Great place to be close to everything. Quiet and very secure

Each apt is different. The apts on the second floor maybe better My experience is based on a ground level apt in building 6. First, make sure you ask if your rental will have its own wifi access or are they piggybacking off the resorts wifi. We were using the resorts wifi and the signal was weak and slow. There was no wifi at all for 3 days. Also, no wifi no tv. 😡. Second, there are lots of cockroaches everywhere. I guess Floridians call them Palmettos. Lastly, we had a noisy neighbor above us running around all day. The outside steel railing for the stairs are right outside our apt and we the people walking up and down all day long.

Kissimmee, Florida in November. It was a great place to stay. Well worth it, except the rugs needed washing. I found good and bugs under the couch so the cleaning staff dont do a good job. I think these are individually owned so I guess it depends on who you rent from. I loved the property though. They have 2 nice pools, a basketball court and a workout center. All-in- all it was a nice place.

Seems like a nice place, relatively quiet with plenty of parking. Condos are a case by case basis, but the amenities are impressive.

Nice place. Love the tennis court and basketball and pickleball court. Close to golf courses and Disney. Lots of restaurants close by.

Everything is very clean and well kept. A very plesant place to stay.

Inside is a case by case basis as each apartment is rented or owned by a private person . Depending how they keep the cleanliness inside . Location is perfect ! Outside the community by the apartment stairs, trash and doors is disgusting! They need to pressure wash and clean the outside of these homes and definitely too many people smoking marijuana on the balconies .

Great resort!!! The swimming pool, gym and club house and fantastic. Not only great design but also immaculate!!! The units are well taken care of and the grounds are beautiful!!!!

Legacy Dunes is not a vacation resort. It is a residential condominium association containing 488 condominiums. The vast majority of which are used as residences. The association does allow short term rental and about 20% of the condominiums are used for that purpose.

Nice 1 bed rental. Stayed for a week. Pool area is nice. Parking is tight.

Nice spot to hang out a day or two

Although we didn’t stay here, we attended the resort to visit friends. The resort is well laid out and spacious. The unit we saw was large and modern. The entire resort has controlled access, so it feels very secure within the grounds.The pools were clean and modern. The exercise room was large and contained updated equipment. The yards and gardens are well maintained with walking paths throughout.This is a private resort where many owners live. There are many units that the owners rent out.The resort is close to all Disney activities and close to every store and restaurant you can image.We will be looking to rent here i the future.

Great place to visit or live. Gated Community. Clean and quite. Has two pools, tennis and basketball courts. Playgrounds for the kiddies and a dog park. The grounds are divided into two pats: Legacy Court and Dunes Court. There are about 10 to 12 units per building. The units are 1 bedroom, up to 4 bedrooms. Parking available throughout the community. If resident will issue a resident sticker for car, guest will need to display guest pass on dash board of car. Gate pass needed to enter community or can be buzzed in by the resdent.

We stayed her during a Disney vacation trip. Loved the place! Clean grounds and stuff to do with the kids like a pool, game room and park. Gym was decent and you felt safe inside the area. Will consider it again on next vacation.

We spend a month here and the apartment was very nice, a little small but confortable, they have the option for rental through Airbnb, the place has a gym, pool and a golf hitting net, it’s a very secure gated community, near by you can find supermarket, pharmacy and medical assistant, this place is located 20 minutes from Lake Buenavista area.

My family owns a condo here but we often rent additional units when others visit. Beautiful grounds. Nice and quite but only 5 minutes from Disney!

Beautiful complex. Lovely swimming pool. Has a tennis court. 3/4 Minute drive down the 192 to lots of restaurant s. Walmart 5 minutes on the 27

Gorgeous organic walk in pool

They make it a straight-up nightmare to get in here. Spiked gates, tire spikes, accompanied by a call box that only sometimes works, everything. I understand safety but DAMN! always a hassle getting in here to see my friends.

Love this place..so clean and close to everything. The grounds are beautiful. My daughter is having so much fun she loves it here .We leave to go back home in two days and she wants to stay. Definantly recommend this place . Very quiet great fir familys.

Friendly staff & nice pool area.

I would love to give this place 5 Stars considering its beauty and safety but honestly I had packages delivered to my doorstep that had been stolen. People without gate access will block the entrance until someone gives in and lets the stranger into the community. Thats not what the purpose of the gate it for! And neighbors (If thats what they are) are not very nice either. This place must be a nice vacation destination but not homely neighborhood.They also need to work on their landscaping because they have a n outdoor red ant problem which being a resident to this area for 5 years, this is the first community that does not know how to handle the situation. And they eventually find ways to make it into your homes.If neighbors or should I say tourists followed the rules of the community then yes this would be such an ideal place. I would renew but considering my property manager is not very knowledgeable and comes off as a thief I really need to reconsider. The main office staff is very nice but any apt/condo issues usually go straight to your property manager.

Gate was broken. Twice in one week. Speed bumps are aweful!

Legacy Dunes is a vacation paradise. Located 15 minutes from Disney .. legacy Dunes has two pools, golf, tennis, cookout area, gym, sand volleyball courts, pool tables and table tennis.

Where do I begin my experience here was HORRIBLE. Old condo with stink carpet the AC unit was corroded mean while my family and I are breathing it in. The bug problems we’ve experienced was insane even made worst by pest control guy Legacy sent to our unit. The restrictions at the pool are ridiculous, the office staff unhelpful with issues. Can’t even throw out bulk trash without receiving a citation, there’s a citation for everything here.. All and all the experience was terrible we had someone harassing us as the office just referred to their precious HOA policies.. I wouldn’t recommend this place residentially

Would be a lovely place if they didnt just rent to anybody. The noise level you hear from inside the apartments are awful due to bad insulation and we had a bad roach problem.

I lived here for four years and its very quiet and very clean. My neighbors were all pretty awesome. Several amenities that my family and I enjoyed but I did give Legacy Dunes three stars because of the management. The front receptionist,actually both ladies are very serious and cold and really dont care if you have a serious issue in your unit. worst of all the attitude I received a few times from Arturo the manager(used to be maintenance). I have had to even call the police on him because I felt he was stocking me and my family it all stated after I asked to please get a new parking ticket with my temporary vehicle registration(I purchased a new vehicle), he responded NO! He rudely threw the paper in my face and said I need the original.Mind you, I havent gotten it yet since it was recently purchased and I was afraid they would tow my car if I didnt get the ticket immidiatley, ALSO Ive lived there for a LONG time and he saw me almost everyday (because hes a stalker) and still didnt try to help me out being a long term tenant. He isnt professional and should do something else if he doesnt like helping his own tenants out (IF WE DIDNT RENT/OWN, YOU WOULDNT BE WORKING).

Very convenient location reasonably priced and has a kitchen

We went there 2 weeks ago to see a unit that is for sale. The grounds were lovely and the place looked safe compared to alot of others we visited. Question please for owners please respond. The HOA seems reasonable compared to condos we are looking at in Myrtle Beach. Any HOA issues? Are there alot of units that have been abandoned because of the economic downturn? Im ok with people renting out units but the bug/roach issue for that reason scares me from wanting to buy. Any suggestions for a potential buyer would be appreciated.

This place is a great place to live. Reading the other posts id like to adress some things. There are alot of OWNERS, that rent to just about anyone who can pay. I have a new neighbor every other week. Im lucky that the same person owns these units and the renters are polite and friendly, mostly british or candian (a win if you love accents) im right up against one of the pools but rarely hear anything form there. However it also means im right up against a different sub division, where they are so noisy they tempt me to scale the fence and use a bull horn to tell them about it.We moved from out of state to here. There are bugs everywhere in this state. Everywhere. The problem isnt the bugs or the association, its the unrented units of owners . If people arent renting no one is spraying,(its the owners who have to request the service) vactioners are messy, leave food and drink (as they cant take it on the plane) and it might be days before the cleaning service comes through. If you clean up after yourself the problem is minimal with the help of monthly pest control. But once these bugs are in-they are in until fall when they die off.The gate. I dont really see the point of it, but the other adjacent neighborhood is a problem so it makes sense i guess. But its the same at any gated community. There are alot of familys that live here which is fine. But i wouldnt want to live in their buildings. If there were designated adult only sections and adult only pool that would be boss but it isnt an overwhelming problem. The staff are friendly and pretty responsive. The property is split in two and they manage just fine. In the dump that is 192 this place is very nice
