I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had getting my car repaired. They are extremely professional, the price is unbeatable, and they did a top-notch job. Definitely returning for all my automotive repairs.

The prices seem too good to be true but they are the actual prices and a little shocked. His price for a timing belt job was almost half the price of the dealership. I won’t say the price out of respect to the shop, since every car is different but considering the job included the belt, water pump, pulleys, tensioner and serpentine belt and the kit came from a very reputable made in Japan aftermarket parts company… I was very happy. I had the same job done 15 years ago in a different car and it’s the same price.Kenny was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable having him do the job. He was also very flexible, I was told the soonest he could schedule the job was next week but if I wanted to drop it off today, he could squeeze it in.Between the good reputation, very low overhead, great customer service and affordable prices for families. I highly recommend!

I went in for a $30 standard oil change and found out I needed a new spark plug and ignition coil. They didn’t try to scam me like other shops will. I went to a parts store and bought both and they installed them for free! I came in at 3:45 and left at 4:30I will be using them for all of my car services from now on. Very professional and friendly and they care about the customer. I will say it’s sad that they are closed on weekends but they have a life too lol. Overall a much better experience than going to a big company like Pep Boys and I love supporting local businesses.

Kenny and his team are amazing! Kenny had to deal with a third party warranty company to get the motor replaced, and he was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the entire process. They solved an issue with my electrical system that three different mechanics have missed over the past year, and it took them barely a day. Could not have been more pleased with the service and expertise at this shop! Moved into the area from out-of-state a few months before purchasing a used Nissan locally. When I purchased it I knew the vehicle had an oil leak and needed a timing belt service. Im a pretty mechanically capable DIY guy but after doing some research on the timing belt service I decided to at least get a quote from an expert to see if its really worth me trying to save some money doing it myself. Kenny at the Asian Auto Specialist was up front with his costs and they were extremely reasonable. I ultimately decided to have an expert do the job versus doing it myself and in hindsight Im so happy that I chose an expert but also that I chose Asian Auto Specialist! Kenny quoted me $600 including parts, tax, and half a day of labor. After Kenny started into my timing belt service he found that the previous mechanic that performed the previous timing belt service had messed a few things up. Ignition timing was off, belt on the crankshaft was off a tooth, bolts were missing on the cover, nuts were finger tight on pulleys, but most importantly, the previous mechanic gouged the crankshaft getting a seal out and that was where my oil leak was coming from. Kenny, with his decades of experience, knew some tricks on how to fix that issue so that we could avoid the very costly replacement of the crankshaft and so the new seal going in wouldnt give me the same oil leak. Needless to say, Kenny went way above and beyond what typical car repair shops would have done in order to fix all the problems. He was up front with the issues he found and wanted to fix all of them, even though it pushed getting my car back an extra day. That was an inconvenience, but Id rather have my car back 100% done right than slapped together to get me out the door. I came in the next day expecting and prepared to pay a larger bill than the $600 he quoted me since he had to take an extra day for all the issues he found... but when he rang me up he charged me for what he quoted and nothing more! I was astounded to say the least, any chain brand car repair shop would have charged for every minute spent working on my car and would not have gone through the extra effort of finding half the problems Kenny did, yet alone fix them. That move convinced me that Asian Auto Specialists truly had customer service before anything else and wanted to build their business with return customers and good word-of-mouth versus quick, easy profit sales. Before I took off, he popped the hood and ran me through what he did, what to watch out for, and topped off my coolant. I honestly know without a doubt where I will be taking all of my personal vehicles if they ever need a service or repair, and anyone that asks me for a recommendation will get a quick response of Go to Asian Auto Specialists, Kenny will take care of you!
