I called in while setting up a renters insurance policy for the first time. I had looked at other options through Nationwide and Travelers but the State Farm site site was more intuitive and offered a better rate. I had a question about setting up specific details to include the apartment complex as a party of interest on the policy so I made a call directly to the agent. My question was quickly answered, I was then assisted over the phone in finalizing my initial online quote and was even advised about some details I had not previously considered. But, having an agency that you can trust really makes the difference and it shows when you need them (i.e. claims). Katies agency is patient and takes the time for each client to explain all the coverages so you can feel comfortable and understand what youre paying for.Request for an Insurance & Financial Review for a thorough look at your profile. They will also give a few recommendations to products that you might not even think of since its not always a hot topic among family/friend conversations. For example, I was able to lock in a great permanent life policy on myself when I was younger, which gave me a great rate. Auto and home insurance is definitely needed, but it doesnt hurt to start thinking about other options of how you can take care of yourself and your family!

I want to thank Katie for her help in setting up $25,000 Whole Life insurance policies for our two girls, who where a newborn and 5 years old when we purchased the policies.
