I made an appointment for 5:00 for my 4 year old son who is pretty good at getting cuts but after waiting an hour after the appointment, I was upset. Then while getting the haircut, the owner Walt seemed to get impatient & upset that my son was irritable. He nicked my son & pushed his hairline higher than what it was supposed to be. After the cut, I wasn’t satisfied & tried to voice my opinion to the owner Walt, who then got argumentative & stated he was not trying to hear what I had to say. I’ve been here before with my son but have never received service by Walt & am quite disappointed with the service I got by the owner himself. Walt, your barbers are amazing, Steve, & Jonathan if he is still there, but I really hope you find the peace in your own business & can battle your own insecurities & pride to say that you did wrong. My man goes there all the time and him and Walt known each other for over 10 years.He always gives him a fly haircut.Hes the only one who he lets cut his hair.My man is Old school and believes that when you find a good barber, you should stick with him. Great place to get a hair cut n its very convenient do to the fact that its in a plaza where you can shop if you have kids and dont feel like waiting, you can leave them there or go across the street and go to the gas station or wash your car. Great area too very good barbers over at Walts barber shop

18$ and up haircuts on Sunday and 15$ during the week! For kids!! Unfortunately I paid it but never again. Understand where the shop is located and the demographics of people going in. This is not international Drive or Disney.

I took my 80 year old grandfather in for a haircut about 2 months ago. The owner who just supposedly came out of jail disrespected my grandfather because he whistled at the barber he usually goes too just to say hello. He told my grandfather not too whistle that they were not dogs and basically told him not to return. A lady who was working there told him don’t take your gun out like to intimidate myself and my grandfather. He embarrassed him to the point my grandfather will never return. He treats the employees horribly and I could not recommend this place to anyone due to the horrific experience we endured. Stay away from this place. It is not safe.

Great haircuts and the workers there are really good people. Chris the barber is the guy i go to for all my haircuts. He does amazing work. And the owner walt, is a genuine guy which is hard to find nowadays.

The barber who cut my sons hair was Great :-). This was my sons first major haircut (I was nervous) and imma picky momma. But they came highly recommend from a family member. Who told me to ask for walt himself but added that all the barbers are good but one. One didnt want to cut my sons hair at all Not sure why but if he was not confident in is skills I understand). My stomach was in knots but when I seen the finish product I over joyed..to top it off I expected to pay at least $20 W/ tip they charged $12 to cut 6years of hair I will be going back regularly.

Worst hair cut i ever had all my life the barber need to find a new career i was even thinking about taking the clippers from him n cut my own hair. No wonder its always empty there. Worst $15 i ever spent and he looks like he was expecting a tip ..... Really?

Have known the Owner Walt since my moving to Kissimmee Florida in 2007 ... always pass thru on Saturdays for my weekly shape up ... the barbers on his staff both male and female are courteous respectful and all have their State of Florida Barber license ... the atmosphere is family friendly and most important his barbers are not allowed to use their cellphones while servicing a client ... I highly recommend this barbershop establishment ... 11 years of going to and being friends with Walt and his barbers ... ciao familia
