After far too long, I decided to return to martial arts as a middle aged dad. My son (age eight) and I have both been training here for some time now, and we both really enjoy the experience.Safety management is excellent. Really appreciate the family-friendly approach. Adult classes are both excellent exercise and mental training. The kid classes are great - my son is learning a lot and making friends.All of the instructors have been amazing! If you are considering martial arts, make sure to swing by and say hello to Sensei Jeremiah!

Easy to get around in Kirkland and instructors are flexible with scheduling. I recommend z-ultimate for anyone interested.
