They told me what was wrong with the car and they could fix it no problem, 2 days later when I had the car towed down there, they said it was harder than they thought and it will be four more days and almost double the price, they were the one who accessed the car in the first place...... it seems like a Thoughtless and unnecessarily weak scam. I would make sure I have exhausted every other possibility before I take that chance with them.

I used to have a Honda. I recently got a BMW so my regular mechanic sent me to Turners when I started having trouble. I told them the codes that another mechanic had given me and they told me theyd be able to fix it. I thought Id have to make an appointment and come back, but they didnt at all. Instead, they told me they could fix it and even drive me home so I didnt have to wait on it. In a couple hours they called me to tell me it was ready and it was literally half the price I had expected to pay and she runs like a dream. Ive definitely found my new mechanic. True professionals with honest pricing.

I had to evacuate Florida and decided to stay in Knoxville, when my CV axle decided to snap. So I called Turners Euro Services and they were so helpful and got my car fixed within an hour of calling. Beyond thankful to receive their help, and fair on pricing as well.

I took my car here five months ago and today they call me and tell me that somebody stole my car off the lot please people do not take your car to the shop this is the worst mistake you could ever make They couldn’t find a computer to my car so they pretend it like somebody stole it so they wouldn’t have to fix it

This place is a complete scam!! I call this place and the owner Jeff answers. After I tell him what my daughters car is doing, he tells me to send it to him. He could fix it he says. That was the week of Thanksgiving. Finally, January 6th of 2017, I go down there. Sends me a text the car runs great! Will be ready to pick up tomorrow. I take time away from work to go get it and then he tells me the spark plugs were bad and needed to be changed. Going to be another $200.00. How all of the sudden did it run great and now we owe another $200?? Total bill was $1,100.00. And it still wasnt fixed!! So I had it towed somewhere else, and now will have to take his sorry lying butt to court to get my money back! PEOPLE PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS!!! The most crooked unreliable mechanic shop in my 46 years of living Ive ever seen! But he will be dealt with in court now! They dont give you an option to rate negative stars on this site!!

If there were negative stars that is what they really deserve!!!!!!NEVER EVER EVER take you vehicle here! The owner here has absolutely 0 integrity!! I had my daughters BMW towed here on 11/21 to be serviced. The gentleman said it would be $1600.00 for the repair. I had my husband call back and speak with them to insure that this would indeed fix the problem because we were skeptical about paying this much if the problem would reoccur and also wanted to be sure our daughter was safe being that she goes to school 2 hours away and travels back and forth. . He assured us that he could fix the problem, so we gave him 1/2 up front in order to buy parts. Well, that was the first mistake because it is now 1/6 and the car is still there (48DAYS!!!!). We have called several times to check the status. If they even answer the phone, the story is either we are still working on it or we havent had time to look at it today because we have had other cars come in that need to be fixed. So, let me get this straight. The other cars are more important than mine?! I mean he had nothing to lose. He was holding on to our vehicle and $600.00 of our money! The owner will not speak to us and runs inside when we visit. He sent a text on the evening of the 6th and said The car runs great and will be ready tomorrow at noon. The remaining balance is $365. When my daughte and her father went to pick it up, the vehicle was in the garage with the hood up and half of the parts were in the floor beside it. The gentleman said they just needed to put it back together and he needed to collect the $500.00 balance. We questioned the difference in the balance owed but were just so happy to have the car, we gave him the $500. My daughter drove her car about a block outside of the lot, and it completely stopped! The gentleman said he needed to blow off the gaskets and could we come back the next day. Being that classes start back on the 9th, and snow was in the forecast, it was imperative that she get back to school. We asked for our $500.00 back. We were more than happy to let him keep the other funds we had given him for the parts he had supposedly ordered but we were going to take the car somewhere else. He finally very reluctantly gave us $240.00. We are out almost $1000. and we still dont have a running vehicle. I only wanted the truth. If they didnt have the capability to fix it, I would have appreciated being told that to begin with. It also would have been nice to get updates. This place is a sorry excuse for a business, so PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
