I called Aire Serv mid morning on a Saturday after our AC stopped cooling the night before. Brandon J. called to confirm the service and gave us updates on when he would arrive. Brandon was on site within a couple of hours and replaced the blower motor in our attic unit with parts he had on hand. He was knowledgeable, timely, efficient, and courteous. I would recommend Aire Serv due to the quality of the service provided and especially for the same day, weekend availability.

Jill on phones very friendly and wonderful customer support skills. Jeffrey serviced our unit and was very professional and explained and showed us the issue before repairing. Very polite. Over all great experience considering the circumstances!

She was able to get me a follow-up call with John that morning, who then was able to schedule us at 8am with the on-call technician Israel. Our old AC unit finally gave out a few days ago and with it being middle of summer i knew we had to work fast to get this fixed. After calling around I found Airserv and from the first call to set up the appointment to them finishing the install their service was impeccable. Jason Martin was the tech and absolutely went above and beyond. Extremely knowledgeable and explained everything about the unit. Cleared the drain line and put a new silicone seal on the unit. He checked out my other units as well which I didn’t expect but was very appreciative. Additionally, he checked all the units for carbon monoxide output to ensure my family was safe. Greatly appreciate the extra attention to details. I have gas fireplaces too and was happy to hear I can rely on one company with seasoned Technicians for all my ac, furnaces and fireplaces.

We use Aire Serv for our heating and cooling maintenance but they also give us much needed advice on our system. We were having trouble with our filters shredding and it turned out that the UV light that was installed by another party had been done improperly and too closely to the filter thereby degrading it. Aire Serv diagnosed that issue and fixed it for a nominal fee. Jeffrey was professional and informative just as Brandon has been in the past. We are very happy with them.

Excellent company that provides great service.

We used Aire Serve of Knoxville beginning with yearly maintenance checks then to service crawl space dehumidifier. I can’t rave enough about their knowledge and service. A few weeks ago, Jeff, their extremely knowledgeable technician came for annual review. He found some issues that needed repair with furnace, then checked our carbon monoxide levels which turned out to be dangerous. (We had been suffering from headaches, didn’t know why). Jordan came out right away (had to turn furnace off -it’s Jan), we selected a furnace and they installed furnace/air unit the next day! We didn’t know they also install tankless water heaters, so we requested that as well. Which they installed a week later working all day. From their sales rep Jordan to all the technicians and installers Jeff,John, Macon, Jason, Jackson and the receptionist Connie were so kind, respectful and patient. They worked 10-12 hours solid to complete our installs. We have been homeowners in five states over a 38 year period and have never had such a good experience. I can’t recommend this company enough!

I called aire serv after buying a new home and finding out that the air conditioning didn’t work. After coming to terms with the unpalatable reality, working with this company gave me piece of mind. Rather than pour money into an old and broken builders grade AC I made the investment in a new system and I am so glad I did. Working with aire serv helped me understand that the first floor ductwork was not sized properly to the unit which was installed. Replacing the unit was the right call to match the house to a high efficiency unit. Macon did a great job on the installation Hoping the maintenance team at aire serv can keep the legacy upstairs unit running for years to come so I can stagger the costs of having a two heat pump household!

No phone call, no text, just an email sent at 8am and read at 1030am saying that you would not make it and to call a competitor. As the email details It has caused me more headaches than the gas leak issue that I had. I would never ever recommend nor would I ever use their services. 1 star is being gracious, I cant give any less.*Resolution*I did not delete my original post because I believe as a consumer that it is wonderful to realize that companies and more importantly the people that work for them are not infallible. Jon contacted me first thing in the morning to see if someone had completed the work. Another company had just informed me they were not permitted to do it and thats my fault. Anyways, Jon came out and did the job superbly and professionally. The permits were already pulled. So kub could do their part. We also got some coffee mugs and goodies. It was a wonderful surprise for our anniversary. We couldnt be any happier and would certainly recommend them again.

We have used Aire Serv for our spring and fall maintenance for several years. Our HVAC system had not quit on us, but we had begun to start replacing parts and just really wanted to be proactive with a new HVAC system. From the maintenance tech, the sales person, the 2 young men who installed our new system and even the ladies in the office—it is just a professional group we wanted to continue business with! They are easy to work with and take care of their customers.

They were very quick at responding to my need. My AC motor had gone out and they made it their personal duty to take on the challenge and took care of my each and every need including wearing masks and put covers on their shoes as to not track in dirt. AireServe provided a routine maintenance on our dual split systems. Nick was very professional and using methods through AireServe was able to keep me up to date on his arrival time with a few reminders leading up to the day of service. Nick followed safe distancing principles on arrival and throughout his 2 hours on site. He kept me up to date on what he was going to work on next, and provided helpful guidance on replacing a couple of low output capacitors in my outside units. Overall a very positive and professional experience.

Two years ago a large, highly advertised HVAC company came to my house to service a central AC unit that had not been checked in several years. Their technician arrived at my house for the first time accompanied by a sales person, which I thought was very strange. Within an hour, they told me that my unit would have to be replaced, and they would email me some replacement options and financing methods. I got on the phone to a trusted, banker friend who immediately recommended that I get a second opinion from Aire Serv of Knoxville because they are honest and professional people. Two years later, I still have the same unit, no repairs or replacement was needed, and it is still running great because I have an Aire Serv service agreement that brings them to check and maintain my central heat and AC unit twice a year. I recommend these folks unequivocally, and beware of some of their most commercially promoted competitors.

Air Serv of Knoxville put in a whole house mini split system for us. Very large and complicated project. Cant emphasize it enough, Jack and his team made the process as easy as possible for us. I felt they delivered a rare combination of professionalism, service and value!! Very high standards of integrity. The really big factor in our experience was the companys understanding the nuances of contracting to make the experience painless for the purchaser. A significant purchase like a whole home HVAC system comes with tons of troubleshooting and problem solving and let me assure you, I never had to feel it. These guys are amazing. Weve been in Knoxville for a little over 3 years and havent used anyone else. The technician explained why I needed a maintenance plan in a way I would understand it and even programmed the thermostat to better suit my needs. We had a heat pump that was very old and needed replacing. Aire Serv helped us with the whole process of not only getting a new unit but helped with the financing thru a TVA program. Our new electric bills are lower than our old bills and thats with the payment for the new unit added to it.They are very professional to work with and I know we can call anytime and feel confident that well get any help we need.

The initial service and installation was great. However after only 2 years the unit is not working and I was told, in the middle of August in TN, that they dont provide portable units to help keep my house cool. The portable units are reserved for new customers only! Also, they cant order parts over the weekend when a part is needed to fix this 2 yr old Air Conditioner. Such a disappointment and would NEVER recommend them to anyone if asked. When you spend over $5k for a more efficient and updated model you expect more than 2 yrs worth of proper usage.

I have maintained a service contract with this company for several years. The technicians are on time and true professionals. I am convinced that routine maintenance and a few minor repairs over the years have extended the life of my unit and keeps my home comfortable year round.
