Did not disclose Drivewise as a requirement of the rate offered. They have been harassing me like collectors so that Ill allow them to monitor my every move. Failure in consumer disclosure and aggressive tactics... not good people here.When renewal came up, rate increased by $45 for no drivewise and $110 for no apparent reason. No accidents or tickets since.Based on this, expect your first six month rate to be 25-35% less than your renewal six months later. Very untrustworthy insurance branch. I will be moving my policies soon, what a pain it has been dealing with these people.

I am writing this review before I regrettably have to cancel my policy. This particular Allstate office has been 5 star through the years. They are responsive, tech forward, transparent, and care about their clients. It has to be Sarahs leadership. I have never stepped foot into the office or met her team face to face. Technology!!! I would highly recommend letting this team service your insurance portfolio. As a customer (and a former insurance agent) the service from this office was better than I have ever experienced or had the ability to deliver on when I was in the business.Lets talk about Allstate. Love the coverage. Unfortunately, had an accident on my record, but still had a very competitive rate. The roadside assistance was on point (used for twice for jump starts - another reason why I bought a new car on whim. My 1995 Jeep was done!) and I received checks for good driving by letting the company monitor my driving on the app. I liked getting the checks in the mail! The product is strong with low rates, good after hour options to speak with a person on nights and weekends.Unless you have a NISSAN LEAF (insert sad emoji here).Best part - I would have never noticed that the bill would have been SKY HIGH if Sarah had not proactively called me to try to find another solution. So hopefully this review gives back because her calling me personally at 4:45 pm on a Friday made a huge difference in me being able to find a better option for the Leaf. The Allstate coverage WAS THE BEST PRICE out of all the other sky high quotes for the Nissan Leaf but fortunately I was able to find pay per mile option that saved me a few bucks.Otherwise I would would still be with Allstate and Sarahs Office. They are a Home Run Group!!! Highly recommend you get a quote from Allstate and if you have the option work with this office!!! Thanks Sarah, appreciate your team and the customer service.

Had the absolute worst experience with Sarah Williams Allstate in Kirkland, WA. I called for a quote of homeowners insurance for my new condo. The guy on the phone was very friendly and put together a quote for me but he said he couldn’t save the quote or email it without credit card information. So, I gave him my credit card information then he called me back and said he needed to talk with my lender first before he could put together the quote. So, I got him in touch with my lender and then he called me back an hour later and said that he needed to charge my card tomorrow for the homeowners insurance bundle. I told him No I would prefer not to be charged, I just want the quote and then he handed the phone over to a woman (Sarah Williams) and she continued to explain why they have to charge my card tomorrow. When I tried to say I am not ready she cut me off and started raising her voice at me explaining more so how urgent it is that I start the insurance tomorrow. The way she was speaking to me was out of line! Finally I had to hang up on her because her tone continued. Is this normal to charge your credit card for homeowners insurance before you even have a closing date? Sarah Williams was very pushy and rude, I would highly recommend not ever using this Allstate Insurance company! Sarah Williams needs to tone down the attitude and learn to curb her aggression.

I just want to start off my saying that Homerun insurance is by far the BEST insurance agency in Kirkland. My boyfriend and I recently moved here from Yakima and couldnt find a rate low enough for our budget until I was referred to Sarah Williams at Allstate. I didnt have the funds to make the switch when I called but thankfully she was able to get a quote put together for us and even saved it for me ! A week later I called back to switch and it was honestly the easiest switch ever! I highly recommend HomeRun insurance to anyone looking for the most amazing customer service ever!!
