Ana was able to create a beautiful nail design on my short nails! She has a great attention to detail and always assuring I was happy with the design. Very clean and on time. These are my favorite nails that I’ve had for a while and I can’t wait to come back to Ana in a few weeks to see what other designs I can get 🤩🥰

Nice and clean location but poor nail tech service. I was 30 minutes early for my appointment because I wanted to do a soak off which I was not able to find on there booking website but I was not even greeted when I walked in so I didn’t have the opportunity to ask. severely overpriced compared to traditional nail salons I do not recommend. attached are my nails which are inconsistent versus the picture of what I wanted, and they have the nerve to argue over pricing for almost $200 where I could get it done for $120 in Orlando. So disturbed by my experience here I literally am posting this five minutes after walking out, and super dissatisfied they only were willing to charge me 150 because I would not be returning to have it fixed. Save your money and the opportunity to be condescended by the attitudes here and go to a better location. I was here for almost over three hours for this quality and to be treated the way that I was and overpriced. If I would have known what their prices were because they were neither advertise online when I made the booking or on their menu posted in the shop I would’ve never gotten them done but my nail tech and anybody else did not tell me how much my service would be at until after. Literally every excuse in the book that they can make to justify the price and poor service was made. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a nail salon before until now. My nail tech Ana kept complaining and shaking her head (Who also apologize for the quality of her work ) and I felt very unwelcome so I will not be returning. I hate my nails and tried hard not cry about my experience here in front of these unnerved womenUPDATE: After about less than one week later two of my nails started breaking on my right hand and a jewel fell off. After one week I had to cut them off myself and put some fake press on to save my nails until I can afford to get them done somewhere else next week. Really bad quality on top of my bad experience with this nail salon.

I couldnt find a nail salon I was happy with. Tried many after I moved to the area. After trying getting frustrated, I decided to look a few mins further away...... So happy I found Aurys!! The first time Ana did my nails, I knew I found a keeper in this salon! She does them exactly how I want, havent had an issues at all. Ill drive the extra few min for peace of mind and nails that look great any day!! Thank you!

This place is awesome from the moment you go in to the end of your service. Andreina, has done my nails a few times. When I tell you they last a very long time “I mean it”, they don’t chip or break. She has that magic touch 😇. Shes very attentive to details, doesnt rush me out, super friendly and outgoing. I highly recommend this place. I know sometimes is hard finding the perfect nail salon but I promise you, you wont regret it. Thank you for keeping my hands looking flawless. ❤️

Please do not waste your time here unless you’re willing to waste your money. They overcharged me for something i DID NOT even want in the first place. One worker even told my nail tech that if i didnt remember the price to just charge me whatever she wanted, not knowing that I speak Spanish and could fully understand her. They some scammers fr.Also, a family member of mine called to ask how much it would be if she got the same exact thing that I did, and they told her it would be $25 less than what I paid. Please don’t go here… I usually walk out of a nail salon feeling satisfied and confident, but this time I felt the complete opposite. Save Your Money, y’all.

I came in on tuesday the 31st, i was a walk in & this one young lady named maddy did my nails, great experience with her. she also did my toes & did an amazing job on it as well .. greeted while i walked in, amazing nail work, highly recommend this place .. definitely will be coming back, overall a very clean place as well

Nice place, clean. The girl who did my nails did not do a good job though. The acrilic was very thick and some fingers did not go to the top. I had to go back the following week and get it fixed... I went to a different salon. I used to love the place but its a whole new group of employees... They seem very new at this job...

The artist took 2 hours for simple single color acrylics. At the end they were lumpy, crooked, oddly shaped, and were not nicely faded into my cuticles. although I only got white tips painted on, I was charged 25$ for that! The artist was also constantly answering her phone.

This was done on 09-23-2020...Let me start off by saying service when I first walked in excellence the girl who did my nails was very nice took her time doing my nails no problem there finished product was very pretty slight imperfections on the application but nothing noticeable... coming to find out the girl who did my nails had just graduated from nail tech shcool.. one week after my nails got done they started lifting. All of them left a message to see if they can fix this for free they could not they told me a reduced fill. that is unacceptable so now Im at a week and a half and they completely popped off every single one popped off like I did not have acrylic nails it popped off my nails like if I had press-ons. Tried to keep them on didnt want to rip my nails off.. But the glue didnt work. Middle finger broke had to file down more then the rest. There is before and after

This nail salon is genuinely one of my favorite places to be just in general! The ladies are extremely nice, helpful and professional. I’ve never left here unsatisfied with my nails. Large range of colors and nail services, always clean and they always make sure to take the time to make your nails perfect.I never write reviews but if you’re looking for a regular nail salon to frequent I promise you won’t be disappointed!!

I should have listened to my friend who told me not to go here. My nails are bulky and uneven and are really wide. I should of went too my regular nail salon. Was such a waste of money.

My experience with Aury’s Royal Nails was awesome! The person who done my pedicure and sns nails on my hand was Jade. She did a very great work on my nails, very polite, and professional. Everyone was all kind, the place is clean and very talented people. I recommend it!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and my temperature was taken. I was told to wash my hands and was even given hand sanitizer! They take all the precautions for COVID. The staff is always amazing and super friendly ! Every-time I go I feel like I’m talking to my girlfriends. I’ve been going here for years and don’t ever plan on going anywhere else !

Great customer service for a walk-in appointment. Gel pedicure was beautiful and the nail tech was very friendly. I took off one star because the salon smelled strongly of acetone and could use stronger air ventilation. I left with a serious migraine which wasn’t pleasant at all. Coming from NYC, I’m used to UES nail salons with strong ventilation so there’s minimal acetone exposure. Nonetheless, feet look beautiful.

I been going to get my nails done (SNS) here for almost 4 years now and this place is awesome. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Amanda who always give you a warm greeting when you enter the salon. My nails tech is nice but when I was getting my pedicure my massage was beyond great but my nails weren’t clean as I usually have them clean at the Chinese places she needs more practice a little disappointed I could have done my nails at home

Customer service is awful! I called and no answer then busy signal then called again and again no answer. So I went personally to the salon to make an appointment. Upon arrival someone was at the front desk on the phone however no acknowledgement of my presence and no one from the staff ever bothered to ask me if I needed assistance. After she finished with her call still no acknowledgement of my presence as well as no acknowledgement from other staff. So I went down to Bella Nails where as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted and assisted immediately. I wasnt seen immediately but I was addressed immediately. Id rather spend my money where I am given good customer service. Bella nails also provides good service. Aury nail will NEVER get my money

Went yesterday 10/23 for the first time, Claudia did an awesome job and was very nice! the entire staff was nice and very attentive to their customers. I will be back. 3 years ago i went when it was under a different manager and it was awful! so glad its changed since it is right by my house!

I absolutely love my ombré nails! I recommend coming but make an appointment because it’s full. The place is beautiful inside and the lady was super nice.

The owner booked me right after a customer and advised me that I would be next to get my service. The time started to get late and I got my niece nail polished green with silver sparkles. I had my sone with me as well as my sisters. Of course I let them go first. As soon as its close to time to getting my nails done. My sisters are the ones to tell me the owner said she wants to go home so you wont be able to get your nails done today! When I say I was HIGHLY UPSET! I had my son who was hungry as well as my niece with my sons father on the way to get them because I was under the impression that Id be next! But they will never see me up there again Im not sure if it was because Im black? She literally only has one black woman that works there and shes the best out of all of them! But she missed out on this tip all because of the owner! Thanks for poor service. Ill continue with getting my service in Jacksonville, FL!

Really nice staff, but my nails started coming off a day after i got them done.

2nd visit and still pleased with the service. The two visits were about a year apart ( I have my own nail tech however I had to come here last min both times) and both appts were very well in respect of service and quality of work. My nails, pedicure and tinted eyebrows were on fleek. Paid a little more than I normally would BUT so worth it. I think I may make this Spa & Salon my new permanent spot because I was very impressed and happy.

What a pleasant experience we had here. All Ladies were extreamly helpful andKnowledgeable about what they do best, and the did a great job. I came in with my daughter, niece and drandauhter all for pedestal. They figured a way to have us all together since we didnt have an appointment....love them and will be back again!

Very clean and friendly but Got my nails done 9/16 and my entire SNS nail came off as a whole 9/24.. Only a week and a day, but they claim SNS lasts 1 month.. $40 nails that lasted a week.. Unfortunate

Love it! Ana takes care of my nails. The service is very good, the girls are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I really like that he pays a lot of attention to details, advises me and gives me his opinion without forcing my decision at the end and I think that is super important. There I found out that they also have a stylist and many other services.

2, 2. With different nail techniques. The first appointment late by almost 2 hours. I make an appointment for another first day in the morning and the other technique did not arrive.2 out of 2 with different nail technicians. First appointment, technician was behind 2 hrs. Second appointment for first spot in the morning, different technician never arrived.
