Chris super friendly and helpful. My only issue is lack of instructions on the machines and lack of signs telling you what machines are for what (load-size, machine types etc). If Chris hasn’t been there I probably works have done things in the wrong order.

I dont think this could be a better laundromat. Ive used a lot of laundromats around here, and I will always use this one from now on. It actually takes quarters instead of one of those cards so many use. Its clean and the machines look pretty new. I know at least some of them are new.The best thing is that the attendant there is as helpful as can be. I was in a huge hurry so I could make it to work on time. He put the quarters in one washing machine while I put them in another, then he showed me that there is a quick wash option, which just means it doesnt pre-wash. I was outside when the machines finished, so he went out and told me they were done. Then when I put the clothes in the dryer, he tossed my bedding in one dryer as I threw my clothes in the other. He even added his own fabric softener sheets.I did make it to work on time. 😊

Clean, nice, well lit, great machines, helpful polite attendant on staff. Totally earned my business. Ill be back if my washer goes out again.

My first experience in a laundromat today and I chose THE VERY BEST! What a great place, so clean and such helpful people! New machines from what I gather, according to the new owner and a super nice guy! The capacity of the large washers was awesome. The owner and a worker were so helpful getting me set up with the best machines for the laundry I brought in. They were absolutely 💯 percent all about customer service! While my reason for being there was a dead washer and long wait for a new one at home, I will definitely be coming back to wash large bedding I know will not fit into my home machine. What a positive experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this business!

My dryer is broken so I’ve had to dry laundry here several times over the past few weeks. I only have experience with the dryers, but there’s always been lots of availability (weekdays) and the dryers appear clean. They are large and are able to dry a large load of towels, bath mats, and sheets on high heat in 60 minutes. FYI it’s 25 cents for each 5 minute increment. Yes, the carpet is a little old, but the floors are relatively clean and the place is tidy. There is sufficient seating. In my experience, it has been relatively quiet and not a bad place to spend a few hours waiting for your laundry to dry. I will continue to come here as needed.

First time here. Friendly attendant, clean, many washers and dryers of varying sizes which is nice. Not too busy for a Saturday afternoon

The attendant was fantastic period this was a perfect example of excellent customer service. I came in with a large comforter and the $20 bill. I could have used the coin machine and managed all of my own but the attendant met me at the entrance and took care of everything for me. I was able to sit and get some work done and just fold my blanket and leave when ready. The location itself was incredibly clean and tidy and there was a lot of social distancing with the doors open for fresh air.

This laundry matt is under new ownership, and they are very friendly and helpful. They have new washers and dryers, new carpet, flat screen tvs, free Wi-Fi, new soda, and candy machine, kept very clean, plenty of parking, and the staff is bilingual speaking Espanyol, and English. There are many local eateries to go to while your laundry is in the machines. I really enjoy doing my laundry there.

My washing machine broke down and I needed to do a couple of loads before I get it replaced or repaired. I had no idea what I was doing as Ive never been to a laundry mat before. The attendant was so helpful and kind. He helped me get change, showed me how to use the washer & dryer, and warned me not to put the coins in before adjusting the water temp.

Got to the business at 6:02.Completely lights out/Closed.Hours on the door clearly posted - 10 am- 7:30pm, last wash to start at 6. Had to have closed before 6 if lights out/locked up at 6:02.😑

Excellent place to do laundry. Under new ownership this place has really turned around, much cleaner and nicer, brand new machines and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, do your laundry here. And ignore any review from more than 3 months ago, before new ownership. this is now a 5 star worthy laundromat.

It is a typical laundrymat. Their machines only take quarters. They do offer a drop in service with the costs based on the weight of the laundry. They are fast and will fold the clothes as part of the service. They have 3 different sizes of washers and one size of large dryers. Most of the machines were functional when I visited the last 2 times. The dryers seem clean. I recommend using the larger washers. They use more water and seem to clean better. The Vietnamese owner is friendly but aloof. Prices are reasonable and there is adequate parking. My two issues is the raggedness of the carpeting and sometimes, there is no soap in the restroom. Also, this location is closed on Wednesdays.

Staff was very courteous, pleasant, and even accommodated for my late timing. Many machines, clean environment, HE washers are reasonably priced.

I think this place is family owned Im not sure but Ive been here 4 times now. Each time Im greeted very up beat and friendly. This is the first laundromat I go to that I dont feel completely judged/watched by the employees. They are also extremely kind and helpful! One of the employees even offered to put my comforter in to dry for me if I needed to go do something really quick. I declined because of the whole covid thing but he was very kind and I appreciated the thought! ☺️Price wise it is very affordable in my opinion. I only ever wash my comforter and a pillow when I go. I have 2 furbabies so I always put it in the bigger to medium machine, right by the entrance, on extra dirty and extra rinse. Costs $8 i think with those settings. Dryer is 25¢ for every 7 min?? Something like that, Im not too sure. I do this one load with $10 and 50¢ to spare.Ive only ever been in since covid started but each time Ive been there, its never super full of people, and theres always plenty of machines available! So thats awesome 😁 I wouldnt know how it is before covid.I like this place a lot and will continue to come here for however long we will be in Washington.Thank you to the owners and employees for being so kind! I came here for the first time today and was blown away by the customer service. Ive been to laundromats in the past and have never been offered help, and even when I ask for help it seems like they are bothered by it. The owner held the door and got me two carts while I brought in several bags of clothes. He showed me how to operate the machines, and checked on me a few times while I was here, offered me the wifi code, etc. Literally blown away. It made being at the laundromat welcoming and fun instead of tedious and tiring. Definitely will come back!

Exceptionally clean and 73 of 74 washers and dryers working!!!New management under Miguel is fun to talk with. Open until 10 PM. I live in Woodinville and the laundromat there is off my go-to list forever.

This laundromat is great! Miguel, the owner, has fantastic customer service. There are plenty of top load and front load washing machines along with 2 whole walls of front load dryers.Wifi is available, there is a television with cable, 1 washroom for customers, a coin machine, and seating along the windows. Note that they only take cash right now but Miguel says he does plan on adding a machine that takes card in the near future.Depending on the size of the machine you use, washing is $2.35 to $6.00 per load. $0.50 starts a dryer for a few minutes so you should expect to spend maune $1.50 to $2.50 per dryer. The facility is clean with ample folding stations and rolling carts. Miguel said he is changing out the old machines with new ones so expect even better equipment soon.

My big family came to visit and I had days worth of laundry (sheets, towels, etc) so I decided to come to a laundromat and this place is so clean and the staff was super helpful. I’m impressed and will definitely be back to wash comforters and other large loads in the future.

Machines are clean and wash &dry well. I took my couch covers, added some borax and they were as clean as new.

Kind of hidden away on the side of the skating rink, but definitely open. Typical laundromat. Good selection of equipment. Got my queen sized comforters nice and clean, but I didnt pay to dry them...I was too cheap. I was surprised they still use quarters.

Brand New Machines I love this place

Easy to get in and get laundry done! Attendant is helpful and nice! Pricing seems fair. But, its dirty. Machines should be cleaned, bathroom and floor too! Non heated so cold days are chilly. Clientele is friendly.

Amazing Service

Two stars because at least I got my laundry done.Got here when it opened. Watched the guy unlock the door. Washers were nasty and dirty never wiped from the day before, garbage full.When we pulled our clothes out of the washers they were so wet that I could squeeze water out of them. Took our soaking piles to the dryers and after taking the old dryer sheets and lint out of them, we put our clothes in. Took a while to dry being so wet initially.We travel for work so weve done laundry all over the country. This place is one of the most unclean weve seen. You can tell by the state of the place that they just want the money. Since its the only one in the area they dont care. The guy who opened didnt even get to cleaning the place, just let everyone in and stood outside. I hate that we gave this place business.

The manager is very nice and helpful. The machines are in good working condition, but honestly they could all use a good clean. The bright side is, there are always enough washers and dryers, Ive never had to wait for a machine.

Your business is one of two close to me. I think you should really clean your facility. Wipe down and change the floor. I would think you could afford vinegar with dawn with Hot water. Hire someone one to two times a week. I would be more likely to bring large items there if it looked nicer.

The facility is disgustingly dirty. Everything from the floors, washers, dryers, windows bathroom. It shows the owners dont take pride in the business they run. I will never use them again unless they clean it up. Would give them a zero star if there was that option. 4/9/18

Unfortunately this location closed.Its a good place. The equipment all works and its never too busy. The owner/operator is also very friendly. Only problem is its just a little dirty in there.

A little bit drab, but good equipment. Bring cash, will not take debit/credit cards. Open til 7:30pm, with last load at 6pm...wish they had later hours for those of us who work day jobs.

What you could expect from any laundromat. The quarter slots can be sticky at times and the bathroom isnt the best maintained but who goes there to use the restroom anyway. 2.75 per load for wash and .50 for each 5 minutes of dry. Theres always enough equipment ready, Ive never had to wait and the owner is a nice guy.

Closed early! Waste of my time and gas, posted hours show Sunday till 6pm on all the doors.. No note that they closed early for any reason or that they are gone for the holiday weekend. Looks like it’s been closed a while.
