Do not use this co pany! I used them fir two years or so. Ruth Castro doesnt ever return emails or attend to her customers with any timely fashion. And because of this, changes were not made to my policy in time and I got into a wreck and due to these changes not being made, the terrible company national general denied my claim. Then after Ruth supposedly cancelled my policies national general was still removing money out of my account. More than my policy pay me ts were! Run away if your thinking of using them! Run fast

Annalise P. is always very helpful and quick to respond. I feel comfortable dealing with her and confident knowing shes giving me an honest answer when talking with me about my auto policy. I wouldnt want to work with anyone else.

Been here for over a year now about, the Kirkland location has been fantastic. When I first came in I met with an agent and she’s been with me ever since. I am a young driver so my rate is higher and so she’s always helped me find the best and cheapest plan. If I’ve ever had any questions or anything I just give her a call, always super easy. Definitely recommend the place and Annalise Pasillas, very professional and everything gets done fast. I don’t dread making these errand- like calls for car insurance, I actually enjoy them funny enough.

Very surprised at my rate shannel was able to find today. A year after opening my first account had to change policys and nothing has been smoother in this process than dealing with vern fonk. Highly recomend!

Worst insurance agency i’ve ever gone through. None of them know what customer service is and it was extremely difficult to get help. every time i called they said someone else will call tomorrow and did that for almost two weeks. once i finally got someone they explained why my insurance policy was canceled and BARELY helped me so when i asked if i can get a refund they said no for the “agent call fee” which i had never agreed to and she hung up on me because i wasn’t going to go with their company anymore.I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. sorry excuse for a “business”

Outstanding customer service! This week when I called Vern Fonk Insurance, the call was quick and easy, and the agent I spoke to was polite and eagerly willing to help and find me the best rates. I have never received service like this before anywhere, which is why I am writing this review. The agent that helped me is Annalise Pasilla. I would highly recommend her.

After reading the other review it seems as though that is one experience and nothing more. I have had an excellent experience with Ryan Hung and he was thorough and gave me a great deal on insurance. The other person really needed to take responsibility for their actions. Why had you not checked to see if you have a policy and it sounds as though you had not been paying. I have payment installments and very easily will be able to make the payments. Thank you!

Came here to switch carriers for one who would file an SR22 form.Called a week later because DOL said they hadnt received it and it turns out Ann Elise forgot to notify the carrier to file it even though I told them it was needed ASAP. She said she would notify them and get back to me within a few minutes.An hour went by, no call. I called them back and was told she was with another customer even though she wasnt done handling what I had asked for and what she had promised.They are now closed and STILL dont know if the SR22 has been filed yet. I should have paid attention to reviews and stayed there until I had proof in hand. Over promised, under delivered. Terrible customer service.- This is even after helping her translate with a customer for half an hour while I waited patiently before getting this policy. Thanks.Update 6/18/19 - Got a call back and yes, everything got filed as needed. Could have done without the run around but all is well again.

Ask for annalise, I had some issues with auto pay and getting a refund, and she was EXTREMELY helpful and resolved my issue.

Shannel is such a rockstar and she helped me get my insurance super fast and was able to work with me in the middle of my work day on all my breaks. Shes super nice and and Vern Fonk is lucky to have her as an employee!

Nick Edwards should have his insurance license taken away! He is the most irresponsible insurance agent. My family needed to show proof of residency all Nick had to do was send in a paper. We sent him the paper and he told us everything was fine which was a complete lie. He never sent our documents and our insurance was CANCELLED and he did not even call us and tell us. My family was rear ended and my husband called them and thats how we found it was cancelled. Nick reluctantly took accountability for not sending in our paper because he forgot and Vern Fonk held my husband and I responsible for Nick Edwards screw up. We couldnt even get our old policy back without paying $2000 out of pocket. Then they offered us another policy for almost $60 more a month. No one at that insurance agency cared or took any accountability. I urge everyone to never trust these people with your insurance. We contacted a lawyer and he lawyer said if we caused the accident Nick would have been liable for our accident and we could of sued him!
