Proceed with caution. The paint on my 2017 Mercedes went from a gloss to a matte after an employee used a rag that was obviously dirty with some type of chemical. As Rick (a skilled employee )tried to fix the problem, another man who claimed to be the Manager called me a liar and said the matte color happens over time and they did not do anything wrong. Rick told me to come back the next day so he canfinish the fixing th damage. When I returned this Manager Jeff told me that Rick doesnt work there and when I asked for the owners information or asked for their insurance provider, he told me to leave the property or his was calling the police in which he did. I plan on filing a civil suit. I contacted the owner of the property. A business should not be allowed to run a business, and have no recourse on damages made by his employees.So Beware if they mess up, they will not take accountability nfor their actions.

The wash it’s self was pretty good. I have a traverse with two car seats so it’s not the easiest. I left the person a pretty big tip for this very reason but when I got home I noticed that the entire 3rd row was completely ignored. Very disappointing. I hope the gentlemen enjoys his tip.

First and last time I’m getting my car washed here! In the name it says express, however it took more than an hour to clean my car. And it’s not a big car at all. For this amount of time, you would expect a perfectly clean car, but it was also not the case. Cup holders weren’t cleaned at all and many other details were missed. If you have another option, go to a do car wash.
