommend going to him.
We were traveling for a wedding and had car issues on the way down. Took it in midday and Wendy Thomas got me right in. Conducted the needed tests and got the car fixed up and out the door quickly. Thanks again to the whole Rusty Wallace team for getting us back on the road.
I would give them zero stars if I could. The people here are liars, manipulators, and crooks. They will lie straight to your face, refuse to answer phone calls, and are just overall terrible. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE.
Jonathan at the service dept was great. Very helpful. I am in town visiting and he made me comfortable while I waited for my oil change.Explained everything and answered all my questions! Thanks RW Honda!
Great dealership! We buy all our cars here and get them serviced here too. Couldnt be more pleased.
Adam Ezell is awesome! Bought my first car and had a GREAT experience!!
David McGraw was friendly and helpful and Id encourage anyone looking to buy a new car to ask for him directly.
I was in a bind and the glove compartment in my CR-V wouldn’t close. I stopped into the service area and they fixed it right away so I could get on the road and back to Nashville. They were a pleasure to work with and I appreciate all of their help!
Nice people! Will definitely return.
My experience at Rusty Wallace was exceptional. The showroom and lounge are both inviting and clean. My experience with Adam Ezell sales associate was very professional and knowledgeable. Staff and friendly and courteous. I love my new Honda CRV Touring!!
The best experience I had in a long time at a car dealership. Lisa, Chad and Jennifer are the best
Great process by entire team. My 70 year old mom felt really comfortable as she went through the process. You’ve got to talk to Alex, first week on the job, but has been with rusty wallace family for years He’ll take great care of you!!
Wendy in service was fantastic ! I was in town for work from Ohio need an oil change they went above and beyond to get me back on the road ! Also, got to meet Chad the GM great guy! Great group of people at Rusty wallace Honda !
Twice we’ve had our vehicle serviced here and a part was either left unattached in the car or attached improperly. Most recently they left the engine splash guard hanging off the car. It’s Saturday night and now they’re not open to fix the problem until Monday.
Not a good visit. They added more to the asking price of the vehicle as we started to negotiate and did not consider the upgrade event paper work we had from Honda.
Bought our first Honda Accord at Rusty Wallace. Was very thankful and blessed to have Adam Ezell work with us on getting exactly what we wanted. The whole buying experience was easy and great! Will definitely buy again here in the future.
Everyone there is wonderful to work with and very helpful and respectful
Service and staff could not have been better. Paige, Chad, and everyone else that contributed to helping my family and I were so kind and understanding throughout the entire process! They are very personable and easy to talk to, felt comfortable the whole time! 10/10 would recommend!!
About a week ago, my old car bit the dust and I was in a bind as I have 2 jobs to commute to. A friend told me to seek out salesman Adam Ewell and he showed me my new dream car and Ive been a very happy owner since!Rusty Wallace Honda is a fine establishment and look forward to trusting them with future business.
Have been good to work with.
Always helpful, and get the job done well!
Great service. Friendly and helpful staff. Love my new Hrv.
Excellent service and very helpful. Explained and gave details on everything that was done to the vehicle. Jay did an outstanding job and customer service is the best Ive encountered in a very long time.I highly recommend anyone who wishes to have their vehicle serviced or inspected definitely go to Rusty Wallace Honda.
This is the second rusty wallace dealership I have been 2 in the past few days I am not impressed with the sales staff at all I told the sales person what I had to spend so he showed me 2 cars in that price range and when I went back to buy the car the price went up 2600 dollars I had already told them the cash amount I could spend. Thanks for wasting hours of my time nick. The sad part is no one would even try to make it right.
Friendly staff good service and had the car my wife wanted. What more do you want?
I had the most wonderful experience today at Rusty Wallace. Paige Nance helped me find my perfect vehicle that fit all my needs. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable and made me wanna pop a bottle of champagne in excitement after we found the perfect Honda for me! Thanks, Rusty Wallace!
I was told that my cars left front axle was broken and slinging oil/grease. They stated it would be $500 to fix it. I declined for that to be serviced.I decided to drive 1 1/2 hours to a trusted family mechanic to have him check that axel. He told me none of my axels were broken and none were slinging oil/grease. Additionally, I did not need my brake fluid or engine coolant changed like the dealership told me. It truly is a shame that no matter what Honda dealership I go to, people try to take advantage of me because I am a young female. Really disappointed especially since I have heard nothing but good things about this dealership.
Chad and Adam were awesome and very helpful!! Thank you!
The folks at Rusty Wallace are very professional and friendly. Ive always received the best service from them.
I only go here for service. Its fast, honest, and quality work. Id recommend for anyone who needs maintenance on their honda.
It is a large dealership that appears to have a wide selection and friendly, helpful staff. While I did not purchase anything from them, I routinely take my Honda here for major repairs and routine maintainence because of the great service department. It is relatively quick, thorough, and the staff is always responsive if I have a specific request. Plus, the dealership offers free snacks, wifi, and even massage chairs during the wait.
Our experience at Rusty Wallace was excellent! We met with Paige and she was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for - a 2020 HRV EX. She was very personable and worked with us to get us the price we needed on the car we wanted. Highly recommend making an appointment with her before you go!
Used RWH for my 2020 CRV oil change. First one Ive gotten in this vehicle. Everyone was very nice. Had to wait a bit because it was a Monday afternoon after work, but thats to be expected at that time of day.
Go to Jon Mees! Very professional and kind. Helped me and my wife purchase a new vehicle. We will always use and recommend everyone go to him!
We moved here from Chicago and had a great experience at Rusty Wallace. Honda. They took care of my problem and kept me informed of the progress all along the way. The accommodations on site when you have to wait are first class. Thank you!
Scott Shackelford is the man to see made my purchase smooth def will come see him in the future
Best dealer Ive ever done business with! They treated me with care, listened to my concerns, answered questions and my salesperson (Adam Ezell) even stayed late after they closed to show me the features on my new CR-V! I felt valued and cared for here. Ill send all my friends and family here!
Stopped by to get an extra key programmed and an oil filter. Wendy was our service advisor. She ended up getting us in and having our car checked out, oil and fluids changed, and our new key programmed. Mike drove my children and I over to Target so we would not have to wait in the waiting room. Absolutely the best service and such an amazing staff!
Jess is so kind and sweet, our beloved accord was totaled in an accident and we were not ready for a new car or a car payment. Jess helped us find exactly what we wanted for the right price. She was so sympathetic and understanding towards our situation. We are so grateful for her! We love our new CR-V!
Took our daughter Erica there to shop around for a vehicle and I have to say, the team there is top notch, from our greeting right down to our departure. We are very happy with the vehicle we bought but were more impressed with the service we received from Steve and Adam, outstanding people........I highly recommend anyone wanting to buy a vehicle and want to buy from people with high levels of Integrity and make you feel like family and who will go the distance for you then go see them. Also I would like to mention Eric and Tony too, because with out their efforts we would not have left with a great vehicle. So great job to all of you and thanks for all you did to make our daughters day a great one..we will be back in the future.
I just bought my third vehicle from Rusty Wallace Honda. Jeff makes buying a car an easy and enjoyable experience. Hes not pushy, but instead works very hard to get me what I want at a price I can afford. Jeffs also hilarious! Chad and Jeff make sure I get the best deal around. I wont shop anywhere else!
Customer service is awesome. They gave us a good deal on a 2021 Honda Crv ex. Bob took great care of everything. I would highly recommend them.
The 1st time I went back in 2018 to buy my car they were amazing, super fast and worked diligently to get the deal done. They’ve went seriously down hill since then. Went this week to get a new car and there was absolutely no negotiation on their part. Refused to go below window price. Wasted multiple hours of my time only for them to get the car I was going to buy ready and moved to their location and then 2 days later when I get there to sign all the paperwork they tell me they can’t get the deal done after sitting at a desk for an hour and a half, even though they had assured me multiple times 2 days prior that getting it done should be no problem. My suggestion if you’re in the market for a Honda is go to Airport or Autonation Honda as they seem to be willing to negotiate and value your time.
I left my Honda Pilot there for routine service. Steve Cox took very good care of us. Very professional and courteous
Great job love my honda
Good service and a follow-up call to make sure there were no issues.
Customer service kings and queens! When you call them, Linda Ratarsky greets you with the most friendly voice and happily transfers you to the service department! The service department exceeded my expectations on all levels! First of all I have an Acura RDX that they were happy to service. Dave was wonderful to work with and made me feel welcome and comfortable from the start! He listened to my concerns and wrote them all down making sure we were on the same page. I have had an annoying squealing sound everyone I turned left for awhile now. Harper said the issue wasn’t causing any problems or damage and that labor alone would cost over $80. I procrastinated and honestly dread going all the way out West from Powell. I had a back tail light out, a tire rotation and they fixed the awful sound for only $146. I highly recommend Rusty Wallace Honda!
I could not ask for more from a staff. They were very friendly and bent over backwards to help me. From sales to finance they were very accommodating and worked with me every way they could. I would highly recommend Rusty Wallace Honda
Awesome honest people that will give you the best price and service in town!!!
Just bought our third vehicle from jon mees. he is great & made the process a breeze. wouldn’t go anywhere else or use a different salesman jon is awesome.
Adam Ezell is awesome. He was so patient with my and my calls and texts. I live 3 hours away and when I found a few cars at their dealership I loved. I asked for tons of details, pictures and videos. I also work 2 jobs. So finding time to drive the 3 hours to look at them was a challenge. But between the 2 of us, and his helpful information and pictures I settled between 2 cars, made a deposit even though I couldnt be there for another week. When I got there today he was super helpful and informative. We were able to get the car I wanted withing my budget. Got a fair price for my trade in. And the car I bought had all the features I wanted. Looks sharp. They do a great job in customer service. Very connected and stay In communication. Im so glad I took the risk in putting a blind deposit persay based on a few pictures and texts. And drove the 3 hours to Knoxville. I am thrilled to have this car! Adam Ezell is awesome 👌
Want to give a shout out to Sid in the service department! I just “dropped in” to see if the could loosen the screw on my key fob so I could change the battery in it. ( they lock tight those things in!!!) they did try but I had stripped it and somehow in the process loosened the key- to the point it was ready to break! They were able to give me a new key at a very reasonable price ( new battery too!) all in a matter of minutes. Sid was so helpful and kind in the process!! Highly recommend dealing with Sid! Praising the Lord for provisions through these kind folks.
I was looking for a specific vehicle and also shopping on a budget. Adam Ezell and Steve Hager did what they could to keep me in my budget and also to help me get exactly what I wanted. I would 10 out of 10 recommend seeing them for your car buying needs! Everyone here was friendly and helpful!
Absolutely wonderful..Ryan is a great salesperson..everyone there was warm ..friendly..I told them what I wanted and they made it happen..I recommend them ..5 stars..Im a happy new customer..thank you
Jonmees was great
Go see Steve Hager! He is your man.We bought our 2012 Chev Traverse from Steve and we absolutely love it. It was the right vehicle at the right time. Exceeds all of our needs and was a great buy.Steve is so personable and very professional. He answered all of our question, concerns and walked us through the whole deal. Even in my own confusion, Steve was able to walk me through the issue I had and I was satisfied.Cant stress it enough! Steve will make you happy! 5 stars!
Very efficient and friendly
Great service!!! We drive 50 miles to use this dealer, they are just simply the best place for getting Honda serviced. Comfortable waiting area with free snacks is a plus.
Rusty Wallace Honda has always been good to me. Everybody is always friendly and helpful.I had Jay help me today, he was very helpful. Would highly recommend!
Would definitely recommend getting a car here! Im not originally from the area and heard good things about this dealership before going & they were right. Adam and team were super helpful, patient, answered all the questions I had and worked with me and my budget.
We went in to have a key-fob programmed on Jan.7 and the service adviser Wendy T. was the most helpful person we have ever dealt with . She got us in and out in half the time we expected . Being new to TN she went above and beyond what we ever expected ! Thank you Wendy !!
Great place to buy your next car, Dave Fergerson was very patient and helpful with me when we browsed the lot. The staff was also nice and helpful when financing the car since i had just started building credit 6 months ago. Now Im the owner of a 2020 Honda Civic thanks to Dave and Jake at Rusty Wallace Honda :)
