We took a car in as there was standing water accumulating on the floor of the passenger seat. After 3 days, they finally got back to us and said it was an issue with the windshield and that the windshield would need to be replaced.Upon picking up the car, the standing water was still there, left for over 72 hours to mold, and they didnt even vacuum or towel it off at all.Then, we brought it to an auto glass shop and, within minutes, they were able to tell us it definitely wasnt a windshield issue, but was an HVAC issue.

This place is a total ripoff. I went in with a check engine light and they said the coolant temperature sensor needs to be replaced.The quote had the part listed twice by different manufacturers to throw off anybody new. Total part cost was listed as $184. I got it at AutoZone for $32. Found an independent mechanic to do this simple work.

I had an extremely positive experience at Firestone, Kirkland (2/29/2020 in the afternoon). I arrived at Firestone almost half an hour before schedule for oil change and tire alignment. They finished the job very efficiently & quickly and I was done in an hour or so. The name of the person at the front desk was Christina and she was very polite, courteous and helpful throughout. Thank you for a pleasant experience and I will surely visit here again for car maintenance work in future.

Ive heard mixed stories about this place but tried it out anyways. I had decent service, but should have called in or an apointment as it took a while to get my car serviced. The great thing about this place is that they offer free tests such as air pressure, tire inspection, and battery testing. So it makes for a good preventative maintance stop which I implore people to take action with. All too often its easy to just assume your car is safe and road ready.

Terrible, BEAWARE OF FRAUD AT THIS LOCATION. I went in to fix my breaks and after spending more that $900 they told me that my back tire needs some sort of sealant due to a leak in the tire. The quote that was given to me was for 400+ dollars and I was unable to pay so I took my car home and it got flat. I went to another Firestone and they fixed my tire for free! DONT GO to this location, they will give u stuff you don’t need. If you are going to go please make sure you get your quote from elsewhere and compare. I’ve never written a review whether good or bad, so the fact I’m writing this shows the quality of there service. RIP OFF PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Great lip service, very poor execution of work done on my car! Everyone, if you want service that you can trust and count on to either do the work right or tell you the truth, GO ANYWHERE BUT FIRESTONE. They may cost less but I found that they lie about work that was performed or not performed as claimed. Their customer service on a corporate level is the worst I have ever had to deal with. I have called and left messages for corporate 5 times over a few months and have not received a single call back. So if you love your car and want to have it fixed right and be able to believe what the mechanic is telling you go somewhere else because Firestone will lie to you. Don’t waist your money here!!!

Kevin and company always been professional. I’ve been consistently renting through Enterprise since 2016, ( they service Enterprise vehicles ) and have been bringing their vehicles in to be serviced for oil changes and tires over the years. I’ve recently been using this location within the last year and have been very pleased with their level of professionalism. They took customer service up a notch when Kevin fit me in short notice and without an appointment due to the immediacy of a situation where I needed a flat tire patched. I would not have been able to drive on the donut tire ( which I had to put on the previous evening ) due to the amount of mileage and speed that I would be required to travel in order to perform my work in a timely fashion. I wanted to give a personal shout out to Kevin (Manager) and Chris (Assistant Manager) for showing exceptional customer service experience. These guys have been taking care of me since day one. They know my car better than my own dealership. Recently these guys replaced my fuel injectors and worked with me on a reasonable price for it. The thing that really stood out, was when they noticed that my mass air sensor wasnt reading properly, they called my supplier, got the part warrantied and then replaced it, all out of their own free will. Kirkland Firestone is not only fair, but they build a good relationship with their clients, to which they actually look out for you. Thank you again for your exceptional service.

This business is very well run, nice waiting area, staff are welcoming and gracious, gave me an accurate estimate of my waiting time, worked me into the schedule, billed the rental car company directly, and walked me out to my car because I have difficulty walking when it is dark. Highly recommend Firestone tire service .

These guys have really saved my bottom line, so to speak, a couple times. Ive had my car towed in twice with only three axles attached, and they were able to get the car back on the road very quickly. Prices are not cheap, but industry standard. You will pay a 30% premium on parts, but youll get a warranty and the assurance of fewer delays.

I have been using this Firestone since the early 90s. Best tires, excellent service. Lifetime alignment, is the best. I have a 2001 Silverado, had at least 20 alignments done to my truck. No questions asked. Service is sometimes slow. But most of the time, I get my vehicle on time.

Changed oil and had the tires rotated here at a very reasonable price. The store is very clean and they did thorough inspections on my car as well. Would definitely recommend!

Great place for cheap and reliable oil change service.

This is a typical Firestone location. They handle domestic and foreign brands, just not electric vehicles unless it is for tires. This is a busy shop so schedule ahead. I recommend you use their coupons. One of their best deals is their lifetime alignment package which is around $160. The techs are competent but they do go through some turnover. One thing to note, they usually dont do transmission flushes and they wont repair certain parts like seatbelts. I like the fact they are open 7 days a week and open till 7pm on weekdays. They will install new parts like filters, lights, or wipers not sold by the shop and bought by the customer.

First off, the customer service is quick and will to help you. The title complete auto care is wrong. They only auto care what their policies allow. Firestone is always busy, so you must get a appointment. The pricing is reasonable, and the work is quality.

Positives: I was grateful that they were able to look at my car on such short notice. The guy(s) who I spoke to on the phone were super nice and helpful. I came in an hour early, thinking Id just be dropping it off, but they did the alignment right then and there. It was roughly only 30 minutes, so I was done before my appointment time.Negatives: The girl at the front counter wasnt very friendly. I wanted to discuss another issue the car was having and she wasnt interested in speaking with my about it. (Sounds like declining an opportunity to make more money, maybe thats just me. Just take a peak and see if there is a way I can spend more money with you, I just gave you the invitation.) Instead she talked to me like I didnt know what I was talking about, but I had been dealing with the issue for quite awhile and had worked in a shop myself, so I wouldnt say Im ignorant with cars. However, she did come off as a little green. I spent my waiting time handling other tasks that needed to be done. When my car was done early (which again is a positive), I was still on the phone. My head is shaved on one side, the phone was one the shaved side, so it would be very hard for her not to notice that I was on the phone. She kept trying to get me to come over and check out anyway, your cars done... your cars alignment is done... your car is ready. So I rushed off the phone and checked out. As we barely went over the information, I got the feeling she didnt mention my concern to the mechanic. I asked where they parked my car, they said outside the door in the parking lot. But it was at the end of the row of cars, instead of in some of the open spots that were closer. Not too big of a deal, but just made the experience a little worse.I think what would have made this a 100% positive experience and made me want to come back would be to have the mechanic who would be working on my car check me in and out. So they first hand know my concerns and can talk to me about the work they did.Not a horrible experience, but I dont have any intention on returning.

Misleading advertising snared me. Don’t let it happen to you! They even promised to “get back to me” regarding the complaint. Don’t hold your breath. I’m still waiting, more than a month later.They got me.. You can still avoid them. There are plenty of other choices.

Very understandable staff. I came in with a flat tire and let them know my tight financial status. The (Im guessing) manager was more than understanding and gave me my options for buying new tires if and when I needed them. After that he didnt pressure me in any way to buy the new tires and simply pluged the hole in my one tire. After the repair he mentioned that he would be happy to match anyone elses price for when I had the funds to replace the tires. I promise you I will be going back to this location when I do replace them. Amazing staff.

Good customer service everytime Ive brought my cars in for alignment or tire rotations at this location. Go for the lifetime alignment. Pays itself off if you plan to own your car for the long haul or if you want to have your wheels aligned during a road trip at any other Firestone location.

Wow. They failed to perform an oil change correctly. The part of the skid plate they removed to access the oil drain plug and filter car nearly fell off on the interstate during rush hour, about a week after their work. There was one bolt out of eight or ten remaining when I was finally safe to pull over. When I called, the associate refused to refer me to a manager and did not offer to fix anything. I was then promised a call from the regional manager, who had apparently been trying the wrong number. Still not sure how they will try to retain patronage here... Yes I have talked to corporate and no I have not been refunded nor the part repaired or replaced. I have yet to actually speak to anyone who has been okay with the idea of them trying to fix their error.

Nice staff. Decent price for oil change. Asked for rear drivers side lights to be replaced, only got brake light, not blinker, didnt discover this till we left. Also took almost 2 hours. Luckily plenty of places to eat nearby.

Had my front brakes replaced, they did it all with in 2 hours including balancing, rotating, and alinement. No more squealing and grinding.

The guys there were awesome. They checked my battery for free and gave me advice that I would have not received otherwise. Definitely going back.

Took my ZR1 there for a rebalance of the front tires, the management staff were very polite. The crew working in the shop was not only respectful but nervous about any scratch or ding they might cause. Long story short; their carefulness and thoroughness was outstanding. No shimmy in the steering; at all up to a three digit speed!!!

Firestone Auto care totem lake is really good in resolving issues in my car. The appointment time and work time are as expected and suggested before the work. They sometimes advise you very early for any part change in car. But wait until the problem occurs and then go to them for solution.

My sons girlfriend had her car towed here and they diagnosed it with a bad fuel pump. They quoted her 1,000 dollars for the repair. 400 for the pump? I fixed it in my driveway in under an hour for 70 bucks (the cost of the pump) and I’m not a mechanic. Stay away from here!

Great service- great tires. I went in there on a Sunday before a snow storm after trying to get in with les schwab for 2 days and got my tires right away. Their alignment machine was down so I took it back a few days later and they went out of the way to give me the lower price that was on special on Sunday but not the day I went in. The gal there is great with customer service - and she keeps the guys in the back moving along on orders!

“We don’t do this”“this isn’t part of our alignment”Lies, 3 attempts to align my car. But the laziness is shown through each alignment.I’ve asked them why they didn’t check this and that. Only to get poor excuses back. Picking up a refund today for the lifetime alignment and holding them accountable if they charge me for 1 full alignment since my car STILL isn’t alogbed and they left trim and windshield wipers in my trunk saying they weren’t responsible, even though it needed to be removed for them to adjust my top mounts and camber, sooo...They even tried to threaten me with aligning my car to OEM specs vs what was agreed on (OEM track spec reccomendations are available in this case too) just because I told them if they charge me for a full alignment, I expect it to be done at least. It was a threat because they knowingly would’ve made my car rub, when I asked Kevin who would be responsible to damage caused by rubbing, he said he and firestone wouldn’t be responsible for any damage due to them setting my alignment to purposely rub out of spite.But you know what? It’s worth making them go back and doing it properly. Maybe ACTUALLY using their check lists and stuff and then getting a proper shop to align it and checking all suspension and steering parts as is included in every alignment service under firestone that was NEVER performed at any of my appointments. I have paper work and everything for you guys to see.After getting an alignment for a 3rd time, I don’t normally expect to see everything even more unaligned AFTER the alignment 🤦‍♂️.

Had a coolant leak on a J series Honda engine which is a common engine. Went in for the coolant pressure check and as I watched them through the windows for an hour, they did nothing but point and yenter then told me they suspected a water pump. And wanted to charge me $650 for labor. Took my car to magic Toyota and they changed me $400 for labor and did a fantastic job! On top of it, guy I was talking to looked like he dropped out of a Metallica tribute band. This place is a joke avoid it

My mother was recently stranded on the street near Totem lake, but she had a help from a stranger who happens to be one of the employee from this store. I didnt get his name but the man needs a recognition from the owner. She took the car to the Firestone next day and replaced alternator on Toyota highlander as he suggested. Id go personally thank him if I wasnt out of the state.

I have a feeling this is a bit biased in the sense that only negative reviewers have the urge to give a review. Ive come here for 3 years for alignments and tires on my past 2 vehicles and have always had excellent service. They have always tried to save me as much money as possible and from what Ive seen, do that for most. Jack has always been extremely helpful Ill admit Im very easy going but Ive never had a bad experience here like I have at other places. Ive also sent a few friends there way who have had similiar good experiences.As far as maintaining appointments they have done a great job with me, my dad had a poor experience with them maintaining appt times though. From what Ive seen they struggle to keep everythjng flowing smoothly in heavy rushes but any regular business day they have done a great job. I also always treat them with respect and I get great service in return.Im a real customer and I am very happy with there service they saved me over $600 on my summer set of tires compared to les schwab

I took my car here for oil changes for a couple years. The last time they changed my oil they asked me to pay more because they accidentally put synthetic in it. the other day my service engine soon light came on. Not to much later the oil light came on. I took the car to my buddies shop to find out there was only 1qt of oil in it.
