Duey, Jenny, and Thao are some of the best there. My favorite is THAO SHE IS AMAZING. Is super attentative to detail, takes her time, and constantly asks me if I like them and if I would like to change anything. In and out within an hour. Shes quick but makes sure the job is flawless. I personally get french manicures, dip powder, with a glitter pink and she makes it look natural Everytime. She only works Monday-Saturday. Book her in advance! 💕💕💕💕

I come here every two weeks for my bi weekly gel manicure. Its a hit or miss depending on the days you go and the nail tech they assign you to. Some weeks Ive left extremely happy and others I wanted to back and have them re do it all over. Overall, this place has helped my with my nail growth.

I treated both my wife and myself to a pedicure as well as manicure for my wife. I must say for the first time going we were as well as other customers received very excellent treatment there. The staff was very friendly and gave us all a sensation vibe❣

I love this place! Always get the gel manicure and pedicure. The gel manicure usually lasts me 3 weeks! The technicians are always nice.

The sns nails don’t last. My right hand index finger chipped in two days I went back to the salon and they charged me $4 to fix it (other places don’t charge at all) and now after a week three more on my left hand broke off. They don’t do a good job. Sns should last at least 2 weeks. I have had some last a month! Oh and Number 6 did mine she couldn’t even give me her name that’s so weird to me. They go by numbers. I won’t be returning.

I hadn’t had any appointments and they accepted me easily. Duyan was very quick and professional, and it took only 45 minutes for her to get my nails done! I am so satisfied with her service as she didn’t make my nails look fake!

HORRIBLE service AND PEOPLE! Made appointment for my daughter, while I ran an errand and because she was young and nice they kept leaving her there and taking walk-ins besides the fact that WE HAD AN appointment. They made her believe several times that they were going to attend her MOVING HERE FROM CHAIR TO CHAIR and then kept pushing her aside and getting somebody new that come through the door. Went to get nails done and in within a week they were cracked except for one.. Went back and technician wanted to fix just the 9 nails that were cracked without removing material.. Not after asking me 3 times if I were sure it was her the one that did my nails. To add to the horrible experience she came to the front to confront me and point her finger at me.... Ohhh let me not forget the person in the front told another lady that was there waiting to leave because she stated that she has been waiting for 30 minutes... Rudest person EVER.... DONT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

Went a 2x time, saw the same tech but the work wasnt consist. They close at 7pm, I had a 5pm app but the salon was empty by 6, I felt she rushed. I will give it another try and see what happens

The wait was horrible I would not have stayed but I was put back in the corner in a pedi/chair so I felt obligated. The the girl used a cheese grater that had been used by the seat before me only to aggravate and split open my dry spot on my foot, now being diabetic this is bad.

I will not return and much less recommend it, they are not delicate with their clients, I make an appointment and they do not attend me at the time of my appointment, they pass me from one table to another and they do not decide who is going to tend to you and in the end you pay a lot of money and dirty work

I asked them to do Sns French tips with blue replacing the white, and the person that started to do my nails said that she couldnt, so they stopped working on my hands mid tasks & had me wait for another member of the team. The new person then expressed frustration and told me that next time I come, they will not let me do just the tips, only whole nails in different colors, because it costs them 20$ to purchase the pink/base color, and using anything other than the traditional white ruins their products. I looked up the brand name of the sns powder being used in front of her & told her that it was 14$ which was way less than what I was getting charged by them for doing my nails, she then told me that shell do the French tips in other colors of I purchase the product 🥴. I also asked them not to use Gel polish due to the fact that it tends to chip & peel quickly with me, but they still used it.

Customer service is above and beyond, been coming to this nail salon for a few years and the quality of work is like no other. Truly recommend if you like to be treated great when getting pampered.

I just want to say that I went in upset and came out happy with Mandy. She’s ask you if you will like the service before even doing it. Took her time and took great care of me. Every time I come in now I will want to get my feet done with Mandy. I’ll recommend her to anyone. Especially if you want to come out with your feet looking great and not being rushed .

They made my nails look like shattered teeth. I was on a time crunch and could stay another 30min having them fix them. They forced me to pay them because I couldn’t stay. They didn’t offer me a discount for the pathetic job they did nor for me to come back another time. Sad because this place seems clean. But they just want your money and don’t care of you come back. Their techs should know better. They even tried validating their poor work saying I asked for no length taken off. True but my nails came in clean cut, yet they are still shorter then how I brought them in. I’m so upset. Just trying to treat myself (which I rarely do) and this is the turn out. Thank you for not only lacking care for your customers but also ruining my day with your poor work ethic. No sympathy whatsoever

I went with my mom and sister and we all got our pedicures and my mom got a overlay manicure. Everyone had a good experience except for my mom, which she got a toe infection from the pedicure. She’s been complaining about it hurting and it expelled pus a couple days later. The lady who did her nails had an attitude, and talked about her toes with her coworkers. Although she did a mediocre job on the pedicure, she did well with the overlay manicure. With this place, make sure your voice is heard when something hurts or doesn’t go up to your standard.

I recommend yal see Bonnie!!!She’s been my nail tech for at least 10 yrs now (knew her from a previous nail salon). I have gotten full sets acrylic, sns, gel manicures and pedicures and no complaints.I made the mistake of just showing up on her off day and let’s just say I will NEVER let anyone else touch my nails or feet. So I set my appointments based on her schedule. Never any issues with her.Make sure to call set appt with BONNIE !

They overcharged you for everything you do, shape, design, and making it shorter. Won’t be coming again, plus all of that they ask you for a tip and the nails are not even that nice I have to go back to get them fix because my nail fell off on day two for a person with strong nails this has never happened.

Walked in yesterday, received a gel pedicure from Tracey, and it was awesome! She was very professional and helpful. I’m very conscious about my feet, and she made feel comfortable.This morning, I went back because I wanted to receive another service, and was told it cannot be done. BY THE OWNER (woman). The service was fixing my nail, that’s it. Tracey, unfortunately wasn’t there today, and I was going to be assisted by another technician; to be told that she can’t perform the service either.I don’t know if I’m coming back. I just felt like I was shunned away.

The price is good but the receptionist (the lady because the man is good ) attention is so bad so the management of the appointments too, I scheduled my times more than 5 times and every time that I arrived she said we can’t, we are full, bla bla bla...If you want to go there is better walking, they will say yes or not in the moment so you don’t lose your time driving for a “appointment “ and then they just said we are full.I would like that they change the receptionist and keep only the old man who is super polite and always have a solution .

I LOVE CT DREAM NAILS! I have been coming here for over 4 years and have never found a place prior that has the same service and quality. My nails last weeks between fills. Prices are less than other places that offer sub par service. I always make an appointment and would recommend you not go without one as appointments always seem to take priority over walk ins, as they should. I love my nail tech, she’s sweet and friendly always making conversation. Such awesome personal service. Would recommend 10/10.

For about a year and a half I’ve been having my nails dipped. I’ve had no problems with chipping. these nails are very strong and resist chipping. However, I had to go back twice to this salon. since I’m here in Orlando on vacation I’m really not doing anything to damage my nails but yet they are chipping . First, both my thumb nails chipped and I had them repaired two days ago, now two more nails have chipped on one hand. I won’t go back for the repair. I did not feel that they applied the dipping as they should have & their was no rinsing of my hands as they should have. I won’t use this salon again.

I asked to put Acrylic on my own nail called a wrap she said we put Gel it make it thick I agreed thinking it was a full set, After she did my nails I was upset because I didn’t know the process how the nails were going about and when I was done I realized it was a regular manicure something I could have done at home I wanted a full set of acrylic on my own nails not Fake tips no one understood that I paid them already and now they don’t want to fix it even though I offered to pay the $5 additional it would have cost. I’m currently standing here frustrated because they won’t fix my nails. She said it will take too long to fix! Unprofessional and I am so unhappy with this whole outcome!!! Ps I also had asked her to do a certain shape she said she couldn’t!

Horrible service :I made an appointment for 4 pm one of the nail techs just kept arguing with me in such a disrespectful manner . I spend about 80 dollars every two weeks and this is the level of treatment I get . The store owner was ignoring the whole thing as she kept on telling me that it’s my fault I was 3 mins early to my appointment. Why make an appointment if they are not ready . ZERO PROFESSIONALISM !! WORST SERVICE EVER ! I was seen 45 minutes past my appointment time . Horrible experience! Manager kept telling me I was supposed to be quiet and not speak back to the nail tech . I went in for a full set. The girl cut me on 5 out of 10 nails and I’m only a week in and I have multiple nails lifting. This is the worst job I’ve ever had on my nails. I’ve been getting them done for years. I now have to pay for my normal place to soak these horrendous nails off. Never going there again.

Somehow managed to get everybody with a nail technician except me, even though I was the first one to enter the door. I understand appointments can be made and some were appointments but majority were walk-ins. Even though I was the first walk in, I was still kept waiting for 30 min while everyone else who cam after me got seen. I left and they gave a sly “okay bye” . With this type of customer service I’m surprised they haven’t lost their business yet.

I have finally found a place worth spending my money! Anne or Anna(sorry) was awesome! Very nice people that work there, a little pricey but its worth it for the service and quality. They are cleaner than what I am use to seeing at nail salons so that is what sold me. I got a overlay on my natural nails and they look great :)

This place is the most disrespectful nail place to go to I don’t recommend it to anyone due to the fact that I called to ask a simple question because the lady who did my nails did not fully paint the coats on my nails fully to near my cuticles nor on the sides of my nails so it was a horrible job and keep in mind I let my nails fully dry with their drying machine and I callled to see if they can re paint them which doesn’t even take long but instead the owner he hung up on my face after telling me it’s my fault for not letting them dry (which I did) and stated he couldn’t do anything and hung up on my face not customer service worthy at all

The First time I went there Bonnie took very good care of my nails. The place is absolutely professional and very pretty.Their Gel Polish is just AMAZING!!! My nails had the perfect shape and perfect color.The only thing I didnt like was that it was very expensive but it comes with great work.

Excellent job! Tao is awesome and well know about what she is doing. I can keep my nails for more than a month and never brakes or fall out. Very clean and affordable. I Strongly recommend this place.

Beautiful location! Ive been coming here for 3 years. Lyn and Tao are amazing. My acrylic looks freshly done for at least 3 weeks every time with them. Lynn has never burned or cut me and it very gentle. She knows how ti fix structural damage to acrylics that have been on for a long time.You really have to find which nail tech is your best match. Everyone is excellent at gel nails. Theyre very clean and love that they have a receptionist. I literally do not trust any other place.

The lady with the plaid mask did my nails and they were just absolutely HORRIBLE. She messed up my nail and then became very rude. I showed her a picture of how i wanted my nails and they came out nothing like it. 35$ for the worst nails ever. Won’t be coming again. ruined my prom night.

The ladies at this nail salon are always courteous. I drive 30 minutes to get my nails done here, wouldnt go anywhere else. Especially enjoy getting the hot stone massage as an add on.

If I can give lower than 1, I would! Horrible place, horrible customer service, horrible job. This lady cut my toe nails so short and messed up one nail and fixed three times and still looked bad. Then manicure ugh my natural nails, while removing cuticle she scraped my nail so bad it hurt. She said I was being sensitive, no it hurt. So she applied nail polish I have ridges on three of my nails. I had to ask her to take off the nail polish and apply just clear. My nails hurt so bad I cant even bend my fingers. Then manager was horrible I was telling her very calm and she just put the receipt on the counter demanding payment. First and last time. My friends didnt even bother getting their nails done. This place is absolutely a disgrace.

I went in today to get a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish. The lady(who’s name I didn’t get because she had no name tag on) did my pointer finger on my left hand crooked. I told her and she said it was my finger that was crooked and that’s why it looked that way. Mind you, I have gotten acrylic nails many times in the past and never had this issue. I asked her to correct it and she told me “it’s only going to be the same”, she then still “corrected” ...but it was still crooked. I let it go because I honestly didn’t want to argue with her and there was an obvious language barrier. They then charged me $45 for the less than acceptable set of nails including 2 CROOKED NAILS (my sister pointed another one out later). I will not be returning.

Manager needs a lesson in customer service and honoring misquoted service. Had an incident where with one of their technicians misquoted a service then was charged more and manager would not honor price. Just argued and made excuses. Then took a phone call while I was disputing. Poor service and very uneducated.

The service was ok.. but I think I will be looking for another place I did a basic Gel mani/pedi and paid $75 when I came 3 weeks ago and paid $60 for the same thing? What the heck I guess if I go back it will be $100 and not even a drink of water... 😐

Made an appointment for 10am for a toe polish change with no one in specific. An hour past people walked in for pedicures got seen before me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I typically come here Ben is excellent however the receptionist can not multi task and is inconsiderate of peoples time.

I’ve been coming to this place bc of its location but the prices are ridiculous. I usually get gel powder and I haven’t had a problem but ever since one specific nail technician has done them, the nail powder keeps chipping. I went in to get them redone and then one week later it chipped again!! I went again to get that one nail fixed and they charged me $3 when it isn’t even my fault. I don’t plan on coming back ever again!

This has been one of my fav place to get my nails done but unfortunately I’m highly disappointed today. My appointment was for the gel nail set but it was misunderstood by the team and they started gel manicure on my hands, it was taken care of and then this lady name”NAncy” she did the worst job with my nails length and shape.. the edges areRough and the shape of the third nail of my left hand is weird. And when I told her she was giving me some illogical explaination by saying “ your finger is crooked, the right hand nails are automatically longer than the left one” blah blah blah the most annoying and upsetting part was when I said I need my nails edges to get filed she started talking Loud to other colleagues in some Chinese or unknown language(I didn’t understand a word) she couldn’t stop yelling until i said “ would u talk in a language I can understand “ honestly I feel really bad putting such pathetic review but my experience was horrible today couldn’t stop myself. CT dream nails team should learn to atleast apologize for what their customers are not satisfied for. But I think they dun know how to own the mistakes. I had to pay full amount but the receptionist was kind enough to take off the cost of mistaken manicure which was not even given fully..

Pricier that usual, nothing spectacular. I go Here because my nail tech, whom I’ve followed from several different locations, now works here. If she was not an employee there, I wouldnt bother coming to this particular salon. Nothing bad about it specifically, just not that great with keeping appointments. I once was called at 12:58 while I was enroute to the salon because I was “Late” for my 1:00 appointment only to sit there for 15 minutes before being seen.In a pickle, works great, but without a specific favorite technician, this salon is average

I have been coming here for a while and the ladies usually dont even talk to you but today was the absolute worst.. my nails look horrible and on top of it she had an attitude since the minute I sat down. I ask the technician I would like my nails thing and they look so thick she missed all the side of my nails. My nails look horrible I have to continuously asking her to please filed them down and she was continuously giving me poor excuses about how my nail are. Well, I literally just left CT Dream Nails.I went to go get a pedicure with my husband... And the chair he was sitting on was not working at all for the massage and the water wasnt bubbling. We told the owner and the girls were just saying how its broken. When the owner came he did something in the back of the chair and said the massager is working . All it was doing was thumping in and out very lightly . There was no real massage motion or force working with the chair. When the technician turned on the water it was making a loud noise the whole time. I felt so bad that my husband did not enjoy his pedicure that when I was done with mine and was sitting to dry my nails I told my husband to switch and take my chair so he can FINALLY enjoy the massage! When we went to pay the owner asked if everything was ok and I explained exactly how the chair was and he just said oh we need to tell the repair people to fix it.. Not once did he apologize for the inconvenience or did he say hey let me give you a discount for your experience.. He just said it will be $46 I come to this salon EVERY 2 WEEKS. I get both my nails and toe nails done. This was the first time I ever left disappointed !!!! Just so everyone knows ... Do not use the pedicure massage chair on the left 3rd one down. 😠

DO NOT ASK FOR GEL POWDER, THEY WIL PUT COLOR ACRYLIC, NEVER GOING BACK! They are theives and liars. I went to do a gel powder manicure, i asked specifically for that. I came back home to New York and visit my nail lady today because my nails outgrew the job i did at this salon 3 weeks ago. It was impossible to take off this gel powder i thought i had on. Turns out they put COLOR ACRYLIC on my real nail. It took 3 girls to help soak, file and buffer my nails! And even then there was left over acrylic because it was so thick! I was so embarrassed that everyone in the salon knew my situation because they were all trying to help my nail tech

1st time going there. The nail stations are very cramp waiting area only 4 chairs. My nail technician Bonnie was very ruff, tugging, pulling and unfriendly. She looked very unhappy the whole time . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!I paid $40.00 for a regular manicure and pedicure and after the second day two nails cheaped . I called to let them know about it, they told me,......they dont warranty the nails when you chose your regular polish After the second day!!! Shame on them!!!! I am so so disappointed with the servicw I received. I paid extra for a nicer pedicure and it was rushed and she skipped the massage portion of my pedicure which was the main reason I go in the first place. When I told them I didnt want to pay for a service I didnt receive they said that I did receive not one but two masssages. They sat there arguing with me on what I received and Im leaving without even lotion on my legs. I will never ever be back for the price and for the lack of service. I do not reccomend coming here.

Had an appointment booked for Sunday afternoon for a Gel Manicure and Pedicure and a Childs Mani-Pedi.They cut my daughters toe and her polish looked terrible and flaked off the next day, my Gel manicure chipped and cracked after 2 days.I called to see if they could fix but was told there was no manager available to speak too, I called again, still nobody available. Called again, finally spoke to someone but not a manager and he said he cant help me, after 25 mins on the phone he said its been too long and they cant help me, as I explained I have been trying to speak to someone for a week and nobody would help so thats not my fault.It cost me $100.00 for them to cut my daughter, and all the polish to be chipped and come off after a couple of days.Terrible customer service all they wanted was money and didnt care about the job, very disappointed as this was not my first time there.

I have been coming for two years now and the last time bad figured ok everyone has a bad day now and then so tried again today and will not be back. Cold water said something didnt do anything about it then after clipping nails started to paint them without doing the bottom of feet said something about that and the response was oh you want the pumice stone. Well yes that is part of a pedicure. Told her no forget I am finished took the towel dried my feet good and went to leave and they tried to stop me and have me pay told no way no service no money left and went someplace else will not be back

Wow.... The management in this place is horrible. After the technitian offered a pedicure after the mani. The manager literally told me to get out of the chair (with my feet already soaked) so she can do her appointment. This is nothing on the technician. There is NO Customer service here.
