ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS SERVICE. We rented a car using points. We have done this several times a year for many years. THIS location REFUSED to allow us to rent using points even though that is how the reservation was made!!! ABSOLUTELY RUDE about the WHOLE SITUATION. and yes we have rented using points from this location as well. Horrible staff!

Besides all the run around since Monday 1pm to Tuesday 9am to 2pm i finally got someone that can help me get a car 4 stars out of 5 because they did upgrade the rental to a 2020 rental for $350 for 5days but the employees are nice when i got there i was in and out in 10mins.

I used enterprise before but the customer service here what GREAT. Both employees, John and ? were great. Thanks again!

Fast and prompt service. Katie (Assistant Manager) is amazing! She was very attentive and ensured we were well taken care of. They had a good selection of vehicles even for being a smaller location. We were fortunate enough to get a Mustang convertible for a drive down to St. Pete Beach for the day. No better way to cruise the beach than in a convertible! Great rates and outstanding service. Friendly staff. Get in and check out car quickly. It was a bit away from the hotels but when locations near the universal studios were out of cars, this location got what I needed for the trip.

Easy to use and set up on car ride to Florida. Price was ok. Place was a little hard to find and notice but staff was friendly.

Long story short: their customer service is terrible and their Manager, trevor is extremely rude. If you would like the full details read below.Haven’t even picked up my car yet and completely disappointed in the lack of customer service. I booked a car a week ago, confirmed location before submitting, then the confirmation email says a different location. No problem, I called and they said to call the day before to confirm they could move the car there.Today is the day before. I was on hold multiple times to accumulate over an hour. I was picked up twice while on hold and hung up on immediately. I finally got someone to answer and begged to not be on hold again, she tried to help while assisting a customer in front of her (i understand they’re busy, no biggie) I asked to speak to a manager and she put me on hold for another 15 minutes to get him. The managers name was Trevor, he was COMPLETELY rude. He was not helpful, told me that there would be an increase in charge when i already booked and confirmed, had the wrong dates even though my confirmation email had correct dates, cut me off constantly and spoke over me and said unprofessional things like “if you would let me finish...” “It would be helpful if you could just give me this” and told me I was not hung up on. I would never use this location again. If you are a company dealing with customers you don’t treat or talk to them this way.

Each time my husband and I rent from this location there is a problem. Unsafe car, charged for more days then we actually rented. On this particular occasion they did not have the car we wanted so they gave us a dodge caravan then charged us and extra $24.99 for Sirius satellite radio. Enterprise is a good company and we have been loyal customers for years. This locations shenanigans may put an end to a 6 year relationship

Good staff, and service. The area is kind of sketchy, did not feel safe taking my mother there. They should move locations.

1st rental experience was great. 2nd time the same trip was a disaster. Manager type was on speaker phone dealing with some kind of issue which was unprofessional. Lady on the other end drops the F bomb for all to hear.

Made a reservation for a long term rental, the lady I spoke with at this location told me We could rent the car long term paying every two weeks being that we wanted to rent until august. Went in this morning and the guy acted like we were stupid for getting our rental because he said we couldnt but had pay all up front. Then he calls his branch manager and says have you herd of anyone renting long term and paying every two weeks.. no i didnt think so ... rude ass mofo... first I got the idea from others I KNOW who does long term and pays every two weeks, second YOUR employee gave us the ok to do so, third we ASKED could you do it and got a yes.. just because YOUR havent herd of it doesnt mean it cant be done or is against company policy which it ISNT. MY AUNT works corporate in saint louis for enterprise. You just didnt want to. Nor offered any alternative.. we would have glady did a week for the moment....LASTLY you ruined our disney trip scheduled at 11am... for the record.. the lady. Spoke with was very professional and attentive. One star for her

Horrible experience at this location. Slow and unprofessional. Whoever they bald headed black male worker is, he needs to be fired. He butted into my conversation with another worker and threaten to call the cops in front of my son because of a disagreement I had. He appeared to be racist.

Then because I want names and surnames. There were two males and the Manager in the 192who unfortunately acted incorrectly. In fact, almost 3 months have passed and I still do not receive my deposit, which said that I was offered for gratification !!! ???? FORGIVENESS IS MY $.AND I DID NOT FAIL YOU ABSOLUTELY INNOTHING .!

This service is reserved online and one always remains with the substitute, however I tell you that the service was just like the internet reservation. Service in Spanish and good treatment. Quality vs price was good. Do not stress because of the capacity of the suitcases that they put in the description, they always fit more :)

What a bad experience, we made a reservation of a car they informed us that everything was included for the value of 80 dls, but when they arrived for the car they charged us an extra cost of 50 dollars and to complete the car it was not ready or clean, it smells like cigarette and it took us more time since they had to make him clean, its a shame why we were having a great time right now.
