These folks were amazing. They went above and beyond any expectation I ever had. They were so friendly and kept me apprised of the the progress while they worked on my truck. I cant say enough about this place. I paid a little extra over the dealership buy the dealership told me they wouldnt add things like an alignment on my vehicle and this after it had been wrecked in the front end. Rays told me upfront it may need one and I was willing to pay a little extra to get it done while the dealership would have had me eating up tires so they could sell me some. Thanks rays.

I came here to get an estimate on my car just to see what it will take for it to be drivable.I sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes with a guy talking on the phone and a lady eating. It was very unprofessional. I asked them to give an estimate for it to be drivable, but they gave me a list of EVERYTHING that needed to be fixed to look like new. It was over 4k. They were NOT helpful at all. I just needed to know what was required.The man talking on the phone was also very inquisitive to the point of being intrusive, and it was uncomfortable. I am a young female, and I don’t want to have to say my whole life story and everything about me.-Karen (;

James and his guys took excellent care of my Pathfinder after it was hit. They were quick, too, even on Christmas/New Years week. Worked seamlessly with my insurance and I barely had to lift a finger. Would absolutely recommend!

Very frustrated with new management. I have used Rays for over 20 years and have received great service and work in the past. Recently took a wrecked Buick to them and it was determined it was totaled. When I went to Rays to sign a release for the car, I was surprised to find they had released it without my signing the documents. I had told the lady in the office 2 days prior, I was coming in and would need the plates off the car. When I arrived, she was VERY disorganized, had trouble finding my paperwork and finally found it in a stack of papers in the floor, behind her desk . I asked for the plates and she searched but couldnt find them. I told her I would not sign the release until she got the plates, she promised to get them. I called today (about a week later) and asked if she had the plates yet. She said she did not, but I could go to the junkyard and get them or perhaps talk with my insurance company to get them. I called my insurance who told me the plates were not on the car and probably removed by Rays. Perhaps the same craftsmen are still at Rays Auto Body, but the office staff is disorganized and demonstrated a Its your problem, not mine attitude with me. I believe the license plates are at Rays Auto Body, but are lost in the clutter around her office.

Everyone at Rays was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired properly, even when the insurance company made it difficult for them. State Farm (insurance of the person who hit my car) was horrid, and gave Rays a hard time every step of the way. They made sure that everything that needed to be done to restore my car to preaccident condition happened, even when it meant spending extra time making it happen.The repair looks fantastic, and was completed even faster than I expected. While we hope to not need a body shop again any time soon, we are glad to know that we have such an awesome one if we do! Every single person we encountered was helpful, knowledgable, and went out of their way to make it a pleasant experience. The customer service was top notch, and the repair far exceeded my expectations.Sending a HUGE thank you to Miss Mikki for putting up with way too many phone calls from me, and to everyone there for doing such a fantastic job.
