The machines are perfect and the clean the car quite well. The only issue I have is that if you sign up for the membership and then cancel they will still charge even for the next month after you cancel it. I canceled back in September 16th but now Im being charged for the month of October. I dont ever suggest signing up for the membership as it is a complete scam. And you will constantly charged for no reason even after canceling.

They have FREE vacuuming which is so convenient for non-vacuum owners. It’s always clean since everyone respects this car wash. They also have CLEAN rags if you needed, when you’re done you have put it back under their carts. They also have a separate parking station of solution buckets if your vehicle needs more “elbow grease” .Overall a great place to your car. (:

Horrible machines, their equipment does not clean well my white car was still half dirty in the back and on the sides at bottom and wheels. it made it worst actually, it made it look like a whole bunch of lines/ scratches kind of look over the dirt. Dont recommend especially if you have a good decent car. Very disappointed and its not the 1st time.

This machines are too fast. Doesnt clean good. I purchased the monthly service and my tag hasnt work since I got it. Tire shine??? Bahh I have never see it on my tires. So...

Lots of soap and wax, the machine also did a good good job on my Tacoma tires as well.The fron area vacuum cleaners did not have enough suction to pull up minor dust or other lose debries, please check this issue bec ause it sucks, lol...

Started out great but like all good things come to and end..the drive through broke multiple parts of my vehicle and when I asked they gave me a generic apology saying we are sorry with a smirk.. when I asked to bring my account up they had multiple people in it free loading..

Its alright it needs to improve their weak vacuum cleaners and I will rate them 5 in the meantime will remain with a 2. I been having their monthly club for 5 month will try their new competitor down the road next month since I dont see them worrying too much about their vac problem cause it is an issue. I believe anyone can agree with me.

1st time customer. Had a wonderful experience. Thank you!!! I got the basic wash, pleased with the results. Prewash station was great. My car was covered in pollen from the oak trees in my yard. After the wash, free vacuum, with window cleaner and towels to clean with. The best 10.00 Ive ever spent at a car wash. Will upgrade on the next wash or just get the unlimited wash package for the monthly fee.The customer service was great too!!Had assistants with picking out my wash plan. Machine wasnt giving me my receipt, so the printed it for me fron the office before I entered the car wash.

This car wash needs more personnel. I understand the scaling back during the worst of the pandemic but were opening up and soaping down only one side of my car is not acceptable.

Ive gotten hit inside this car wash 2 times and the employees refused to do anything both times. Very unprofessional staff that was yelling at me when I was asking them a question if they are actually making sure people put their car in neutral

Got the $15 car wash. My car had scratches on the roof that werent there previously. I had prewashed my car so i know. They dont give you any air freshner, nor towels to dry off your car. I had water spots when i left. I wont be returning.

Top Dog is well maintained and has up to date technology. The employees are friendly, assist you without asking and brush down your wheels before entering the wash. The vacuums are free and perform good enough. They should convert the $8 wash to $6 and go up from there, but there is an express wash membership available.

Recently renovated. Good wash, not great. I got the $15 wash. Bugs on front of hood, bumper and side mirrors were still there after the wash. The blue rags they have for you to wipe down afterwards leave lint and fibers on car. Many of the vacuum heads have poor suction.

Friendly staff BUT gentlemen at the car purchase port, was a QUICK salesman, he promoted the 20.00 per month for top car wash. I thought it was a good promotion so I purchased for the month, but had I not asked if this was automatically recurring, he wouldn’t have told me!!I then had to ask how to cancel the monthly recurring, and he hand wrote down a phone number.Had I not asked I wouldn’t have known this is auto recurring nor would I know how to cancel, this car wash is just too far from my house to be receiving monthly. The receipt should show my member number and a phone number to call for customer service.The car wash itself was ok, I got the top tier but it didn’t get all of the gunk off, may have to run it twice to get it real clean. The vacuum port I pulled into were dead vacuums but were not taped off, so I wasted 10 minutes parking in two spots with dead vacuums!Now I’m hoping the number for customer service the gentlemen wrote is not a phony number.Final thought- decent car wash, vacuums should be taped off if not working, salesman are very sneaky in obtaining monthly memberships without explaining fully how the membership works or if there is a penalty for cancelation.Not the way to get customers!!!

After watching a car b4 me tip the guys, they did an excellent job on her car. When they got 2 me one guy got on his phone the other guy barely touched my car and after going through the car wash my windshield was left looking as though Id never been there.

Best bang for your buck! $40 a month for their best wash. You can return once a day. If you wash your car everyday, it costs you $1.33 a wash based on a 30 day month. You can’t beat that with a bat.

Car was very dirty, vacuum system was all plugged up so it would not vacuum the debris in the car or on the windshields or around the car. Try to talk to the attendant to have him address certain issues on my car but it shut me off verbally and told me to just go ahead I thought it was very rude and the job was very poor for $25 I paid Ill never go again

I was under the assumption that the car wash was $5/ to $6 under new management $8 and up. They are building a new car wash ill wait to see what there prices will be. I can wash my car at home. The vacuum hose didnt work to good. I wont be returning. Peace out

The vacuns dont work. Everytime I go I park at different locations and the vacun have no suction at all. I have the monthly membership but the only one that seems to work is the semoran Blvd one. Am very disappointed

I normally go there all of the time. But the last trip was not good. I noticed there was two attendees one was helping with the payment process. Then when I got ready to go through I had to wait for someone to show up. Im going to check out the new company.

Hello it was my first time at this carwash today and I was confused by everything as I got into position I was told to put my car on neutral I wasnt aware that it was going to move by itself some guy kept yelling and mind you my car is getting washed and I cant listen to what he says and I couldnt put the windows down, it was an ok cleaning but all I need next time is better instructions beforehand, because I felt embarrassed, and the guy was getting annoyed and angry at me, I apologize.

It became. a habit in the poinciana store t search for the shopping cars in the parking lot,the store no longer storage the cars inside for the convenience of the customers,managers care less,very bad situation on this store

They used to have two workers scrubbing the front to remove bugs, then dropped down to one, now, you have to do it yourself. 😟 Also, the tire brushes dont do the rims well. Always have to go back and redo them. I hope they improve their process, or I will have to cancel my membership.

When it was under the old administration they did better than now. And its not the employees fault. Its the new owners. So new owner is more important to clean the front bumper then the windshield Florida has 1milion bugs and they get on the bumper and we have windshield wipers to get rid of them. SO CLEAN THE FRONT BUMPER 🤬 P.S i have 3 cars that use the car wash. If you (owner) dont fix it. It will be 3 less cars going to do business with you.

Comparable prices for the area. The vacuums had very little suction, getting dog hair off the carpet was not an option. The Tire Shine only got about 2/3rds of every tire, it left 1/3rd of each tire not shiny. They pre brush the car before going in, but not enough to get the bugs off. The vacuums are worse than most other car washes I have tried in the area, the bug removal is about the same, tire shine is good for the part if the tire that gets shined. Drying....have a detail towel ready, I have not found any car washes that does a decent job of drying my F350.

Do good job on our car. People are friendly if help is needed. Vacuum is free to everyone. We have a monthly subscription.

The car wash did a nice job but didnt get it all clean I know it was free but I figured the top shelf I got would clean it better then the lesser choices and some of the vacuums didnt work well but I got the interior clean

I have a membership with this “car wash” (if thats what you want to call it ) and i went today 11/18 @ 5:18pm to get my car washed was really happy to get a clean car 🙂... or so I thought i go through and very little soap came out but, the brushes didnt even worked it looked like i just went in and they stopped everything and a spray of water NOTHING!!!! I got out and saw my car had soap on one side and the dirt still on my car. So i went around to talk to the employee there and explained how upset i am about this poor experience i had. (I do know its not their fault) so as I explained saying maybe speak to a higher up he looked at me and said “ yeah the higher up dont even care any way” ha should have know 😒 honestly cant wait for the new car wash to open up even if the prices are higher IM CANCELING THIS MEMBERSHIP ... pay $31.18 a month for something thats not worth it

They can improve on scrubbing your car with the brush more before the initial car wash process. They just do a light scrubbing on the windshield and that’s it. Also there automatic tire shine at the end always just shines one side of your car. I have the monthly pass and every time I finish washing my truck never fails no tire shine on one side and every time I have to request they put it on manually. Note this been happening since they first opened up and still they have not fixed it, and yes i tell them every single time.

I paid for the best wash and the guys did not do a good job. No difference between medium to highest.. Same results so dont pay more for the same.. The vacuums the ones I tried have little suction the hoses have perforations and looses tons of power. This is just my personal experience it must likely vary depending on the different people working and the pump you stop to clean your car. Good luck in your journey to cleanness.

This is my second time going there. Its not usually too busy which is a good thing. Also if you go before 10am Mon-Thurs you can get the basic wash for $3 with free vacumm.

Came back again on 3/15/20. And its even worst. Now they are charging more and not even a little tire shine. This place has become the worst car wash Ive used. I cant wait for that other car wash that they are going to build by WAWA Gas station.This used to be an awesome car wash place. But for past 2 years has been terrible, you pay $15 or more for good or great car wash and for past 2 years the tire shine hasnt worked at all. Used to be only the ones on passenger side, and for past 2 years u get 1/4 or a wheel shinny the rest of it like nothing. 🤬🤬🤬

This place is a good place to get an EXPRESS car wash. Thats exactly what it is.EXPRESS! Do not expect a full detail because you paid top dollar. That is what a detailing is for and they do not detail at this location. They do have an early bird special $3 bucks. I like coming here the Supervisor is good people and they employ people with disabilities which is a plus for me because I work with disabled people going into the world of work. I must admit some guys are meh!! but most of them do their jobs. If you are not happy with the results, go in and speak to the Supervisor he will make it right. I like that they also offer clean towels and window cleaning sprays. If your want they can also rinse your Weather Tech for you.... but you HAVE TO ASK! Dont assume anything. It does not hurt to ask. This location is always clean theres no music playing and the vacuums are always working.

Very much a let down!! The car wash did little to get the car cleaner. The car vacs only had one attachment and it was too wide to reach under and in between seats and crevices. On top of that the no music was and ignored by multiple people with no reaction by the personnel at the car wash. I would have preferred to give a 1/2 star but that was nit an option. I would not waste your time here.

Found it to be little bit on the expensive side for the service, my sons ipod earbuds mysteriously disappeared from the center console 😕

This car wash is one of the better car washes in central Florida. I’ve never had an issue when going here and my car always comes out relatively clean, my only complaint is the size of the parking where you vacuum your car.

Pay $25.00 and car came out dirty with scratches, the rims were not even touched by any brush. Waist of money and time

Always a great place to get an affordable car wash. As low as 6 dollars as of 8/13/19. I believe Monday through Thursday, they offer $3 car washes from 8am to 10am.

I love that this place has free vacuums and there are so many youll never have to wait for one. Its the best.But as for the outer cleaning service, I paid for the best one and a couple high school kids gave my car its initial scrubbing. They did alright, they just werent as thorough as I would have liked and they were more interested in talking to each other than providing good service.

My wheels were still dirty, wasnt worth my $15.00 I could have done it better myself.

The washers barely touch your car. The car wash itself is mediocre. No matter what price wash you get, the car still comes out dirty. It doesn’t do a great job of removing any bugs. The vacuums SUCK. All of them are either broken, clogged, or suction so lightly that it doesn’t pick anything up. You’ll be vacuuming for half an hour trying to get your car clean. This is a last resort car wash. Please find another place to be a loyal customer. Anywhere is better than here.
