The vehicle was not cleaned or disinfected on the inside at all!. Behind the driver seat was a used mask from the previous renter, behind the passenger side there was a diaper. I have pictures to prove this. On Tuesday night there was a big roach on the dash board that ran into the vents before it could be killed. A few days later my son dropped his bottle and I reached under that passenger seat only to feel the most disgusting thing ever, it was a rotten mango, I also have the pictures to prove this too. Weve had the vehicle for 5 days at this point. I am fuming and extremely disappointed with our experience. The same night (Friday) the roach was on the dashboard again, my husband sprayed bug killer on the dashboard and into the vents and we had to wait for it to completely dry before we can safely sit Im the car again. I have never in my years of renting vehicles had an experience like this before. With COVID still being a huge concern I am livid with the lack of care or worry from your company. Never renting from Budget again!

I called customer service about swapping the vehicle for another and was told that the 1621 N John Young Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34741 location had 7 passenger suvs so i drove 35 minutes to attempt to swap the buick i was given at the airport. At this location the agents were rude, they tried to charge me for gas, and one of the employees refused to give up the only 7 passenger suv the had because he was driving it.

I went to the one in Young John Pkwy and 192 It was an exceptional experience. Great customer service. The car was fantastic and in great condition. Thank you Mr. Cesar!

I called to confirmed my reservation and the older Hispanic guy there told me it was ready but when I arrived he told me that he doesnt have a car for me but i can upgrade for more money. What upset me is that he didnt know I spoke Spanish and while waiting to spoke to him in the office. He treated a Hispanic women differently and offered her a upgrade free when her rental wasnt available. It wasnt into after i tried calling other rental companies he offered me a car that was sitting in the lot. What it the policy when you have a reservation and confirm it but they dont have you car available? I would have prefer them being honest to me and tell me they dont have any car instead of making me show up just so can charge me for a upgrade and just please treat everyone the same. Women and man or black and Hispanic all the same

Outstanding service! I rented in the middle of a crazy spring break time when no one had any cars. I even had the problem of needing a bigger car, because my sister got sick and I needed to drive around her three kids. Everyone at this car rental office was kind and helpful, even in the middle of being swamped, up to their eyeballs in work! Muchisimas gracias a todos!

We will never rent from them again. The agent was nice when picking up the car, but he told us we got an upgrade and it was NOT. Would have much rather had the smaller car. We had to call roadside assistance the 3rd day. They had nothing marked and there was dings and scratches everywhere. The bumper was badly cracked and the back passenger door did not open from the inside. When calling customer service they did not seem to care about much. A friend of ours just rented a very nice Suburban from National for the same price as our POS Camery.

Anytime I try to make a reservation it’s only this location that shows that the establishment is not open during the times I’ve requested I requested to pick up the car at 11 AM and return it the next day at 8 AM so please explain to me how you guys are not open from those hours? When your website says they open at 8 o’clock and close at 6 PM.

Arrived 20 minutes early for my reservation and the gentleman did not have my car ready, so offered me an upgrade at no extra cost! Amazing service with a smile.Nice, safe location right next to police office.

I step in & no one was at the counter, I knocked on the glass and this man takes 1step literally doesnt say absolutely anything he just looks at me like Im interrupting him & bothered I came in for a car, he didnt even approach the counter. I didnt know if he was the mechanic, janitor, IT or the attendant. He stares at me in a creepy way, I asked are you the attendant and he STILL doesnt answers but he does walks to the counter takes of his mask and looks at me. This was completely unprofessional. I asked if there where any available cars & he STILL didnt answer he just goes on the computer. When he finally speaks he says what do you want.I felt so unsafe and creeped out I just walked out and made a reservation else where. Ladies beware of this freak working there.

I called this company back for a customer of mine who had a lot of issues with a rental vehicle he only had for a day!!!!When we called the nearest budget we were contacted too a worker who was was extremely rude, did not know how to communicate or help figure out the situation, as he is supposed to and refused to transfer us to a manager. He then hung up while I was still talking and when I attempted to reach them over the phone again the call would go straight to voicemail.This is extremely bad service and I would NOT recommend Budget rental to ANYONE.

My flight was cancelled. They held my reservation, HOWEVER my price was not adjusted for the 12 hours less that I rented the car. In fairness to Budget I booked the car with United Mileage Plus. To cultivate a repeat renter Budget could have adjusted the price and I would be a happy returning Customer.

I booked a car a month ago directly from Buget. Today in late afternoon, while I was having precious time at Disney World with my family, a guy from this pick up location called me and said that they rented all available cars so I might not have car tomorrow.Cant they count numbers?They told me to look for available car at MCO. I told them it will cost extra money to reach there but they just said sorry,,, no help at all even calling costumer service. They even asked me whether I want to cancel the reservation or not. Whats the point of asking that? I didnt want to lose time so I used my money to reserve another car (of course from another company, but from MCO since there werent much options at that time)I was so frustrated and spoiling time of our vacation.I thought Buget was one of the car rental company that is trustable but it seems not.I will post this later on MCOs Budget review to let people know how Buget is, since not only this pickup site but calling costumer service didnt solve a thing.

Went in to check on prices and make reservations for vacationl later in year. The employees were kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I heard a couple customer ask a stupid question. Curious if Budget had a problem with them driving 100 miles per hour. How do employees put up with idiots?

One person cant run Avis and budget in the same time. If you dont show up for your car in time,say bye bye to it. Almost ruined my family vacation.

Fransisco is great! I have been renting here for many years and he always takes good car of my family and I. The cars are always clean and in great condition, Budget is a great company and are lucky to have Fransisco running that location.

Very slow service seems like the employees here are very new and incapable of conducting their work without the help of the manager. Plus the 10 dollar a gallon surge if you dont return the vehicle full. Also for non Spanish speakers please be patient when reserving over the phone as the heavy accent may hinder the ability to understand well.

Never using Budget again! Every time we rent a car on vacation the pushbutton ignition doesn’t work always wondering if we’re going to get stuck this time we did. Stuck in a Kissimmee parking lot outside of a Denny’s. called the Orlando airport they told us to wait 30 minutes and then it would work again which it did not now it is two hours waiting for a tow truck they failed to send a car from a local Kissimmee office instead they make us wait horrible service never coming back

I would not rent a vehicle for this company, they do not have after hours drop off available at any of their locations, they will charge you for another day and an extra fee to extend that day as well.

The place rips you off! Stay far away. Rented a car from them for 3 days for $140 all included. Called to add a day and they tried charging me an additional $60. He told me, you cant get a car for $25 a day rental. I told him I jusy called Budget and they quoted me a price of $25 with tax. He said, yeah ok, whatever you say, just return my car and go rent a new one. The owner is an douche with a shitty attitude. Youll know it the first couple of minutes youre in the store. Btw, I called Budget to make a new rental and they said he changed my drop off day and was trying to add an extra day and charge me. Stay away or at the very least go through 800 line to reserve, dont deal with this guy.

Worst rental car company ever! The owner/employee was not someone able to run a place. He denied rent me a car because i didnt want insurance on it. My company has insurance and covers every time i rent a car in US. That was the first time that something like this happen. WORST PLACE EVER!

I must say that the price and the vehicle were very convenient👍.I had to wait a long time for the Van to be given to me. Perhaps the wait was longer than desired.😒 There were many customers and a couple of people attending. They were overloaded with activities. They still took the situation forward.

I went to orient myself with a reservation and the old man who attended me is arrogant, he was not friendly and had no intention of helping. I asked him if I could pick up the car earlier and he said no. Gentlemen ... we are the ones who pay your wages by renting the vehicles. It should be more grateful and not be so bitter. If you dont like work and are tired, leave it to someone who cares about helping others and making them feel good.

Very bad attention, the people who attend do not care at all who we come to rent a vehicle and those who in the end pay their salary. They are very slow and to top it all they ask people to wait outside, I have already lost 1 hour and 30 minutes waiting and I still have 5 people missing before, when I arrived there were only 8 people. I rented to travel from north to south in the United States, when I arrived I asked for an extension for an additional day and they charged me the same, the rent being local, I dont think it was fair because it was only local
