I went to Star Nails and Spa for a manicure and pedicure. They decided to provide both services at once. My left arm was yanked and pulled across my body. I had to tell them on several occasions I have a bad shoulder and that it was uncomfortable. They continued anyway. I thought I would try one more time. I went back and had a manicure, every single finger has a cut or a nick. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

I went for a full set of lashes and they came out beautifully! They were done by Summer and I used the stronger glue they now have available. It does burn a little bit, but it passes within a minute or so and it makes your lashes last an extra week. (I know this because I have had lash extensions a million times!). I am extremely happy with the results and would recommend giving them a try!

I have finally found my go to pedicure spot! The establishment is super clean! All the nail technicians are really nice! They do a wonderful job.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Called about getting a full set and made an appointment. Got there and they had no idea what I was talking about. Got them done and all my nails are a different length. They were not done properly. It took less than a day to have them break off.. They use cheap gel that does not stay and dont have gel polish so they use regular polish which does not stay. WASTE OF MONEY ! When I called to ask to have it fixed they said the ONE person who does it was not there and could not tell me when she would be in next. I asked to talk to a manager and she was not there either and they couldnt tell me when she was in either. SCAM PLACE FOR SURE.

Tiffany was rude, never will I go back there again. Very uncomfortable atmosphere and unsatisfying outcome.

Under new management I returned for a mani/pedi. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the decor is a little more classy, and my manicure has yet to chip after almost a week (which is big deal for me!). The prices are average, but they did a good job, and Im a happy customer!

I went after seeing all these great reviews, and was not disappointed. Great service, reasonable prices, good hours, and a beautiful gel manicure. Ill be back!

If i could give this place a 0 i so would. worst experience of my life. went to get my acrylics off and instead of soaking them in acetone like every other salon does, she used another acrylic nail, cut it on an angle and pry’d every single one of my nails off. worst pain i’ve ever felt. then she cut my nails all different lengths and couldn’t even take the glue off my nails... can’t believe i paid 10 dollars for something that i could have done myself.

Had a gel mani and love it! Great clean place with great service. Definitely recommend.

The mani/pedis here are great. The women always spend time on you and dont make you feel rushed. They do an excellent job on nail art and the pedicures last 3-4 weeks. The staff is always friendly.

Great service and Tina did a super job. Got a Groupon for eyelashes and gel nails. You do need to call for an appointment

Organic spa packages. Brand new linings are used every time so no worries about fungus.

What an aweful experience! My husband bought a groupon to this place as a Christmas gift last year... I never used it because it is so far out of my way. He had an appointment in Kingston so asked me to use it... I called to make an appointment to use the groupon towards the cost of a pedicure, I was told I did not need an appointment. When I arrived the manager proceeded to yell at me and tell me she would never tell someone that and called me a liar. When I showed her proof I had made the attempt to make an appointment on my phone call history she and I got into a very loud shouting match. She again said I was a liar and said I was always like this... funny, I have never set foot in her salon before and never will again! Worst experience with using a groupon I have EVER had! Now waiting to see if groupon gives me my money back! ****UPDATE**** Groupon issued me a full refund and apparently I was not the first customer to have a problem using Groupon with this salon. Also, funny thing is their groupon price is no discount, it is the same price as of you walk in!

3 Nails cracked and broke within ONE DAY of getting them done here! So did my friends nails and we got them done together. HORRIBLE QUALITY if u want your nails to last DO NOT GET THEM DONE HERE!.
