I was recommended this location by my sister-in-law. Ive only been coming here for 2 months but, I must say this has been the best location I have ever done my nails. Ann is amazing at her work. I love that I can show her a picture of what I want and she manages to complete with her own twist. I always get tons of compliments on my nails.Not only are her designs awesome, but the quality of the work is superb. My nails have never lift and I can go 3 weeks before its time for my fill. I choose to go every 2 weeks however because Im always anxious for a new design. :-)

This is the only place I will get my nails done in Kissimmee now. I came as a walk-in and was sat almost immediately despite them being busy. The staff was very sweet. They did an amazing job. Ive been coming to Sassy Nails for the 3 months now and absolutely love the service. Ann does an amazing job with my nails and always make sure you are satisfied with the service. She is always on time and if she is running late she gives you a courtesy call providing options for a reschedule. Ann provides good quality work and values her customers. Ann is amazing! She is unlike any nail artist I’ve ever had before— she’s super friendly! If you show her a design you want she will give you actual feedback like “no I think it would look better without glitter” etc. I always get Dip Powder on my natural nails and she always does such an immaculate job. I’m super picky about my cuticles being clean, no bubbles etc and she really does check all those boxes for me.

I love this place. It’s clean and professional. Sometimes you may have to wait 10-15 minutes before seen but that’s because they don’t do rush jobs. So I don’t mind waiting for quality service. The young lady who sits at the first nail desk is amazing and so nice ( I forgot her name) and Brandy does amazing pedicures and makes sure your feet look and feel amazing. I highly recommend them to everyone. I will continue to come here. Make an appointment to secure a spot it’s worth it I promise.

Was looking for a nail salon that was close to my home since I just moved from NY and saw this nail salon and the great reviews it has. I also seen on their website that it stated appointments and walk-in welcome. So I Went today with my daughter and the young lady that was sitting upon entering asked how can they help me so I stated I wanted a manicure and pedicure for my daughter and I wanted to soak off my nails and redo them. The young lady asked do you have an appointment I stated no, so she said oh sorry we can’t take you unless you have an appointment. I won’t be coming back false advertising on your website...

Great nail salon! Went here for my first pedicure, and everyone was so nice and professional. Just got the basic pedicure, but my feet came out feeling extra soft and baby smooth by the time I was done. Im definitely considering coming back just for the signature pedicure!

Been coming to sassy nails since they opened 2 years ago and they’ve always provided excellent customer service! Always clean and on time! Beautiful nails overall! My nails never lift and I’ve gone 4 weeks the most without a fill! Definitely recommend sassy nails!

Sassy nails is definitely my new nail salon. I’ve tried different ones in the area but never found one I was satisfied with. I’ve been here three times and all three times Brandi has been my nail tech, and she’s been great. She doesn’t rush and makes sure you get what you asked for. I’m not really one to enjoy going to do my nails but Brandi has made my experience enjoyable. She’s sweet and interacts with her clients every time. So it’s safe to say she is my new nail tech.

So I visited this place for the first time because I was being overcharged at another nail place and my nails kept coming off. I made an appointment with Ken(I hope I got it rignt) but he was truly amazing👏. He was not rushed and really changed my nails to pure glamor. I also was overcharged for a refill. Hopefully this service wont change. I will be back. Strongly suggest you call for an appointment! They are busy but great service.

There are no words to explain my experience in this sSalon. I was looking for a place to do my nails since I recently moved from Miami, none of the location near me had excellent reviews besides this Salon. Ann, Ken, and Erica made me feel super welcome! I made my appt for 7 oclock and even though they were suppose to close at 730, the work did not feel rush. I was taken care of right away, Ken removed all my gel manicure,and Erica was still very patient and delicate with both my manicure and pedicure, and Ann make sure my manicure was dry enough before I left so it wouldnt get ruined. I am very happy with my experience and hope to come back soon! 💕💕💕

It was a long wait because I didn’t initially have an appointment, but they were very friendly and advised me of the timeframe. I left and came back and only had to wait about 10 min to be seen.Con: It can get a bit costly. It was an additional $for every design. Looking at the pic, I paid for the marble design, the French on one nail and an additional cost to add lines to the French (three different designs). This was 3wks after my first. visit.FIST VISIT REVIEW ($75) Acrylic nails w/designLeah was amazing! She was personable and the only person I could find in Saint Cloud that does true ombré. Even when it seemed like the owners were rushing her, she took her time and I really appreciated that. I could tell that she took pride in her work. When the owner advised me that no one could do the additional design on one nail that I wanted, again Leah took her time and tried, instead of sending me away just saying, “no”. ...and it turned out great. While, I didn’t appreciate the perceived rushing from the owner. I considered giving 4 stars as a result. Leah’s service made up for it. I’ll definitely be back!! Check out the pics!

I recently moved down from NY and I was looking for a clean, good vibes nail salon. I have been to two before but they were so pricey & not even good my nail would chip right away. So I looked up Sassy nails since I passed it and I gave it a try. Honest to say it is AMAZING.

This nail salon is amazing. I moved to Florida from New York and never found a descent place where I actually loved my nails. This nail salon is amazing! Nails are always beautiful. After finding this place I also told my friends and family about it and they love it. The owner and his wife are great people. They make you feel so welcomed. I recommend this place to everyone. I give it a 100 out of 1-10.

It’s appt time only. But you will get there and still wait. Also, the last two times I made appts there- they call me and say they got too busy and keep moving my appt time back. I appreciate the call but I have to keep rearranging my day to meet their new times. Not realiable. Should just remain walk-in if can never take you at appt time.

Loved the final result! The people here are really nice and easy to talk to! They offer you drinks and even have a TV playing. My only complaint would be how expensive an ombre set is, but its okay since its for a special occasion. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. 😄😊

I was able to make an appointment for the same day and they very on time. First impression was very professional and very clean. Anne is very sweet. My nail tech was brandis she was amazing. We clicked right from the beginning . She is very good and professional as well. She welcomes you with water, tea, coffee. She makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. Her massage were amazing. I highly recommend her and this nail salon. All the woman are amazing. I will definitely go back and recommend all ladies to give it a chance. I promise you won’t regret.....

I was going here for several months even referred my friends and they were all super nice but I referred my one friend who had an 8 year old who was self disciplined had his iPad to sit and play on and the lady in the front said no kids allowed due to Covid. She didn’t have a sitter and wish someone would have told her when making the appointment rather than waste her time. Meanwhile the salon remained open by appointment only during the mandatory lockdown and businesses had to be closed and they took cash only so you can break the law but you can’t have a child sit in the waiting area or you can’t say “hey no kids allowed” when making appointments to let people know and it made me look bad because here I was saying how good they were. Well Venus nails have my business now and you can bring your kids!

Brandi did an amazing job with my pedi. It was my first visit to this establishment. She was very professional and thorough. I am very satisfied and will continue to come here.

They have good precautions now with everything that’s going on, they check your temperature and make you wash your hands, everyone has to ware mask and is per appointments only. Highly recommended.

This is my first time coming here and let me tell you, my experience was amazing! I came to visit from Massachusetts I usually trust only my nail lady from up north but I haven’t got my nails done since like 2-3 months ago. So today me and my sister decided to go get our nails done before I go back tomorrow. My nail tech was Ann and she was the greatest. She gave me the greatest pedicure ever, the massages were my favorite part.. and she blessed my toes/feet. They’re so sweet here they even offer you water,tea,coffee and soda. I tried their Vietnamese coffee and that was great too! I appreciate their service & definitely recommend them!

I have a friend who is handicapped who REALLY needed to use the restroom, and they wouldnt even let me PAY them to use it, or even buy something. Kept talking about how it was for paying customers only. The compassion from the employees was appalling at best. I understand you were closed, but you had the door wide open, and it would have taken five minutes. Why would I patronize your business if you cant have a shread of compassion for someone in that position. Shame on you.

I’ve never had my nails done SO PERFECTLY. I’m a tourist visiting Kissimmee and found their Instagram and got in contact with Ann the owner (on Instagram). She was super quick to respond and helpful. I booked with her the next day to do my nails and she did AMAZING. Perfect shaping (I’m picky on) and she was quick as well. Overall 10/10 best salon!!

Ann is horrible she is very unprofessional. She schedules my appointments for my pedicure and twice in a row she told me she has to reschedule me. The first time it was pouring rain I couldn’t even get out my car. I called and let her know I was outside. I live 6 minutes away. I always call and let them know I’m on the way. Ken does my nails. Ken does my daughter nails. He’s very good but sorry because of Ann his nasty wife they cannot get another dollar from me. I will find another good nail salon.

I was looking for a nice nail salon in the Kissimmee area since I recently moved here from Miami. I went to Sassy Nails and i was impressed with their set up and professionalism. Brandy—my nail tech—was really amazing. She did a great job on my nails and did just what I wished for. I’ve asked to get OPI nail polish but they did not have any. A gentleman—who appeared to be the manager or owner—told me he would order some OPI nail polish for the next time I’d visit and when i was there he didn’t disappoint. He presented the entire collection and said “you’re the OPI girl? I got the full collection for you!” The customer service is very personal and inclusive and their nail techs are just as good (especially Brandy). I’d really recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been using them for awhile. So glad I found this place. They do amazing work. Anyone in there is great, but I usually see Destiny, her work is top notch. She takes her time and listens to your wants and makes sure you love your nails. 10/10 would recommend.

I had an amazing experience at this salon. Making an appointment was super easy and when we arrived we were welcomed and taken care of right away. The atmosphere was great and you could tell the workers had great chemistry with each other. Ann did my pedicure and did an amazing job! I only paid for the classic pedicure and it felt like a deluxe! Not to mention, the massage chairs are incredible. I was so relaxed . Thankful to have found a place near home like this.
