I made an appointment on line with Sue after reading the great reviews. The salon got back with me almost immediately and I was able to get an appointment at the time I requested. My stylist Sue listened to me explain what I wanted done and checked with me throughout the haircut to make sure I was satisfied. My hair cut is great! I have a short layered bob. I am only in Florida for three months a year but I will be back before I leave the area! Thanks Sue!.

Went to get a haircut, the place was disgusting. Hair built up everywhere under cabinets and against the walls. I have never seen a barber shop as dirty. Makes me wonder how often equipment is cleaned. Barber rushed through my haircut, didnt ask how I wanted the back finished, didnt offer a mirror to check the back (which turned out uneven, no wonder), and didnt clean any hair off my face. The barber also used the clippers without a guard to cut my sideburns, completely trimming part of my beard off, without any acknowledgement! Dont make my mistake as me and go to a real barber, unless youre fine with getting rushed in and out with little attention to detail

This place is absolutely stupendous! First of all, so elegant when you walk in. They have top-notch hair stylists, the nail ladies are so friendly although I did not get that done this time. I got my eyebrows microbladed here and what an amazing beautiful job! I can see all the single hairs. Theyre so realistic! I havent had eyebrows in years and now I feel so glamorous.

She got her nails and hair done, she was very pleased with the service and it came out just like we both hoped It would. You can’t ask for a better place, five stars no question.

It was my first time doing my nails at a salon since I was 16 years old. Not only was the staff really nice, they were understanding when I called them about running late in traffic. They understood the rush hour traffic of the afternoon. I had a great experience at first visit. My nail technician did a very wonderful job at giving me a manicure and pedicure. I was very pleased with nails. I can definitely say that I will be returning in the future to get my nails done.

Staff was nice.did not card my daughter before giving her wine (luckly she is over 21) did not ask how we wanted our nails filed. Took personal phone calls while doing our nails. Both our nails have a bubble in them, that we did not notice right away. Water in foot bath warm at best not remotely hot. Place was very clean, and ladys were very friendly.

PLEASE DONT GO TO LE PRESTIGE. I had the most terrifying bad experience. From the beginning till the end. Call for appointment and barely understand whoever answered the call. I still have it a chance and since I arrive everything was awful. They never delivered what I requested and I had to wait 1 hour. Excuses, bad customer service and a very tense atmosphere. You can tell how bad they are doing. I just left crying with, dissatisfaction and disappointment. Oh and I have to pay full price for sometime don’t even ask.

I don’t know where to even start. This place is horrible horrible. The atmosphere is absurd. You can feel the tension and how they hate each other as a team working there. The prices are super overpriced and the service even worst. Not professionals at all. Make up was a joke. Used and not even disposable applicators. Was so disappointed and disgusted for everything. Never ever in my life going there for their hair services. Nail department was busy so had no idea about that area but hairdresser and make up was my worst experience in my entire life. They don’t even speak English I believe they are Indians because of the loud foreign music. Bad bad bad Le Prestige is a DUMP

Don’t even bother to go there. Went twice looking for a haircut and no barber. A lady offered me a haircut but you could tell that wasn’t her job. Was told they will call a barber but I waited few minutes and nothing happened. Had some lunch and run few errands came back 1 hour later and guess what? No barber just few ladies there but no one else. Never going back. Took my business somewhere else.

I took my 13 year old son there to get his hair cut. Him and I both agreed that The gentlemen who cut his hair was great!! Very professional and my son got a very trendy and right on price point ($20) hair cut for his age. The salon itself is big, trendy and clean. I will be taking both my boys there in the future, as well as my daughter and I! They do nails, pedis, manis and more!!
