I have to give a big shout out to Kyle Atkins @ Atkins Auto Repair behind Skatetown going up Blackoak Ridge. You don’t stay in business for over 30 years unless your honest, fair, dependable, and just a truly good person. We have been using Atkins Auto Repair for years and have always got a fair deal, and repairs done in a timely manner. Gotta give a shout out to his #1 repair tech. Neil, there’s nothing that guy can’t do. So if your ever in need of auto repair I highly recommend Atkins Auto Repair at 5721 Madonna Circle in Fountain City Tennessee.

I hate to give this place any stars at all. I told the guy what my brother THOUGHT was wrong with my car & asked him (the owner) to check it out & see what he thought it was in his professional opinion & please call me with an estimate. Instead he fixed what my brother THOUGHT was wrong. No call with estimate & he didnt drive it after to see if the issue was resolved but I dont think he drove it before either. Also he owed me a credit for the first work he did. My alternator belt lasted less than a month. After confirming twice hed give me a credit he didnt & of course wasnt giving my keys until I paid him. When I got upset HE called the police. Nothing happened but still...After telling a couple of people about it I learned some shady stuff. If they tell you they have cameras to protect your belongings from theft it isnt true & theft is likely. Never again!

Had great service. Called me before replacing any parts it didnt need. Cheaper than firestone. I would recommend them to anyone.

Honest, dependable, a great place for women to be treated with respect and they dont take advantage of you just because you are a woman. Good work and ALWAYS do great work. You can count on Kyle or Neal to tell you the truth. Would not go anywhere else.

Kyle and Neal tell you straight up. If you dont need a repair, they send you on your way with your money still in your pocket. They are keeping my three cars, two 2008s and a 2006 on the road.
