Great place to stay at, and very clean, right from the second I walked in the place was spotless. I’d highly recommend staying here on any vacation get away, they’re highly affordable for this kind of cleanliness and with all the furnishings that they have already. It’s like your home away from home but cleaner lol. 10/10 can’t beat it.

Do not rent from this company ! We rented a 8 bedroom from them in February, paid our deposit, and was told we could wait until May to pay our full amount. They debited our card in March for the full amount stating it had to be paid in March. May comes around and they didnt contact us, we had to contact them multiple times. After we finally talked to them, a day before our reservation day, they told us that our house we paid for was unavailable. They downsized us to a 6 bedroom and we would have been fine with that despite having 12 guests. On the Day of our reservation, we go to the property and immediately our reservation is canceled. They claim the neighbors counted 22 people but we only had 12. That experience was very degrading due to our family being of color. The owner and Manager obviously had a problem with our ethnicity. They didnt give us conversation they only claimed to call the cops if we didnt get out because based on what a neighbor said we had to leave. We had family in town and we was left with no option but to pay 1000 dollars in hotel rooms for everyone. Now that we are trying to contact these people for our refund, the manager has been on an emergency call all day long. This has been a very horrible and degrading experience. My daughter whos birthday we were celebrating was extremely disheartened by the way we have been treated. Do yourselves a favor if you plan on using this company ....Dont please Dont. Find another business that actually appreciates their customers and doesnt openly discriminate against a paying customer.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Terra Verde Resort. The amenities were excellent and clean. The townhouse had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The private pool was an added bonus. We will truly book through Magical Memories again. The staff from beginning to end were professional and polite as well as helpful. Thanks Magical Memories for the opportunity to provide a safe, clean and affordable vacation rental for our family.

Delivered to some of the beautiful homes previously and just dropped off two cribs to one of the townhomes today. The family had already visited the lazy river and really liked the place!

It was horrible! There were 9 wasp nests on our porch. The outside chairs were broken. The ceiling above porch was rotted out. The BLACK MOLD in both bathrooms made my left eye swell shut. I had breathing problems because of it as well. Our granddaughter had to have breathing treatments The master closet door frame looks as though it was a chew toy. The shelves in kitchen was broken. When I called to let management know of our concerns I specifically said no one in our unit unless we are there. When we returned from our long day at Disney, our lights were on inside, the closet was opened, my purse had been moved and the master bedroom sliding glass door that looks into a wooded area was UNlocked. Me, my adult daughter, and husband all checked before we left for the day not to leave lights in our doors UNlocked, so I am positively sure someone was in our paid for unit after being asked not too. Also a huge fire hazard.. they store air filters directly on top of hot water heater. The furniture looks worse than a Goodwill find. When I checked out 5 days in advance no body even tried to make anything right. We didnt even get a sorry. We had to take a day to move and find a new place. Melia suite hotel was most helpful in getting us a suite in a crisis.

This is the worst place to do business with!!! We had reserved a home to stay in through them and they took $250 deposit to reserve it. We had to cancel our vacation due to COVID and we cancelled WAY IN ADVANCED!! It has been over 2 months since we cancelled and we still haven’t received our money back!!! This is unacceptable and very unprofessional!!! You don’t do your customers like that!! They do not respond to emails and they don’t help you when you call them!! I will never do business with them again and I will make sure that through social media I will let everyone know how they do business!!!!!!

My family had a wonderful stay at Magical Memories Villas! The location is awesome. Everything was a quick ride away. The staff was accommodating, knowledgeable, & friendly. Check-in/out was easy. Our stay felt like home-away-from-home. We will definitely stay at Magical Memories Villas for our next vacation to Orlando, Florida!💕💕

Our stay was during Thanksgiving week and the home was clean and large enough for our party. We enjoyed all the amenities of the resort and home. The kids love the game room and pool. This is our second time renting with magical memories and we have had a great experience each time. We look forward to our next vacation with Magical Memories!!!

This place is HORRIBLE! The first day we found a frog in the living room, the bed sheets were not washed and the bathrooms were not cleaned. It smelled pure urine! I had to call the front desk twice and they told us someone was going to clean the bathrooms the next day. No one came to clean it. The third day we found a snake in the living room. The manager and the assistant manager were not helpful. Very bad service !!! The manager is an ignorant person. She did not care. Instead of helping, she told us to cancel the reservation and find another place if we didnt want to stay here. This place is a fraud!

Our stay was from 3/25/18 to 3/29/18. Kids and I enjoyed our stay very much! We chosen the 1 bedroom unit. The sleeper sofa bed wasnt working, and shower drained very slowly due to hair buildup, which i find in most rental units. I really wish all establishments would focus on clearing this up prior to renting. Otherwise, everything was clean. Loved the bathroom, with tiles reaching to the ceiling. Exhaust fan in the bathroom, a plus! Dishwasher, double sink, plates, silverware & full size washer & drier is an extra plus. Parking never an issue! Kids enjoyed the very large swimming pool. Excellent neighborhood, very clean. We will definitely visit again when were back in the area.

I worked for Magical Memories, from 2012- 2018. Left this past October to build my own business in Fitness. I miss working there! It was a Great Environment and became a wonderful working Family. The Owners care about you, your working conditions, and your Future. Years ago, rented a condo in Reunion resort. Very nice.

This was a terrible experience. The first unit we went to smelled horrible. I was traveling with a workmate who smokes, but did not smoke in the unit. They charged me $300 for smoking clean up. When we went to the second place my workmate said that it smelled like smoke, but it was near their closing time and my sense of smell has escaped me, so we decided to stay. I spoke to the front desk person when I found the charge on my card and was told that she could not reverse the charge that day because not all of her staff was available. I filed a complaint about the charge and hope that my credit holds. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I was also told that I would receive a call back about the charge after Miriam spoke to her staff but two weeks later and four or five messages to Miriam, I have not received a courtesy call back.I received your reply, and there is an obvious error in your reply. Miriam asked me if he smoked with the door open and I replied that he did not. Also, because of the place we stayed being the second place we went to, even though the second place smelled like smoke (but not as much as the first) when we first walked in I decided they must all smell like smoke and decided we would stay at this second offering.

Miriam,We are staying at the 7 Dwarfs Villas Building 5, unit 101. Several maintenance issues seem as if they should have been resolved before my arrival as a new guest. The issues are related to cleanliness as well as maintenance, both if which fees are charged to the guest. I will include pictures of unfortunate and unacceptable findings.The sofa has a note inside stating that it is broken with instructions to use the blow-up bed that is in the master bedroom. However, the blowup bed is not available in the master bedroom. That front desk informed me that the blowup bed would have to be retrieved from the front desk the next day because they are closing shortly. The carpet is not clean with various stains that are sticky. There is a dirty baby bottle and underwear that was left behind the bedside table in the master bedroom. The master bathroom clearly needs cosmetic attention as it is unsightly and should be better maintained. One of the burners on the stove will only warm, but not heat to the optimum level.Many of these issues should have been taken care of prior to the next guest arrival (my family and I). It is clear that charges are applied to take care of these issues so that the next guest would have a pleasant, slightly and clean stay.Having only one key to a property with no other options to rent more is extremely inconvenient and should be disclosed at booking. My booking clearly stated that an extra key is available upon request at an additional fee. As a guest, I have taken the time to mention these concerns for the simple fact that I do not want to be charged for already damaged, unclean, and unsightly incidents. Also, being told that another Villa would not be available until management is available on Monday is extremely inconvenient and and unacceptable as our vacation started on Saturday, not Monday. By Monday, my family and I will have settled in and made do despite the obvious issues. It will be too much on an inconvenience to move. Because of the problems and inconveniences, it is only professional and fair to be monetarily compensated for our inconvenience as these items that are broken and unsightly should be corrected before this property owner is allowed to rent this unit in the future. For the sake of our privacy and convenience, we prefer not to have maintenance here without us being available. Therefore, we are not willing to interrupt family and vacation time for this unit to be brought up to par. The monetary compensation will suffice. Please see the enclosed pictures. Please see picture from the second email as all pictures would not fit on this email. Thank you for your attention in advance.There was absolutely unfair compensation of our stay. Therefore, I suggest if you like being lied to and do not care about the value of your time and money, this place is perfect. This place is outdated and needs renovations. The current pictures you see online are obsolete. Please do not stay here. Let this property know that you value your time and money.

Awesome time me and the family had. The house was amazing truly a home feel. We cant wait to go back again!!!

Just stayed and overall, it was nice. Would I stay again? Yes. It was spacious enough for me and my large family. Having a kitchen to cook breakfast was a plus. Pool area was nice (just a bit small), but kids enjoyed. I was a bit taken aback because I booked for 8 people, yet there was only enough linen for six. When I called, I was told that was all they would put in that unit. A bit crazy to say to just wash because that takes a bit of time so I just went and bought more.Now, even with that, now that I understand I would prepare and ask specific questions. We also got hit with a no refundable $147.50 we were not aware of on top of what we paid, but again, just gotta seek clarity.In fairness we booked through Westgate and that was why we didn’t know about the added expense.Carpets need to be cleaned, but that is an easy fix.I will probably stay again and get a few family members to rent too.

Very friendly and helpful. The staff is available 24/7 and everything was described perfectly. The rental was very clean and we felt completely comfortable from the first day.

The entire experience are unique. We get the Key from a mail box in the Magical Memories center. Then we went to the villas and have entire apartment to spend in. We had a great time

Absolutely the best experience!!! I was very happy with the Emily who assisted with the check-in and check-out procedures. I loved the fact we had full kitchen along with a washer and dryer. Magical memories is no help at all. Called three times during my stay for cleaning of pool and nothing was done until I was ready to leave. The ladies who work there dont offer to help and have attitudes. On holidays there is no one to help you for any situation. My family and I rented a 4 bedroom home and we had to buy our own toilet paper.

Im so sad that you guys sold your company to IPG vacations homes they are the worse company, You guys at magical memories was so professional and was a repeat customer year after year, But this new company horrible they dont answer emails dont return phone calls. If anyone reads this do not book with IPG they took over for magical memories

The Magical Memories Villas were more than what I expected. It was in great conditions, had two bedrooms, one king and the other has two beds, one full and one queen. Also had full kitchen, dinning room and family room with two sofa bed and a laundry room. All this for only $70 a night. My experience was one of the best I ever had thanks to their cheap prices, safe and clean environment and above all GREAT SERVICE!!! Thank You so much and will be seeing you in the future.

Great experience. Very good location, easy access to all of the parks. Close to shopping stores and restaurants. The house was very nice and clean.

We stayed at Windsor Palms Townhouses and it was amazing! The home was very spacious, clean, and in a guarded neighborhood. The security at the gate was friendly, as well as the staff during check in. They reassured us that the home was clean and in a great location. We were able to fit everyone comfortably and had a great time. The pool was clean and relaxing, the rooms were ready to go and overall it was a nice and comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone. I really liked how welcoming and friendly the front desk staff was during check in. We arrived around 4:10 and checked in quickly, waived the security fee of $250 that they return after your stay and paid I believe either $25 or $50 that they keep which in my opinion is a great choice! The drive to the neighborhood is not far from the office at all. Its about 15 minutes away and its in a calm area, not in the middle of everything so its easy to get around and not be stuck in traffic. I was glad that our town home had wifi and also the community pool was relaxing and family oriented. Check out was easy and simple, we just dropped the keys off to the staff and went on our way around 9:45. If youre looking for a great, quiet, spacious place to stay whether its with friends or family then I recommend staying here. You get everything and more for the price you pay!

We had a great time! The house is beautiful and comfortable. The pool was a nice bonus. It keeps the kids busy and happy while adults have a break. We will definitely stay here again. Emily is awesome.

We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay. The check-in process was simple and the check out process was very easy. The unit had two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with a full kitchen including microwave and refrigerator, three TVs and was only a few mile from the Disney resorts - earlier in our trip we were in the Bonnet Creek Waldorf for a training conference and event, and we actually found our Magical Memories stay more comfortable and enjoyable than the Waldorf.Clean, comfortable, spacious, and close to all the great things in Orlando!The only surprise was a small and reasonable cleaning and insurance fee at check-in, but I think we just missed those terms when booking the stay through the Southwest Airlines website. All told, four days and three nights at Magical Memories was less than a two day stay elsewhere and more comfortable in many ways!We plan to use Magical Memories again for our next trip!

I rented the laguna bay condo with my family for a week. It was an amazing 3 bedroom. Everything we needed was in the apartment which was very convenient. We had a 1 year old and they place was a perfect fit! There even were 2 cribs they place was child friendly which we really appreciated and made our stay so much better. Overall our visit was unforgettable thank you magical Memories we will definitely book again.

Stayed in a 4 bedroom 3 bath. The villa was exceptionally clean. Plenty of activities for the kids to do on the property. Both my kids(8&5) wanted to live there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here and will coming back again

I have been using Magical Memories for many years now. I have always been completely satisfied with the level of service I receive from the staff. We stayed for 7 nights in the 4 bedroom condo at Cane Island in August 2015. The complex was well maintained and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. The condo was very nicely furnished with a good layout. I would definitely stay at Cane Island again.

The rooms didnt have the right bed set up for what we booked. We wanted two rooms of double bed and one room of twin beds. We got one room with a double bed and two rooms with twin beds. Made for an interesting stay.We did a late check in and didnt get a key to the pool, but we were asked to turn one in. Someone in our building was feeding stay dogs! My children have allergies to dogs and this wasnt acceptable to us.

I have no complaints. Price was fair. The villa was clean and comfortable. Location was good. It was what I was expecting. Have a private rental home for a week. Come and go and enjoy. Private swimming pool. Close enough to entertainment. Great for a family of 4. No issues here.

Stayed here for Disneys Star Wars Marathon weekend, we had a 4 bedroom Villa. It was absolutely wonderful. The villa was perfect, everything worked no issues at all. This is the second time we have stayed with Magical Memories and will definitely stay with them again, always have a great experience. Plenty of everything within 3 miles, shops, restaurants, stores, etc. and only 8 miles from Disney. Emily was very helpful at checkout!!

At first I was a bit unsure of this place from the reviews to the low price but everything was wonderful! I couldnt have picked a better place for a better price. Not one single thing to complain about. The service was perfect! The room was perfect! I wish I could give it more then 5 stars, definitely will be coming back

This place exceeded my expectations. The Villa was so very comfortable. Spacious and clean. We had a great time and the employees at check in and check out were very accommodating, and friendly. I would most definitely book at the villas again in the future. Why stay in a hotel when you can have your own little apartment. Such a great time was had for all and we felt like we were at home in the living room enjoying ourselves. Very Nice.

We came to this Villa June 6 - June 8 2014. We had 8 adults and two babies. We rented a 3 bedroom. This was a beautiful villa and was perfect for the amount of people. Everything was clean when we got there. We had a great time staying there. I would highly recommend this Villa for anyone visiting Orlando.

We had a great experience with Magical Memories, we didnt know where we would be staying and were pleasantly surprised to find a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. It was easy to get to, there was lots of parking, the neighborhood was quiet. We found we had a lovely little deck overlooking a lake and another neighborhood. It was a nice clean, easy to access place and Id not hesitate to book it again.

We enjoyed Magical Memories Villas in Orlando so much in February that we stayed there again in August (Orlando) for our family vacation. It is great to have the feel of being at home and yet being on vacation. It was clean, and up to date. Everyone was friendly and professional at the office at check in and informative. I would recommend it to anyone and will be booking with them again on our next vacation.

I just spent 4 nights at the Runaway Beach Club, Ive stayed there before quite a long time ago and its just like I remember it very comfortable. What made my experience even better was the friendly and polite customer service i received from the Magical Memories office. I dealt with a few people throughout my stay and all of them were very nice and helpful. I will definitely book through them again. Great job Magical Memories!!

Loved our stay!! Our Villa was beautiful and clean. We had an issue where the wifi was being tricky, but when I called Magical Memories they had it taken care of in no time. We had stopped by the office to look at flyers for around the area and the wonderful lady working that evening gave us some awesome coupons for a couple of the restaurants. Everyone was very polite and made sure everything was perfect. We will definitely be booking through them again for our next vacation!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

After searching hours on the web for a vacation resort, I found just the right place at Magical Memories Runaway Beach Resort! What attracted me were the pastel tropical/Caribbean colors and decor, and the beautiful inviting pool. My friend and I enjoyed the spacious, clean rooms with high ceilings. The villa had 3 bedrooms, all the modern conveniences, and a quietness reminiscent of being far from civilization. It was only about 8 minutes away from Disney World. Best of all I slept like a baby (and better than I have in a long time) on its luxurious bed and ultra soft bedding. A cold front had come in so we had to run the heat all night and it worked just fine. The registration personnel had provided us with thorough information and instructions, including a highlighted map for everything we could have needed. It was truly a get-away for us, and we didnt want to have to leave!

We loved it, minor maintenance needed, great location, price is right, people are great Emily was cheerful and a pleasure, Andres is the man of knowledge, helpful and friendly is the only description for the staff. we were happily surprised. the fees were as they said no extra hidden charges. enjoy I know you will as my family did.

We stayed in a three bedroom villa in Runaway Beach Club in Orlando, FL and were extremely impressed with the room. Everything was clean and had a very homey feeling. Our check-in and check-out were handled by very friendly, helpful front desk people. (Amanda helped us check out).We also booked a second room for a band that was in town for a benefit concert we were organized. They had a large van and trailer with all their equipment. They worked it out so that they were able to leave their vehicle at the office which was secured 24/7 with video and audio. The bank was also very pleased with their accommodations.I am a travel agent and will definitely be recommending this property to my clients.

Wonderful place. My family and I had a great time and the villa exceeded expectations. The staff was very nice and accommodating and the property was very clean, the neighborhood very calm and quiet. Definitely would recommend and use again!

Fabulous family Vacation in Orlando! Just got back from our Trip to Orlando. Had an Awesome time. Magical Memories is a great Company to deal with. We stayed in a 3 bedroom Condo in Windsor Hills, very clean and had everything you could ask for. The grounds were conveniently located off route 192 which has access to everything you would ever need and more. 10 minutes from Universal Studios and Disney was even closer. Only 20 minutes from the Airport. The grounds were well landscaped and the pool was fantastic. The gentleman that works at the pool was so friendly and pleasant. The area felt very secure and the men at the gates were professional and friendly. Great spot!

We stayed at Ciesta Cays and it was an excellent experience. The villa was very clean and spacious.It was gated so we did not have to worry about security. The area was quiet and it was close to everything. The staff was friendly and always willing to assist.I would recommend this to all my family and friends. Check in was 10/11/19 & check out was 10/13/19We had a great stay at our magical memories location that we booked through airbnb. The place was very clean, in a great location (near the parks and international drive) & had lots of amenities. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because there were extra charges not listed on the airbnb website that we had to pay once we got there so it ended up being around $50 more than we originally planned. Overall though a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable and safe. We were happy to find our villa spacious and pest free! We did some cooking and found the kitchen adequate. The washer and dryer were a GREAT convenience. Although the weather was only nice enough for a few days of swimming, we found the pool extremely nice with a wonderful sundeck. We notified the office of a hair dryer and coffee maker that didnt work and a shower curtain that needed replaced.

We stayed at the Island Club Villas. Very clean and nice little community. Really close to Animal Kingdom. Quiet neighborhood. Kids enjoyed the playground. Wish check in was a little earlier just because we were in some traffic driving from the office area to the actual place we stayed. A lot of nearby stores. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a nice home-like place.

Rented a 3 bedroom villa for me and 4 friends and it was perfect! we stayed at a property called Calypso Cay and it great location and the villa was so nice and very comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and we had no issues what so ever. I definitely recommend Magical Memories to anyone who is planning on staying in Orlando with a big group of people! I will def be staying with Magical Memories again when I travel to Orlando!

I stay 5 days in a Villa at Runaway beach resort with my wife and my 3 kids. Great location and very beautiful villa with a lot of space. Very happy with this rental villa. Beautiful pool and grocery store very close to the resort. All you need for a great vacation time and rest.

I love booking my stays in Florida with Magical Memories. They always provide exactly what I ask for, clean suites and great amenities!. I love that the pools open early and close later than most. They make the stay for me and my family comfortable and relaxed. Will definitely be booking again with them!

WE stayed at Magical Memories In July 2015 for five days. Our apartment was great !!!! clean, and felt like home.Lots of room for my family of five.Loved the two walk-in closets, over sized master bedroom was great.I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN on our next trip to Florida. VERY REASONABLE.$ WE really got more BANG for our BUCK.VERY HAPPY :-)

We checked into this property after a long drive and at 1 in the morning only to find the condo floors have not been cleaned in quite some time, most the the vertical blinds are missing runs, the clock and the remote are not in working order. There is no registry on site so we had to drive the 4 miles and wait in line to be told so sorry please go back to your condo (while on vacation) and wait some one should be there in an hour. We waited an hour and a half and no one showed up. We drove back to Magical Memories (as no one answers the phone) and they said...really and smiled. Promised someone would be at our Condo the next day to do a deep clean. ( food in at least 5 spots on tiled floor, extremely dirty every where else, bedroom carpets have not been vacuumed in lord knows how long, there was dirt 3 inches out from walls at least a quarter inch thick.) Returning Monday evening, again tired...and the Condo is STILL a mess, no-one showed up. I had taken pictures of everything and brought it to the office 2 different people looked at these and pretended to be appalled. To make a it short...no-one ever came to clean, fix blinds,vacuum, or remote. I ended up cleaning and buying a new remote...took pictures of the after and brought in, everyone acted like they had never seen me before and passed the buck. NOTHING was done to resolve this issue or to compensate me for all my time wasted. They offered 15% off to stay with them again...and this was 10 days later. Horrible customer service!!!

My mom and I along with my 5 children stayed the week of the 3rd to the 5th of may and we had an awesome time. Even though it rained for most of the weekend we still enjoyed ourselves. We drove down from Charleston SC and we will be returning real soon. The villas was big and roomy my kids did not want to leave lol it was better than a home away from home. We cant wait to come back.

I rented a condo 2 bedroom 2 bath. The place was located very close to Disney (our destination) location was perfect. Closed to lots of restaurants and stores. It was very comfortable and a safe location. Plenty of parking on front of the condo. I did not use the washer and dryer but it was nice to have it just in case. I will stay at magical memories again in the future.

I have been to this property several times and each time have had a very positive experience. The staff is professional and always willing to help, even to give directions to the closest pharmacy! I cant wait to visit again next year : )

I rented a 3 bedroom house from 08/02 to 08/05/2019 and as soon as I got the door code we went from the office to the house which was about 2 miles. When we opened the door there was a very strong odor in the living room and there was dust everywhere and we got to the bedroom and the pillow cases and sheets stunk and we had to wash all of them. We complained to the office on Monday morning and they said they would get back to us on Tuesday (08/06) but we had no answer until today. I wouldnt recommend this place for anyone because they really dont care about the customers.

We have stayed with Magical Memories for the last three Christmas Holidays and have had wonderful experiences on all 3. After driving 12 hours from Virginia, the staff has always been pleasant and evenallowed us to check in a little earlier since the property was ready. We have experienced a stay at 3 different properties and all have been very nice and clean. I would recommend Magical Memories to anyone who I know is looking to stay in Florida.

It was the most amazing place we have ever stayed at. Very clean and was everything plus more then advertised. We had our pets with us and it was perfect for them too. It was our best anniversary. It made you have the comfort of home but still on vacation.

Myself and some friends rented out a house for the week. The master room was HUGE! The other two rooms on the other hand were very small. You can tell that some of the people live in this community full time so they watch you like a hawk.

A perfect apartment in the well treated community Cane Island. We had a place overlooking the pond which had a great view. Everything was well kept and clean. The complex is very well situated for going to shops, shopping areas and the entertainmentparcs. My family of 8 (my husband, 5 siblings, 1 sister in law and myself) spent 5 amazing nights at Magical Memories - Terra Verde Resort. The home was very spacious and we were amazed with the kitchen. Everything we needed was there. The washer and dryer was a plus for all of us. The pool was very relaxing. We recommended this resort to our friends back at home. Oh, and the rental cost was an absolute blessing. We shall return. Centrally located to all of the theme parks.

My mother in law Heather Allen booked this for all of us for a family vacation. The Villa we stayed at was so nice, very spacious and comfortable. It was very close to anything we needed or wanted to do. Vey close proximity to all the theme parks. I would recommend using magical memories to all my friends and family and if we ever go back to FL would totally use them again!!!!

I stayed there this past weekend. DO NOT book here unless you inspect the unit first. For starters, their check-in desk isnt open past I think 8 or something. And although I did called to mention it would be a late check-in they failed to mention that theres a drop box with our registration forms & a key for the unit. THEN....they call you at 8 a.m. the next morning to get you to go register otherwise they will deactivate the key. The microwave of our unit had the door cracked in half & it was taped up. The pans were dirty. And in one of the kids room, in the nightstand, on the top drawer there was a small bag of substance & small roll up cigars (I have pic to prove it but I cant upload it here). They charge up front a cleaning fee! When I called to discuss this...they said they couldnt do anything except have someone come and remove it. Really? I paid for a cleaning fee & the guests prior to me also paid a cleaning fee. I wont stay here again & dont recommend it to anyone.

We went to Orlando for my meetings and I took the family along to play at Disney. The condo that we got was fantastic! It had a private pool, was very basic which with 2 little ones is EXACTLY what I wanted. Check in was great and the staff was very helpful and polite. We will visit again!

Second year using magical memories villas when we go on vacation to Orlando! its always a fun time the condos are clean and very spacious! beautiful kitchen and living room area I will continue to use magical memories every time I stay in Orlando/Kissimmee and let me add its very affordable!

The house we rented was originally supposed to be a 3 bedroom and they gave us a 4 bedroom at no extra cost. The master bedroom was amazing and the bathroom was to die for. The house was really clean and the pool was beautiful and perfect for the 4 of us. It came stocked with all the cooking stuff we needed and when we opened up the garage we werent expecting the pool table, air hockey and foozeball table which made my husband even more happier. I would recommend staying with them but for more than a week like we did because there is so much stuff to see and do. Our next vacation down there we will definitely be booking through Magical Memories again. You can only give 5 stars but i would definitely give them 10 stars.

Its so awesome that they are available to assist 24hrs 7 days a week. We stayed at the Runaway Beach resort and it was very clean and well maintained. My family was so happy that I picked an excellent vacation rental location. We look forward to go back again and again!

First it was not clean enough, inside I found dead roaches and outside with cigar buds, I did complaint at the front desk, they will send someone to take care and nothing was done. Unfortunately after 3 days when I did the check out I left some clothes behind I got everything back except a brand name jeans, in other words it walk away by it self, cant trust the people that works as housekeeping. I hope all Magical Memories Villas, House and Condos are not like my experience, they need a lot to improve.

THIS IS A REALLY NICE PLACE TO STAY WHILE ON VACATION OR TO JUST GET AWAY. A FULL HOUSE FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY WAS AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE WITH MAGICAL MEMORIES. EVERYTHING WAS IN MY AREA AND I DIDNT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT STAYING IN A HOTEL BECAUSE THESE PLACES ARE VERY NICE, EVERYTHING IS FURNISHED INSIDE THE HOUSE. LOVE IT

We really enjoyed our stay!!! The home was nicely furnished & decorated with all up to date items. It was very convenient to where we needed to go daily. We will definitely use this site for future trips to Orlando.

DO NOT RENT HERE. First off, this place is a scam. Any positive reviews here are fueled by an incentive for a 20$ visa gift card. The offer clearly states that the rating must be four or five stars and be “positive enough.” We booked a reservation here for a family get together and found the unit given was messy and very questionably sanitary. Multiple discolored (greenish, brownish) stains on the carpet. Bathrooms were halfway clean and couch smelled awful. After much stress, they informed us the only available unit was a house and we’d be charged extra. Our only desire to switch units was motivated by the fact that we had small children who’d play on the floor among the dirty floors. Management, including staff, was unprofessional, uncourteous, and not helpful. They do not care if you have an issue with the unit, apparently, they are unable to help due to “policy”. Keep in mind we contacted them as soon as we entered the unit. For their prices, not worth it at all. I usually only give positive ratings but this place was terrible.

Very good experience with this company. Very friendly and accomodating staff. And the rental we got was very close and convenient to everything (Churches, theme parks, restaurants, Walmart, etc). Definitely recommended!

This place was very spacious and comfortable. It was very relaxing when we returned from the Disney parks each day. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again in the future!!

Check in staff is very friendly. Great place. Very large rooms. Everything was available from trash bags, detergent, dish soap and plenty of towels. Was easy to find and check in. Stayed with them twice in the past 10 years. Liked it both times. Id stay there again.

We had no problem checking in to our rental apartment. Magical memories took care of us and answered the few questions when we had to call very promptly. I was pleased with their customer service and organized house manual in the apartment which answered just about all of our questions.Thanks for helping us have a pleasant vacation experience when it came to the details of checking in and out and handling our concerns in a professional manner.

We went about a week and a half ago and loved the SPACEIOUS room. We were a family of 6, sot he rooms and the big living room was great for us. I loved the fact the place had a washer and dryer, that definitely made the trip easy. Disney was about 5 minutes away. I definitely will book with them again!!!!

Stayed here for four days and couldnt have been happier. Great central location to all the attractions we wanted to see. The villa itself was clean, quiet, and secure. I would gladly stay here again on our next trip.

Very disappointed in this homeThe website shows beautiful homes, nicely decorated. The home we have is plan, no decorations and cheap beds. The master bed is liking sleeping on plywood. When I called to Express my disapproval, I was told thats a brand new mattress. While talkin to customer service I was also told I dont know what you want me to do about it. Will not rent from this company again.

We were pleasantly surprised when we got to our villa. It was so wonderful - Spacious, clean, good location and much much more. The clubhouse that you get access to is also great - it has an enormous clean pool & gym. It was gated at the beginning of the community so only people with the access code can get in. We absolutely loved staying here and would highly recommend it. Carrie who works at the front desk (who never seems to get a day off lol) is genuine, caring and full of happiness. I loved the service she gave us and thankful for all the help she gave us.

This is the 4th time I have used magic memories for a vacation home for myself and my family. They have never failed me. The houses are spacey, clean, and feels like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this to anyone rather than any hotel!!

I loved staying here! The villa we stayed in was private and very comfortable at a great price. If I could have, I would have stayed much longer. Will definitely choose Magical Memories for our next vacation.

The villas wasnt that clean and we found that many things werent working well. For example, the stove and microwave didnt work well. Also we found some plates broken. However, the people there are friendly and the pool was nice. Beside the flaws we found, it was a good place to stay for our vacation and I would recommend it for anyone wanting a great time.

I always use them to rent my condos when time to vacation in the Kissimmee area. They are very reasonable and check-in/check-out is a breeze about 5 minutes or so once youre at the counter. Very friendly/helpful staff as well, never had an issue.

The villa was beautiful. We had a family get together and there was enough space for everyone to feel as if they had plenty of space. I would definitely stay there again and also tell others about the positive experience I had while staying at the villa.

I am giving it one star because it would not let me review the place without giving it one star worst experience that we had for the first time that we ever went on a vacation house was completely dirty upon arrival like they didnt vacuum we got charged $150 for a service that actually wasnt even done we walked in the house and pieces of broken glass found several things broken in the house like window blinds and spoke to the person in charge and she refused to reimburse the money that was owed to us for something that wasnt done very unprofessional manager I sent pictures and videos to prove what we were saying and of course they were overlooked or even not even looked at do not stay in this place at the end I seriously dont know which was worse if the management or the poor conditions that we found a house that we rented for a whole week dont go through the same experience that we went just through dont stay in this place dont book any reservations in this place stay away from this place(.since i couldnt answer to your response i just want to tell you that you did not try to resolve the issues we had on the other hand lies were created so you would not have to reimburse the money we were charged for the imaginary cleaning that your so called cleaning company performed so please save your sorry ).and by the way the manager that you have in charge for this location is a real winner with her in charge you will continue to lose customers you better believe that...

This was a very good condo it had a pool and a Jacuzzi right next to the condo. The rooms were very nice. If your going to Disney it is not even five minutes away. This truly magical memories with my family i do recommend going there.

I stayed at the Seven Dwarfs location. The location was good and the home was the right size. When we moved in the A/C and the cable wasnt working. While at Disney World, we placed a work order to get it fixed. We arrived back at the home and nothing was fixed. I placed another work order, Upon leaving to Animal Kingdom, a maintenance man showed up saying that he wanted to check out everything but he didnt have the key. He also mentioned that he had fixed the cable earlier, which is not true.Long story short, The cable never got fixed and we couldnt enjoy any of the football games. They gave me the run around and management seem like they dont care. Now I have been requesting a copy of my agreement that I paid for and Yolanda, the lady who happily took my credit card information cannot provide me with the information I requested.I dont believe they are a bad company, but there are fees in place if you dont follow the rules, but there are no repercussions if they dont follow it!

Really bad experience. Bad customer service. I paid extra for early check in and when I got there the girl at the counter said “Oh no you can’t check in early. Whoever told you that was lying”. I showed her the email and she proceeded to walk around the building, out of my site, with my phone. They then insisted that they had to take a photo copy of my credit card. A PAPER COPY! I never heard of such a thing so I asked a few questions and she became VERY indignant. She told me if i smoke in the co do they will charge me $300. I was fine with that because i don’t smoke. When I got to the condo it smelled like smoke! The toilet was broke (ended up having to fix it myself because they REFUSED to send someone out) the receptacle didn’t work for charging my phone or using the hair dryer. When there is an issue you cannot reach anyone! If you are lucky enough to find someone they are VERY RUDE.

This property is so close to all of the attractions yet just the right amount away to be peaceful. It is comfortable and clean, the staff super friendly and our unit was absolute perfection. We will be returning here year after year.Thank you for a wonderful time!

Great place to stay with your family. I stayed for 4 days in the villa in a two bedroom and two bathroom. Clean, nice and quiet place. We will come back soon.
