Made an appointment had to wait 2 weeks to get it in after so many recommendations. Brought it in, told them my problems and they didnt even look at the problems i told them. Instead he pointed out that my tires in the back were dry rotted when i explained to him it was the only way of getting it here because i had a flat recently. He continued to mansplain this and i continued to tell him it was temporary. I tried to bring up the issues for why i brought in, again, and he continued to talk over me and tell me things i already know and didnt want them handled as a priority. Unprofessional and negative, he didnt want to hear anything i had to say. They drained oil from my car without permission, said it was overfilled when of course the car was still warm. Ive given up on good mechanics. Never coming back. Im getting tired of getting taken advantage of because Im a young woman, i know enough about cars to not be fooled.

Got my old girl back up and running the next day! Very thorough, quality work for a reasonable price. They replaced my starter and serpentine belt for me, and they do my regular maintenance and oil changes as well. Recommended to me by my cars previous owners and I have not been disappointed. Lees Specialty Shop works on Honda autos. I took my 2011 CR-V to a Honda dealership first. The dealership wasnt able to find the cause of my electrical gremlin that drained my battery. They thought it was the ignition when they saw me get out of the car WITH KEY IN HAND, while the car beeped, telling me the key was still in the ignition. Dealership said that confused the security system which inadvertently drained the battery. They replaced my ignition & the unable to hold good charge 1 year old battery. Yay!... Until the very next day the key beep & battery drain came back! After 2 visits & no resolution, friends told me about Lees Specialty Shop, how their work on Hondas & prices were great. They were so right! Searching for the source of the problem was less than $40! Turns out my under dash fuse box had water in it--probably from a clogged sunroof drain that leads water back to the outside world. The electrical gremlin appeared from water & corrosion in the fuse box. Thats why it was a hit & miss problem for months. After a lot of money but no fix at the dealership, thats when I went to Lees Specialty Shop. They did a much more thorough diagnosis & have fantastic prices. Thank you so much to my mechanic Mark at Lees! He got a used part that was far cheaper than new & my 2011 Honda CR-V is back to being a reliable sweetheart again! Highly recommend this shop for all models of Honda & Acura!!!!

They replaced my power window motor assist in a few hours and cleaned off the tape had I used to hold it closed. FYI use packaging tape not duck tape.

Go for all Honda and Acura car care needs, as good as the dealership, but better labor rates.

I called Lee’s and described a problem I was having with my Honda. I knew what needed to be done but was physically unable to perform the task. They quoted me a price and made an appointment. When they started the job they discovered my particular model of Honda required more than twice the time to accomplish. They still charged me the quoted price. This kind of customer service is rare now days. I can assure you if I need more service Lee’s will be the only choice.

I needed work on an older Honda with high mileage. They did the work quickly and for considerably less than other garages quoted me. I appreciate having a place where mechanics are focused on helping, not up selling services.

I have a 1992 Honda Accord that needed various repairs because it was becoming unsafe to drive. I needed to find someone fair and honest to do the repairs. A friend told me about Lees and I took a chance on them. I must say that I was not disappointed. J.B. and Mark explained issues that they found and they cared that my vehicle was in good condition once again. My vehicle drives almost like new. I would recommend any one that has a Honda that needs repairs, oil change, etc. to take their vehicle to Lees. They are exceptional at their craft and has exceptional expertise when it comes to Hondas. I am so pleased with the work they performed at a fair price and I would gladly call on them again in the future.

I have taken my 2003 Odyssey to Lees for several years. They know Hondas and charge a fraction of the dealer I used. One thing I really appreciate is they tell me about potential future issues, not as a way to sell me more repairs, but to help me understand reliability and determine the point at which I may need a new vehicle. As a result, Im still driving my van with over 200,000 miles on it.

I have used these guys for almost a decade. Part of the reason I will only buy a Honda or Acura is because these guys are honest mechanics. Very knowledgeable, and explain what maintenance to expect in the future so there arent any surprises. I actually consulted with Mark and JB before my last purchase of a MDX. They told me a year range to avoid due to a call back issue with the motor. Trust in service like that is rare to find.

I was in the process of looking for a new vehicle. I found a van that I really liked but there was a noise that it made. I was pretty sure I knew what it was but needed to be certain that if I bought the van, I wouldnt end up paying double after repairs.The car lot assured me it wasnt what I though but I took it to these guys to have it looked at, just to be sure. I didnt let them know my suspicions. When I came back, they let me know of the issues that they found & I knew that this was NOT the vehicle for me. I felt like they were respectful and honest. In the past,(at other places) I felt like I needed my husband there in order to receive respect but I did not feel that way here! They have a customer for life!!!
