I love taking my large truck to these folks. They have really good prices for hand wash especially for those who dont like taking their vehicles through the machine car washes.I used to detail my own truck, but since their prices are good and they do a quality job, I just take it to them now. They do really good job and they are helping young men in the community. Definitely recommend.

U dont want to know what the birds did to my car. Found this place last minute on Google maps. Good reviews so I went for it and turned out to be great. Had a good laugh with one of the guys, very friendly people. They wipe your car down for you at no extra cost which I loved. helps prevents water spots.

Just what my car needed it was a good fast clean and my wheels look brand new. It was very busy when I went but they are very fast and I found it to be faster then other car cleaning places Ive gone to.

The detailers here always do a fantastic job for a reasonable price. Its got that homey feel to it and many of them seem to be part of the church next door.

Staff is super friendly and dedicated. They hand dry each car instead of making you do it, and that seems to be included with all levels of service.

Wow, I was looking for a ceramic coating place in south Orlando, Freedom Classic did a ceramic coating on my 2020 Ford Mustang, very happy with the results.

I contact for service, was super rude when telling me he was busy for the week. Didnt even offer the next day would be available. I asked if he had someone/ company he trust to recommend his overflow of business. Was even nastier after that. Seem like overworked and under paid. I would recommend taking your business somewhere they value you as a customer and treat you with respect.

Horrible service. Who puts a green brush on a nice black cadillac escalade paint? Im in the hand car wash business and recently sold my business but i still need a car wash. I went here and you need to stay away from any car wash who is so lazy that they use a green brush on the body of your car instead of real soft cloth wash mit. Not only do these brushes scratch your body but i could here the brush handle knockong against my car as he moved it around. Any hand car wash that does not use a real wash mitt is terrible. Now i gotta get my black paint waxed. They used to use wash mitts. They also used a water hose on my car instead of a pressure washer but maybe the pressure washer was not working.

As a Canadian visitor I needed to find a good place to help get rid of the salt and sand. Internet recommendations led me to Freedom and I was not disappointed. Angel was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and despite being busy had me out in record time with my car detailed and waxed. They were all polite, helpful and professional. It was hot as h**l waiting outside, but the best value on a car detail Ive ever had. Worth having to make sure you pull out cash and go early to get in line.

First and foremost honesty is extremely huge to me especially on property of a church. I gave specific instructions to vacuum the driver and passenger seats in the front and underneath because I knew it was mostly debris there vs. the back. Once my car was complete there were parts from the seat sitting in the middle of my mat in the backseat. My car Is brand new and I take it regularly to the dealership to be serviced and everything is perfect. I alerted one of the men that this was not how I gave you all my car and as a young lady I do not know where these parts belonged. He went over to ask the guys if they did it of course everyone denied the fact that a mistake was made and tried to cover it up. I typically check my driver seat because I know there is a lot of technical things underneath. He began to compare the driver and passenger seat and still could not determine where it went I had to get in a low squat as a woman look at both seats and determined where it went. Its frustrating for individuals to claim they work for the Lord and simply lied in my face about the mistake. I wouldve respected them more if they wouldve said maam ad mist vacuuming these snapped off. Overall he never apologized he just said it wasnt done intentionally. Horrible customer service!

Every single time I come here, they leave my car perfectly clean inside and out. They take much less time than most other places. I have absolutely zero complaints about this place and the people working there are very hard working young men.

Do NOT recommend it! HORRIBLE JOB!!! Caused DAMAGE to my car and didnt even own up to it!From the time of my first call to ask about their services until the time of drop off I was thoroughly pleased with their customer service. Unfortunately, that is as far as it went!My car went it nearly flawless and I come to find it with a huge hole ripped into the leather part of the front passenger door!!! with a scratch on the metal!!! When asked about it, both guys I dealt with continuously denied having ANYTHING to do with the damage! I know for a fact that the hole was NOT there when I dropped off the car! No one EVER rides there and I just bought this car about 2 months ago and remember inspecting it VERY thoroughly when I was buying... so I KNOW that damage was NOT there!As if that wasnt enough, I chose to get their most expensive service ($100) which they refer to as semi-detailing. I dropped off my car at 8:00am and received a text saying that my car was ready at 11:45am. I arrived at 1:38pm to find sand all over my trunk (as it was when I dropped off but I paid to have the car cleaned for a reason!). The cup holders and all the crevices of the doors (handles, pockets, etc) with dust and evidently not cleaned. The seats were not cleaned, and the area immediately inside the door (step) also had sand. My windows and glass still had remnants of tree sap from when I transported the Christmas tree (again, I thought I was paying to have it cleaned!) and when I ran my hand across the roof of the car my fingers were BLACK!!!!!I was told the service I paid was only for a shining... but I was told over the phone that my car would be cleaned inside and out. There are streaks of whatever product they used to shine my car, all over the roof rack and finger prints of the same thing all over the inside of my car, which is more like an oil than a wax.Needless to say it was a HORRIBLE JOB!!!! Especially when they werent even responsible or honest enough to own up to the damage THEY caused to my vehicle!!!! the ONLY positive was that I ended up not paying them anything... but the repair of my door, in addition to the time & money it will take me to actually clean my car will probably cost me way more than $100!!!

I found this car wash a couple of months ago, and I can say the service was very good. I like the fact that is it a hand car wash and not machine wash that in the past have scratched my car.

Had a appointment set so I took off work had a friend do the same to have a ride, then I get to the place to have detailed done and the person said they can’t do my car because they over booked, then he said he will check if he can squeeze me in and never came back to tell me so I proceeded to leave and he stoped me me and said it was because his team was on a retreat, bad business, not even an apology, me and my friend lost money

The hours say 8am to 5pm but there arent always employees working during those hours. I received a text message after calling several times saying In class, pls leave a message. Extremely unprofessional, unavailable, and customer service is lacking.

I had the opportunity to stop at this place to get an exterior wash service and to have a ceramic job done for me. The guys that are there offer their work left a good impression on me only that apparently the place is not super fancy but they have better prices than the other site that I quote
