The staff is helpful and work pretty fast without hindering the quality of work. (If you get full service)

Great carwash! Picked the Full service basic wash because I was in a rush but damn did they take care of my car! Ask for KP! He did a amazing job on my car after the tunnel and quick as well! Car looks great! Will be back soon.

Horrible service. Very slow on the interior cleaning. Waited for over an hour just to get floors vacuumed. Would not recommend the interior cleaning unless you have a couple hours to spare

Horrible service! Their machines are dangerous. My wife just drove her car through the car wash and one of there machines ripped off the sunroof visor. Also dented and ripped paint off the vehicle. When my wife tried to talk to the manager. The manager did not want to meet with her or care to deal with the damages! Be careful bringing your vehicle to them, cause they wont do anything if something happens. Youre better off washing your vehicle yourself. I hope they get the karma they deserve for treating my wife the way they did. Very very unprofessional. Its not right to have a business and not take care of the customers that go there! They will never get a single cent from my family ever again!

The exterior wash was good, but the interior detailing is poor. I paid for full service and still the inside is dirty. They did not do the trunk, when I asked afterward. They said I had to leave it open beforehand. But thanks to another good employee he asked it to be done.

How in the world are there any complaints. We paid $26 and got above and beyond what we paid for. If anyone is complaining about a smudge here or there they need to remember they paid for a drive thru service. Some auto detailing costs $100 and up. We are more than satisfied! The employees get to it! Highly recommend!

The car wash palace is one of the best car wash I had been too. As you can see in the picture my car was pretty dirty. After the car wash the only thing I needed to do was just dry it off so when it comes up to cleaning the car I rate it a 8 out of 10. And u cant beat $6 car wash Wednesday.

They got glass cleaner and bug removal at the vacuum stations. Oh and the vacuums are powerful, too. Im about to move out of this area but Ill be coming back just for the car wash (bug removal and glass cleaner especially).

I been coming to this car wash spot for as long as its been open, (honestly my whole family gets their cars washed here and 2 of them have the monthly wash program) I was actually excited to see a full service on this side of Kissimmer/Loop Area. But these last few visits have been such downers.Lately, it seems as if the work is just getting lazy, especially when you pay for full service (service I always get), I understand that it can get busy but I dont believe quality should ever be overlooked I waited over 30 minutes, especially when you have over 10 associates working on cars. There should no reason I wait a long period of time and still have multiple exterior stains or dry water marks everywhere, let alone interior simple cleanings like cup holders or door panels.Extremely disappointed.Response, sure thing I will email you and thanks for responding.

Spent $15 for external and car dirty in front bumper since not wiped first and back trunk . Not worth the $15 today. I visit on regular basis and ok but today fell short.

Got the manger special not a bad price point for 30$. But was not overall happy with the finish product. Out side looks good from a distance but once you get closer. You can see all the dirt marks and bug marks they have missed. Seem to be if its not eye level. They wont touch it. The interior well thats like they cleaned it with a pitch fork. Not happy at all. Especially after watching your JR Manger okay the car. Overall the facility is nice

Not bad for the price. Got the highest package for exterior but still found a ton of dirt and grime to the front of my car. They have a free vacuum station at the end that is nice with some towels that you can wipe your car down with.

For some reason in the middle of the wash my car is getting stuck, the conveyor goes through the tires like 2 or 3 times and it is not moving it and it kind of runs out of time and does not shine on the tires. Im not sure if he does it with just my car or with everyone.

I have tried calling this place several times to cancel my subscription and they dont answer. I have also emailed and they are still charging my account. Buyer Beware!!!

Super friendly, one guy saw me struggling and ran all the way from the other side to help me without me even asking. I wish I had cash at the time to tip them! Vacuums were good. Overall great experience :)

Went yesterday to get it cleaned, however horrible service. Exterior was fine, but the Interior was horrible. Paid $27.00 and not even waited 10min until they told me my car was ready!

I don’t like giving negative reviews. I gave Car Wash Palace 3 chances. The first time I drove through their wash my front emblem was ripped off my vehicle somehow. The next time I purchased a royal treatment wash it was anything but. The wax left spots on my entire vehicle. The third time I was just not satisfied at all, and my vehicle had new scratches, and wax spots again. I had always been advised not to use touchless car washes. Shame on me. I don’t blame Car Wash Palace. I just need to find a gentle hand wash and detailing service.

Not worth anything, bad service, after I paid got ready for a wash and the guy soaped the tailgate said I have to get out of the line because I have a factory installed roof rack and have 2 lights installed on it . So they refunded the money but left me with a dirty soaped up vehicle never ever again . I ask if they offer car detailing the guy said they only clean in between the doors . If I could give a zero star I will do it . I did took it to other place in Osceola pkwy and not a single issue and went thru a machine as well

Worst car wash ever!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! Paid for full service and they did not clean the inside of the car. Had to tell them to come back and they still did a poor job. They work in hurry and do not care at all. Dont waste your money!!

I just paid $30.00 for a full service manager special and the interior was not that great cup holder werent really cleaned the dash board was still dirty the side door wasnt as cleaned the advertisement wasnt accurate def was a waste of my money need people that actually put in the work they cleaned my car too fast if they would of put in effort I would of see the difference. Sadly I never give reviews but this really upset me.

Very poor quality control at this place. Ive gone there plenty of times...today was the worst experience. Got home to many suprises... not sure what took about 15 mins to clean a single cab truck

The exterior car wash and interior detail service were overall great, but it was very inconvenient for me that one of my possessions was misplaced and initially led me to believe that it was taken or stolen. Although the service here is as great as you can want, I still won’t recommend because of the chance you might have a possession in your vehicle that could be misplaced. All in all, I have mixed reception for this car wash.

This car wash doesn’t clean the inside of the car well. even if you buy the 30 dollar (manager special) they did nothing. The car wash completed the outside and they literally just vacuumed which is free if I paid for the 5 dollar wash. This was a complete rip off no one should be left with this outcome. This was a huge disappointment. I’ll never return. Waste of money. The assistant manager was rude and they won’t return my 30 dollars or even ten for the interior they said was the difference. This was not a full service wash. What a rip off. Very poor customer service and management. Horrible place. If I could give -0 stars I would.

This is my favorite Car Wash Palace I’ve been too. I have a monthly membership and have recently been taking advantage of the express detail option that is ONLY $8 with my membership. They do an incredible job and the staff is extremely friendly. I’ve been to plenty of car washes and never felt the need to go out of my to compliment the staff at one but these guys are great. Very happy that this is now my “local” car wash!

This car wash area is affordable and the employees that clean your car inside are very detailed and do a very good job leaving your sparkling clean.

Got the full service and they did a good job. I love how they left my car smelling. You can tell they used clean rags and a spray with a soft scent.

Basic wash for basic pricing not recommended for love bug season but great for pollen your just to lazy to do yourself.

They provide good service, and they are quick. They have everything for you to wash your car yourself or get it washed. So far theyve considered all of my requests and cleaned my car very well. They have indoor and outdoor waiting area, tv, vending machines, etc. Their location is perfect for me. Overall, very satisfied.

It was an ok wash. The detailing inside wasn’t very good. They didn’t do the trunk until I pointed it out and the windows were not cleaned very well at all. Smear marks all over the windshield and passenger windows. Disappointing.

As I went through, there was no water applied to my truck before the brushes scrubbed it. The machine was reset just as I was exiting and only applied wax. I did speak with management, they refused to run me back through saying that they had video of the machine working properly and called me a liar. Terrible experience. I used to like the car wash, but it is terrible now. Management refused to look at my truck when I wanted to show him that it was still dirty.

Time and time again I choose this car wash and I am extremely pleased, every time! This is by FAR the best car wash in the area. Hands down. Where can you get your car washed, vacuumed AND the interior wiped down for 15.00?! No where. This particular photo was the wash & wax, which is 10.00 more.. But look how shiny and pretty it looks! The 25.00 is definitely worth it! Im always in and out in less then a half an hour and even the basic wash is great! The staff is friendly and pleasant and all of them work hard to make sure everything is wiped down and cleaned up! Very pleased with Car Wash Palace! Keep up the good work guys!

Against my better judgement I went here to have my xterra washed. I usually hand wash it but with the cooler weather it hasn’t been an option. My truck has been ceramic coated about 2yrs ago and up to this point, I have not had any scratches, swirls, or micro marring. WOW is all I can say! This place managed to pretty much destroy the finish.Looks like I am now going to be doing a multi step paint correction, yay.

I’ve been a Member a year now, but today I really got very dissapointed with the response on a Manager, I told him that Ive been 3 times this past 2 weeks and the three times they are closed on hours prior to closing time, and his response is come tomorrow we have technical problems, and I ask him so that is your answer, and his response is cancel the membership, update 6/5/2021 arrived to get vehicle washed I was out of town for a week and arrived around 5:50pm and wanted to get the full service there response again was negative, that they send already everyone home, I pulled out and everyone was there. Definetely im cancelling the membership

This is really nice except that I ask for 1 month of membership and they keep charging me monthly I have to go back there to cancel it but thats more like personal reason than something that have to do with services some time the full services are really good sometimes they miss a lot of things but is understandable over all is pretty good

After you get an exceptional car wash you can vacuum your car for free.

First I will begin with the only reason I gave them 1 star is because thats the lowest I could go. We will begin with the 3 guys that prep your car. The guy in the passage side and the guy using the pressure washer were great but the guy on drivers side didnt do anything. Then my jeep goes in the carwash and half way through the carwash my jeep starts to jump on the tracks and then the brush ripped of the lights on the top of my jeep. and for the rest of the carwash the light bar was banging on the side of my.jeep. After further investigation I see that it chipped my front windshield as well as dents on my jeep. I will be the first to admit that I cursed at the manager but was after he told me with a nasty smirk that its not his problem. I also asked for the corporate number and he refused to give it to me. With all this being said I have been driving jeeps and trucks with lights all my life and have never had a problem in any carwash. I also have a membership in another carwash the only reason I didnt go there was because I needed to be some were in a timely manner and did not have time to go where I usually go. Absolutely horrible, not a good job with dwtoaling inside the car, they used dirty rags to clean the inside, they broke my side panel on the outside passenger, when I was on the highway it blew off. Will never go back to this place again.

Better than Palm Coast!!! Service was wonderful!! A little narrow on entrance and exit of the actual carwash but the team is a tremendous blessing for all Floridians! They left the car dirtier than when we showed up, new purple sticky goo found on the back. Dirt on the sides of the car was left on as well as the dirt around the back of the car. Bugs left on the windshield. We got the royal treatment too! $20 not well spent

Mediocre car wash. Very light interior cleaning. My car was given to me with shoe marks on the side of the doors, dust was all over the console. I requested to fix it, the guy wiped it with dry towel and still left with shoe marks and dust. My wheel had some hand sanitizer stains, none were even touched

Very smooth car wash, like very much.

If you have a new car do not bring it here. I brought my new 2020 Camry here and bought the basic wash, when I got home I saw an inch long deep scratch on the driver side exterior. I believe it was their employee as he applied soap without washing off the dirt so basically DRY APPLY, with a mitt he most likely uses on every vehicle before they enter the wash so it has debris from the previous vehicles. I will not come here again.

I don’t recommend the full service. I had spilled a drink on the inside of my door and the gear shifter and they didn’t even clean it. They flipped one of my rugs upside down instead of cleaning it, they left trash inside that they could’ve taken out.. I understand I only paid $26 but I still feel like I got played. The outside looks great though, just wouldn’t pay for “full service” again.

Just your typical car wash. Ive been going to this one for a while out of convenience, and its not bad. Affordable prices for basic services, free vacuums and its usually not too crowded!

Ok car wash. Inside is sub-par but they are quicker than other places in the area. Not what I expect from the price - only use when I do not want to clean the inside myself. Outside carwash is great (5 star) but if doing full service its not the best - just below average at best.

I don’t ever go to a car wash with brushes. Not good for your paint finish ! I talked to them and they said they would turn off the brushes, great I’ll go for it. So the truck starts to get pulled and the brushes are spinning, they move closer and are brushing the truck. The one on top as well. Seriously!! I had a collapsed wind deflector on my cap for towing my camper. That was intact and even the radio antenna. Then I pulled out to vacuum and dry it and I had grease down the passenger side. This is another reason for not using the brushes. This happen to me years ago.

Beware of the thieves that do the interior cleaning for the full service wash. Yesterday I went to wash my car and decided to get an interior cleaning as well. Right before exiting my car, i plugged my phone out of my iPhone connector for the aux cord. When these thieves gave me my car back, I gave them a $10 tip and left in peace. When I had already left the car wash, I noticed the iPhone connector for my aux cord was missing. I called them and after trying to reach someone for the fourth time, I left a voicemail for them to know that I knew they stole from me. There was no need to go back and fight with anyone over a $10 iPhone aux connector. You have to be really low to steal from someone and I pity the person who did it. Such a shame and they probably don’t know any better anyway. I used to love going to this car wash to wash my car and this was the first time I used their interior cleaning service. You just lost a customer. Thieves!

Car wasnt even cleaned after the wash. Paid extra for tire shine there was nothing on the tires - a guy came out to help me and put some on. The vacuums had NO suction could not vacuum out my car. Dont waste your money at this place

Wax detail good but paid 50 bucks for some dusty interior cleaning.

This place has everything even an air hose to spray off everything. The vacuum is powerful. Im not sure if its touchless though.but great car wash.

The machine does not scrub all the surfaces, and there are young kids at the detailing station apparently without a responsible leader. Tire shine was spotty, $26 service not worthy.

Took my car in at 9am today for their express seat and rug cleaning. Showed up at 3pm and they still arent finished because they got overwhelmed. Its now almost 30 minutes until they close and my car still isnt finished. Never going to make this mistake again. Worst decision ever.Update.After seeing the offer of a full refund I emailed them as requested. It is now Wednesday the 18th and still no response. I tried calling the sites phone number and all it does is ring and go to voicemail.

Ive been coming for YEARS to this place, but after today NEVER again, and mostly because one of the managers threatened me, Just because they DID NOT UNDERSTAND me and didnt want to give my money back. THE CLIENT IS ALWAYS RIGHT you know, but apparently not in this place. Oh and if you are going to get at the same level of the client (yes, I was yelling, because that mad I was) so get a microphone so everybody can hear you well. Cero professionalism!!!

I used to come here all of the time and LOVED it, thats why I always returned. I went today, the first time since quarantine. I bought a wash that included tire cleaning. I confirmed with the attendant at the time of payment that it included wheels, he said yes, when I got out to fix my mirrors, my tires were not clean. I called a zillion times with no answer. Bad service

The wash tunnel is elaborate. You get a very comprehensive wash . the vacuum system is strongest I ever found at a car wash. There is many staff members around keeping the location clean. there are even free towels located next to vacuum to use.

Nice job even on basic wash

I’m a Hunters Creek resident and went to the car wash on Sunday and got the royal treatment thinking I would get a coupon code to come back after the storm but, they do not offer the 48 guaranteed car wash codes anymore. The road residue was still on my car from before my car went through the wash. I understand the social distancing about no interior cleans but, the exterior wash should be good and it was not.
