I am very please with the professional service I received on the installation of a new heating and cooling system. The technicians did an excellent job, answered all questions and explained what was done and how to use. They also did an excellent job cleaning up after the job was done. I also appreciated their timeliness, and the notifications I received that the technicians were on the way. The staff in the office was also very professional and followed up to make sure my needs were promptly met. I definitely recommend this company for their service.

Kevin was great both times he came out, I really appreciated his honesty, and l like that he did not beat around the bush. He was truthful and to the point in what I needed to get done. When blue eyes showed up, I do not remember his name, to install the duct work, I thought, he was too young, looked like he was about 18 years old‼️ To my surprise, he was very organized and was very diligent and did not quit until the job was completed. Advanced Heating AC and Plumbing came out to our house to fix a disconnected air duct. It was a quick fix, but what was so great was how helpful our technician was. He gave tips and advice on how to seal our vents to prevent basement air, what product to look for, and even fixed another vent that was loose. Very friendly, on time, and just great service all around — I would highly recommend!

Advanced had someone out to my house in 36 hours during the middle of the summer, that alone is incredible. The tech was professional, friendly, and absolutely knew what he was doing. Within 25 minutes and $300 later, I had working AC. The cost was a little high, but what price can you put on keeping cool in the heat?! Highly recommended.

Our technician had great communication with me. Letting me know when he would arrive and detailed steps of what he was going to do and what he found out. It was raining and he was very mindful to not bring mud or water into the house. I am following up with an annual maintenance. I highly recommend them.

Tommy did an excellent installation of our new hot water tank. He explained whatever he was doing and what else he would be doing. He also explained all aspects of the new tank and compared its advantages to the old one. He also cleaned up after he was done and hauled all the trash away. Very friendly, professional gentleman.

I called my home warranty because of having no heat in the middle of winter. They sent a company out (not Advance) and quit on me after 4 different trips within 2 weeks of having no heat. Home warranty then sent out Advance Heat. Kevin was the technician. Kevin was good at listening and studying my system. He explained ever detail. After several hours, the heat was blowing hotter and harder than ever. Very professional group.

Water heater valve became unseated and water poured EVERYWHERE ! !! 🥴. Before I could reach and turn shut off, I had 2 inches of water flooding everywhere. They gave me a price, I did shop around and then called them back to schedule a time to replace my unit. We are very appreciative of the fast response from Advanced. I was worried that we wouldn’t be able to get anyone to come out until after the Holiday, but Dylan worked us in the next day and talked to me about different options for repair/replacement, once he looked everything over. Riley came out to do our installation in crummy weather on Christmas Eve, was very quick and did a great job! They are now my go-to folks for any future needs!

So I just had a guy come out and check out my system. It turned out to not it’s just old. That’s all. The reason for the three stars is I had to listen to him take phone calls for 15 minutes in his car before I interrupted him so say just that. I didn’t feel like a priority and I value good customer service

I have used Advanced because they were on our Home Warranty program. They were so good we switched our maintenance program that we had with another company. We’ve had a Clark come and work with us the last couple of times and he’s been great. Their annual maintenance program is awesome as well I highly recommend it. It’s very affordable.

Wow! Where do I begin?! If you are looking for an HVAC company, look no further! You have found it! Allow me to explain-the hubs& I used this company when we first bought our house after the sellers left the Advanced business card in our house portfolio so we thought: wow! That is rare that someone would like a company so much to do that. We used them for several years and were always impressed; however, we made the MISTAKE of combining our HVAC with another company we were using for our plumbing who was offering to combine the plumbing and HVAC together for tune ups at no additional cost so we left Advanced. Everything was fine with the new company right up until we had an issue with our HVAC. Once we had an actual problem, this other company came out and told us we had a leak and it would be so expensive on our 14 year old unit that we should just invest in a new one to the tune of $8500!! Needless to say, this worried us how we would afford such a thing, and we wanted a second company to come look at it we knew we could trust-Advanced Heating and Air! Sure enough, they came out, found NO leaks and discovered a basic intermittent issue with our blower fan that we could keep an eye on and worst case if it continues to act up they could come back out and replace it for somewhere around $350 so we literally went from $8500 to $350! This company is dedicated to making your current unit work wherever possible and not interested in getting kickbacks and commisions on pushing new equipment down your throat. This is critical for us with a 14 year old unit, and there is no one in the industry I trust more. I am so happy with theim, I am migrating my plumbing to them too!

Had a leak at outdoor faucet, reported it to our home warranty company. The contractors hired by warranty places are usually slow and often incompetent as well, but these guys called me within a few hours, let me know my policy wouldn’t cover a faucet leak due to that being a policy upgrade that I hadn’t purchased, but offered to put me on the schedule anyway. I did, and the total cost of the repair wasn’t much more than the service fee I have to pay under our home warranty company anyway. Their plumber, Daniel, was extremely professional and friendly. Definitely recommend.Edited: Had several indoor faucets leaking. Home warranty company assigned it to Advanced. They told me inside faucet leaks were covered. Sent someone out, who collected the $75 service fee and then took pictures of the leaks with an iPad and did not attempt to fix them. After a week or so I called to find out when they’d be fixed and was told faucet replacements weren’t covered by the home warranty contract, that it would be over $500 to replace the faucets. I’m pretty sure leaks are fixable with parts without having to replace the entire faucet, at least some of the time. This guy didn’t even try. Not happy.

Even though my unit passed the house inspection report he discovered a small refrigerant leak. We went ahead with Dylan’s recommendation to add a sealer to the system & refill with refrigerant. I hope the money spent will buy us time, before we have to replace the entire unit. While he was here I also had him install my Nest Thermostat. I called Advanced when my AC stopped working. The same day they had a tech out and diagnosed the problem. Since it was froze up they had to wait until it thawed out. The next day I got a call saying the tech was on the way. Within 3 hours if that call I had AC again. The tech was awesome. They explained exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. Dishonest and deceitful company. Daniel came to our house to diagnose an issue with our residential water delivery system. He worked hard, but he wasnt able to resolve the problem. He assured me that I wouldnt be charged another $79 service call fee if he had to come back, so I called today to get him to return and replace the pressure reducing valve, which West Knox Utility District thought is the problem. Advanced Heat AC & Plumbing said the 10-minute fix would cost $295. So Daniel was right. It wouldnt cost $79. It would be nearly $300. Bottom line: do not trust these crooks. The many negative reviews are absolutely warranted. There are many better choices in the Knoxville area, starting with Ryans Plumbing. Honest, outstanding and waaaay less costly.June 17 update: The response by the owner is laughable. There was no threat. I merely said I would relay my experience so potential clients would know what to expect from this provider. I notice that he doesnt dispute the facts.

I used Advanced when I had an American Home Shield claims at my previous home about 11 years ago. They were the best HVAC contractor that American Home Shield sent out, so I decided to get them to bid on my replacement unit. The estimator was professional, knowledgeable and helpful on making my decision. I had 3 other quotes. One was for the exact same system. They came in 15% lower so I decided to use them. They were punctual, their crew was courteous, friendly, and professional. They did a nice job. They put in a 3 ton to replace my 27 yr old 2.5 ton that was limping along. Now my house is keeping the temp at the setting I want. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

The servicemen diagnosed the issue quickly and suggested Trane’s contractor grade, Run True, to meet our budget needs. I had a water pressure issue and called my home warranty company to see if repairs were covered. The original company that was referred to me by my warranty company was unorganized and lacked customer service. I couldn’t even get an appointment scheduled. So I called my warranty company and they referred me to Advanced Heat A/C and Plumbing. They answered on the first call. I had an appointment within a day or two. The office staff called me the day before and told me the original technician was going to be on a longer job than expected and changed my appointment to a different technician who would be able to come sooner. The new tech called me on his way and I was informed by text message who the tech was and was able to track his arrival with my phone. He was polite, courteous and took the time to explain the issues and a simple fix for the future. I was impressed by the communication from the office staff as well as the field technician and would highly recommend this company to anyone. Overall great experience!
